Kylie's POV Monday Afternoon

I walked into the sparring ring, elated that I could finally get my hands on Luna. Casey and Kevin are always with her, making it impossible for me to let her know that some of us here at Black Moon didn't want her here. She may be a Beta's daughter, but I have watched her train. She doesn't impress me at all. Kevin should have rejected this bitch as soon as he met her. She is not qualified to be our Luna.

I am about to show everyone here just how unqualified she is in front of the ranked wolves. After that, Kevin should come to his senses and get rid of her. I am the strongest female warrior here. I am going to toy with her for a little while. I can see a few people going to get their phones out. I am glad that this will run rampant through our pack. Even if no one else got it on video, my friend Kim was here to capture it at my request.

This bitch goes around here greeting everyone she meets. She speaks to them like they matter or something. They don't, and they never have. That is one of the many reasons she was the wrong choice to be the Luna here. You can't just be kind all the time in a pack. She doesn't even know that omegas just don't count around here. I don't know where she came from, but she was the daughter of a ranked wolf. She should already know this.

I glanced over at Kim as soon as I entered the sparring circle. She nodded, and I was ready to get this instructional exhibition going. Liam tried to stop it for her, but she was too stupid to heed his advice. She will only have herself to blame after this. Her body language is calm as she walks towards me with that stupid fucking smile on her face. I am so going to enjoy this. I just need to stay focused on keeping my face neutral. I didn't want the video to show just how excited I was to do this. Kevin would be furious if he saw that. I plan on hurting her today, showing everyone exactly how weak our Luna truly was. I will ensure that neither Liam nor Andrew stop me from carrying out my plan. The Luna had signed up for this herself.

I will use the fact that I was just trying to help the others in the pack learn to cover up for my actions. It will not be my fault that her lack of experience was why she got hurt. Luna entered the ring, and I had a slight advantage. She is an inch shorter than my 5'10 height. My arms are longer, so I have better reach than she does. I can barely keep my smirk off my face.

"I think it would be best for everyone to gather around the sparring circle. You can't learn if you can't see how the techniques are being implemented. As this will be an actual sparring match between us, I would suggest you make the circle at least ten feet away from the outside of the ring. I want you to all watch carefully. Foot placement is important, and I have watched enough trainings to know that we can all improve together. I will advise you about what I am doing and why I am doing it, as we spar. This was how I was taught, and it is how I like to teach others as well. Listening to instructions as you see the moves being applied can help you learn how to do it yourself," Luna announced to the group in a loud voice.

Now, that was completely unexpected. I was going to look even better by agreeing with her. Kevin will never suspect why I suggested this at all. It looked like Luna was just as excited to spar as I was. "Your Luna is right. When we improve our fighting skills, we only get stronger as a pack. So no matter what form you like to fight in, you always need to do your best," I announced to the group now circling us. I cannot believe how well she fell into my trap.

"No wolf form, Kylie," Liam's voice rang out. "Don't think I don't know exactly what you are doing. Kevin will realize it, too. So don't do anything that you will regret. No phasing, and I mean it. Keep the fight in human form only. If Luna feels like it, later on, she may accept your challenge to fight in wolf form."

Is he kidding me? He must be trying to kiss up to her to make her like him better. There is no point in warning me about this, as I won't need to phase to hurt her. I can do that easily in my human form. I watched as Beta Liam, Gamma Andrew, and Delta David spread out to where they were at different points around the sparring circle in the form of a triangle.

I knew what he was going to do. He was going to call the fight when I started beating Luna's ass. They don't want their precious little Luna to look bad. Well, that was too bad because once she stepped into the ring with me, it was too late for them to do anything to stop me. I looked over at Kim one more time and saw that she and our two friends were recording. It was time to get the show started.

"I hope that you don't mind me not taking it easy on you, Luna. Our pack members can't learn if we don't show them the proper way to fight. We need to do this at regular speed in order to show them how it is supposed to be done. We can slow the moves down for them later on when we go to teach them all the steps involved for each move," I said in a friendly tone. I don't know how I managed to say it with a straight face. I pretended that I was doing this all for the sake of training. I wanted to show the pack members with us that I was only doing this for their benefit. They needed to know that she was an unfit Luna.

"I agree, Kylie. That way, they can see the different techniques and how they work. I hope you don't mind if I use some things I learned from my previous pack. I think offering various techniques and skills can help our pack learn that there is more out there for them to learn. Not everyone can excel at the same thing. We need to provide options so that everyone can replace a fighting style that they can master and enjoy. It is not just about strength. We need to always push forward to strive to be the very best version of ourselves. I know that I wouldn't be where I am without the push from my parents to try to excel in everything I learned," Luna told me.

I had to hold back my laughter from spilling out. She had the never to try to warn me? I didn't care that she would use some fighting styles from her old pack. I don't need a warning. I can deal with whatever she tries to dish out. "I completely agree, Luna. I try to keep my position as the strongest female fighter here. Who knows, maybe I can learn something from you?" I gave her a friendly smile as if I was excited about learning a new skill. There was no way in hell that I would learn anything from her.

"Take your places," Liam told us, and we got into place, facing each other across the ring. Just seeing her standing there was a little confusing. She wasn't trying to guard against me at all. Has she even trained? Oh, this is going to be awesome. This will be even easier than I thought it was going to be. I made a mental note to make sure that some of my blows got hidden because I rolled her up in a submission move.

I wasn't stupid enough to be blatant about wanting to hurt our Luna. I knew Kevin doted on her. I just wanted her to know she was not as strong as I was and never would be. I hope that once Kevin sees this, he will realize that I am what is best for this pack, not her. "Fight," Liam's voice ran out to start the match, and I started looking for an opportunity to land the first punch. She stayed parallel with me, with her arms at her sides. She didn't even raise them to try to protect her face. She needs to because I was going to try to break her nose. That way, she wouldn't look quite as beautiful as she did right now. It probably won't matter to Kevin as they were true mates, but I knew that it would upset her to see her face like that daily.

It would be a silent reminder of the time we fought against each other. I was only going to get one shot at this, and I knew that I would have to make it a good one. Kevin would be protecting his mate from the pack from now on after I humiliated her.

I saw an opportunity, and I took it, but when I went to land my punch, she wasn't there anymore. I looked around right as her foot connected to the side of my face. Where the hell did that come from? This bitch is fast. I am furious that she got the first blow in between us. She still doesn't have her arms up, and it is almost like she doesn't consider me to be a threat to her. I am, and I will prove it to her.

I stepped up again and watched her carefully. I watched her step forward to hit me again, and I was not going to miss her this time. I took two fast steps towards her and went to punch her again, but she went down and swiped my feet from under me with her leg. I probably wouldn't have fallen so hard, except I had momentum from trying to come forward to punch her.

When I sat up to look at her I saw a mocking smile on her face, instead of the kind smile she always wore. OK, bitch, I see you. You want to play, let's play. I hopped back up and went after her again. I was going to connect a punch one way or another. My swings got harder with each attempt I made. Yet, I never connected. She was there when I started my punch, but she managed to move out of the path of my swing gracefully. I was sweating, and getting winded, and she looked fine. Like she could do this all day.

I am starting to suspect that Luna is a lot tougher opponent than I originally thought. She doesn't seem concerned that I am really angry. She is also not attempting to give me any respect at all. I am a decorated warrior, but I can hear the crowd's murmurs. They are starting to mock me. This bitch has kicked me three times so far. One against the side of my face, Once in the ribs, and once to kick me in the butt when my punch missed her. That was the worst one. I looked like a novice fighter, and I was the one being humiliated out here, not her. How in the hell was that happening?
