Chapter 56 A Fairy

"Charity auction?"

Leah pondered for a moment and then responded, "Well, I don't have much going on lately, so why not go and have some fun?"

"That's the spirit! You should enjoy yourself more instead of staying cooped up in the office all the time," Laura said happily as she picked up her phone. "I'll let them know right away." Leah smiled and nodded. "Sure."

The next day.

Laura had some of the latest designer dresses delivered for Leah to choose from,

including limited editions, custom-made dresses, and even some high-end custom dresses that hadn't been shown publicly. There were so many options that Leah was overwhelmed. After a long while, she still couldn't decide.

In the end, Leah followed her habit and chose a plain dress.

"Hi, babe. I'm here!"

Leah looked back upon hearing this voice. She beamed when she saw Janet leaning against the door frame.

"Janet, you're just in time. Help me decide on this dress."

Janet carefully checked the dress Leah was holding before giving her opinion.

"Too plain. It's not stunning enough to match your flawless face."

While speaking, Janet noticed that Leah's room was overflowing with dresses. Her eyes widened slightly, and she asked, "So many dresses! Are you attending some important event?" "No, just a charity auction." Leah put the dress she had picked on the bed, looking quite agonizing.

"I've been trying to choose for a while now, but I can't decide which one suits me best."

"Oh, I do know what dress will suit you best, Janet declared confidently, patting her chest. "I"

take care of it. I promise to pick one that will dazzle everyone."

Leah tried to downplay it, "You don't have to be so dramatic..."

"Why not? You're such a beauty, and it would be a shame not to dress you up properly,"

Janet said as she walked over to a rack and began selecting dresses.

"You just focus on looking gorgeous. Leave everything else to me."

Leah chuckled and agreed, "Alright, it's all in your hands."

After two hours of selecting the perfect dress and getting Leah's makeup done, Janet left the Wilson Manor.

Before leaving, she reminded Leah, "Remember, at the charity auction tomorrow, you must wear the dress and makeup I selected for you.

You're not allowed to chang

When you get to the event, don't forget to take a selfie and send it to me!"

Leah smiled and assured her, "Sure, no problem. You've put in so much effort in choosing a dress for me, so I'll definitely respect your hard work. Don't worry. I won't change into something else."

"That's good," Janet said happily and left with satisfaction.

The next evening, at 8 pm, the charity auction began.

The crowd was captivated by the noise of a Lamborghini pulling up at the entrance.

As they turned to look, they saw a woman in a stunning red gown stepping out of the car.

With just one glance, everyone was mesmerized, unable to look away.

Her exquisite and captivating face was adorned with finely lined eyes.

As she looked up, her charm seemed to bewitch everyone and steal their souls.

The dress' tight design accentuated her slender waist, drawing attention to her remarkable figure.

Everyone who saw this woman looked dazed for a moment.

"Is... Is she a fairy?"
