AFTER I AMAZED 67
Chapter 67
"...Shadow?!"
To my surprise, the violinist was none other than the mysterious motorbike boy who called
himself Shadow.
stared at him, taken aback.
He had always seemed so wild and untamed, the type of person you'd associate with loud engines and reckless speed.
To see him standing there, cradling a violin with such tenderness, was a stark contrast.
"You're the one playing?" I asked, still trying to reconcile the image in my mind.
He looked up, clearly startled by my sudden appearance.
"Yeah," he replied, his voice as cool and detached as ever.
"I didn't expect to see you here," I admitted. "I always thought you were more into... well, motorcycles and things like that."
Shadow shrugged, a small smile playing at the corner of his lips.
"I am. But I'm the one who rents this piano room, just like you."
"I didn't know that," I said, feeling a little foolish.
"I'm Elizabeth, by the way."
His reaction to my name was immediate and intense.
His eyes widened, and for a moment, he seemed genuinely shocked.
"Elizabeth? As in... Elizabeth, Leo's Luna?"
I nodded, surprised by his strong reaction.

"Yes, that's me."
He looked as though he was struggling to process this information.
"I... I didn't expect that," he finally said, his voice quieter now.
But just as quickly as his surprise had appeared, it vanished, replaced by his usual aloof demeanor.
turned away, fiddling with his violin.
I decided not to push the matter further. Instead, I asked, "What piece were you just
playing?"
Shadow hesitated, his fingers tightening around the violin's neck.
"I don't really know," he admitted.
"I heard someone playing it in the school's piano room a long time ago. I remembered a part of it, so I've been trying to recreate it, but... something's missing."
"Do you
like the piece?"
I inquired, curious about what had drawn him to it.
He nodded, his eyes distant as he recalled the memory.
"Yeah, I do. There's a sadness in it that really got to me. But that day, I was called away before I could hear the whole thing. I've been coming here at the same time ever since, hoping to hear it again, but I never have." "Maybe I can help," I suggested, feeling a sudden surge of determination.
Shadow looked at me skeptically.
"Help? How?"
I met his gaze, unwavering.
"If I help you replace the complete tune, will you forgive me for what happened before?"
Chapter 67
He seemed taken aback by my offer, his expression shifting to one of disbelief.
"You? Help me? Elizabeth, I know you're Orlando Martin's daughter, but even Orlando himself couldn't recover a tune he hadn't heard. What makes you think you can?"
I smiled, not discouraged by his doubt.
"I have my own ways," I replied confidently.
Meet me here tomorrow, same time, and I'll show you."
Shadow stared at me for a long moment, clearly unsure of what to make of my proposition.
But eventually, he nodded. "Alright. I'll be here."
With that, I left the piano room, the sound of Shadow's violin still echoing in my mind.
It felt wonderful to know that someone liked my work; it made me incredibly excited.
I plan to go home as soon as possible, replace the complete score of the piece I composed back then, and give it to him the next day.
Going downstairs, I saw a black limousine pull up in front of the door and Leo's familiar figure came into view.
He stood beside the car, leaning casually against the door as his eyes scanned the
surroundings.
When he saw me, his expression softened slightly, though I could still detect the undercurrent of tension that never seemed to leave him.
I sighed.
These days, Leo had been chasing after me, begging me to come back to our old villa. After I refused time and time again, he took a step back and demanded that it become a daily transportation to and from work.
I didn't want to pull this nonsense with him every day, so I agreed.
I slid into the passenger seat, the door closing with a quiet thud.

Leo got in beside me, and the moment the engine roared to life, he glanced at the pills to paper I was holding
His curiosity was immediate.
"What's that you've got there?"
he asked, his voice casual but with a trace of something else-something deeper.
couldn't help but smile, though I knew the truth would only stir unnecessary concern
"It's a little gift from a fan," I said, trying to keep my tone light.
The paper was clearly nothing of value, crumpled and worn, but I didn't want to delve into explanations.
To my surprise, Leo didn't challenge my words.
Instead, he leaned back in his seat, eyes still fixed on the paper as if it might hold some hidden threat.
"A fan already?" he murmured, a slight edge to his voice.
"Who is it? Male or female?"
I felt a flicker of something-an old, familiar sensation.
Leo's possessiveness was never far from the surface, especially when it came to anyone who might pose a challenge to his place in my life. Chapter 68
