Adair, noticing Elara's tone, replied sharply, "I replace you annoying too!"

Elara replied dismissively, "I can't be bothered with you," and then walked directly over to sit beside Lysander.

As she watched Elara sit down next to Lysander, Adair could not help but recall how, just moments ago, she herself had been harshly glared at by Lysander. Since then, she had not dared to get too close to him again.
