Captive [MXM] -
Caught Red-Handed
Warren seemed to be without any semblance of embarrassment. He didn't move from our position at all, even as Lorcan walked away.
"G-get off of me," I squeaked and pushed at him uselessly.
"But we were having so much fun, babydoll," he smiled and stroked my thigh.
I blushed and tried to push at him but there was no getting away from Warren.
"Warren!" I said in exasperation, "this is so embarrassing. Please get off."
"I will if you say it for me again," he remarked.
I flushed but did what he said, "please let me go, Daddy."
He almost visibly preened at my compliance as he helped me up and unwrapped his belt from my wrists.
I blinked in surprise when I saw that it had actually left red marks. It hadn't felt that tight but God seeing what was left still turned me on.
"Thank you," I breathed as he began to redress himself. I sat on the edge of the bed and held the belt for him. When he put his hand out for it I complied easily, "um, are you coming back when you're done?"
"You're coming with me," Warren said and shrugged on his jacket. I blinked in surprise.
"Oh, okay," I mumbled as he took my hand and led me out of his bedroom. "You don't usually take me with you."
"Mm, I want to be with you right now," he sighed and straightened his tie. I blinked and cocked my head to the side.
"Uh-huh, then will you go to sleep when we're done?" I asked as we rounded down the marble stairs and towards the lounge.
"Sure," Warren shrugged and pushed into the room. Within were two men on the couch. There was a man in the center with tanned skin and dirty blond hair with dark roots- beside him was a disgruntled looking Sage.
"I wasn't expecting you, Giovanni," Warren said in his business voice. I never liked it much. It was cool and fake.
"I'm missing a shipment," said the blond man. He had a heavy accent.
"And why is that my problem?" Warren asked and took a seat on the opposing sofa. I took my place beside him.
"You've never liked me, Petrov. I think you sabotaged it," Giovanni huffed and folded his arms over his chest, "so when I do not get what I paid for then someone else must pay."
"Where is the shipment, Sage?" Warren sighed and looked to the white haired man.
"It's three weeks late. I think it'll get there and he's just being impatient," he complied and folded his hands into his lap.
"Then you'll have your items soon, Gio. I'm not going to waste effort on getting it for you," the vampire remarked dryly and the other man seemed to be irritated by this, "and I wouldn't waste effort on 'sabotaging' you either."
"Do not test me, Petrov," he hissed, "there are many more powerful than you."
"I hope you aren't implying that you are one of them. After all, this is my territory, not yours. You're outmanned and outmaneuvered here," Warren remained calm and slowly rose from his seat. I followed silently, "now get out of my house and learn some patience."
"You're pretty scary when you do business," I remarked as I followed him to the kitchen. He glanced at me and opened the looming silver fridge.
"Are you implying that I'm not always scary?" He asked and began pulling out various foods and ingredients.
My mind flooded with very traumatic memories of him that kind of numbed me.
"Yeah but it's a different kind of scary- very authoritative," I shrugged and hopped up on the island as I watched him retrieve a pan.
"You say that like you don't like it when I'm 'authoritative'," Warren snorted and flicked on the stove.
"I don't, you asshole," I snapped and folded my arms across my chest.
"I just don't see why you're so ashamed of it, Paige," he scoffed and cracked two eggs into the pan, "it's not embarrassing."
I flushed red and squeezed the edge of the counter, "it's fucking shameful, Warren. I don't know why you can't see that- it's not normal."
He turned and then stopped himself for a second, "so what? Why does that matter to you? The only thing you should care about is how you feel. It doesn't matter what everyone else thinks."
His voice had risen and it was scary in all honesty.
"You can't just make me not feel things! Does it matter that you aren't the fucking center of my universe?" I yelled back and threw up my hands.
He flinched- he flinched.
"Because you are the only thing I care about," he said softly and dropped his gaze the the floor. "You're the center of my universe."
My breath caught as I turned away. The air was tense and thick between us.
And like a idiot I had to open my mouth, "I think your eggs are burning."
My back was to the door and the lamp flickered dimly on the nightstand. The door opened. It was Warren.
He sighed quietly and shuffled around before pulling back the covers and slipping in with me. I continued to pretend that I was asleep. He flicked off the light and let his hand graze my shoulder. I expected him to pull me against him before he allowed his hand to fall away.
"I love you, babydoll," he sighed softly as if he were whispering to himself and then rolled onto his side.
That is when my guilt began to form.
Twenty minutes had to be enough for him to fall asleep. If not, his soft snoring was definitely an indication that he was knocked out. The idiot really hadn't slept at all last night.
I stayed quiet as I slipped out of bed. As if I wouldn't go to work today.
Before leaving though, I had to linger one last time.
I pressed a kiss to his ear gently, "I wish I could love you too... Daddy."
Nearly an hour later I was wiping down tables and taking orders at the diner. I sincerely hoped that Warren wouldn't replace out I had come in today but it was very unlikely. It made him nervous when he didn't know where I was.
Oh well, maybe he'd spank me.
I smiled to myself at the thought and went to take the order of an elderly couple that had just walked in. They were both very nice and were sure to comment on how 'cute' I looked. As long as it got me tips I didn't care what I had to do- within reason of course. However, when I returned with their drinks I found that a group of men had taken the booth in the corner.
With the couple's order still in the making I decided that I could cover their table too since we weren't too busy this afternoon.
"Good afternoon, gentleman. What-" I faltered when I noticed a very familiar man sitting by the window. Warren gave me an indifferent look. I cleared my throat, "What drinks will you be having to start off?"
My hand was shaking as they listed off their orders. I put sweet tea with lemon down for Warren since I already knew that's what he'd want.
I turned to flee and beg a co-worker to take the table but I was stopped.
"You didn't get my order," Warren said in a displeased tone and I nearly flinched as I turned.
"I'm so sorry, what would you like? Sweet tea?" I asked and forced a smile onto my face.
"Yes, that's fine."
"With lemon," I stated and then corrected myself, "I mean- with lemon?"
"Yes."
I was in so much trouble.
"Please, Toni! I need you to take that table!" I begged her and gave my best puppy dog eyes.
"I can't, baby, I'm on break. It's just one table- I'm sure they aren't that bad," she waved her hand and gave me a smile. My shoulders slumped.
"Orders fifty-two through five!" Called George who was the chef and that was Warren's table. I swallowed hard and balanced them across my arms as I walked them out to their booth.
"Your food, gentlemen," I smiled broadly at them and dished out their plates. "Anything else you need?"
The man sitting beside Warren leaned forward. He was older- in his thirties.
"Maybe your number?" He smiled at me and let his gaze wander. My stomach dropped as Warren's hand twitched.
"Ah- I'm sorry sir, I'm taken, but I'm flattered," taken was an understatement.
"Oh come on, what does he have that I don't? I'm sure I could treat you well," he scoffed and I watched as Warren's eyes grew hard and his shoulders tensed. This pot was close to boiling already.
"No, no, I'm sure he's not someone you'd like to make angry," I smiled sheepishly.
"Come on, sweetheart, one date couldn't-"
Warren's hand started to move and I wasn't going to let him cause a scene here.
"Warren stop!" I shouted and put my hands up. He paused and stared at me. The men looked between us.
"Excuse me?" One asked, "you know each other?"
I froze and swallowed, Warren wasn't going to answer. I stared at my feet, "um, Warren is... well he's the boyfriend."
My face was cherry red at this point, "I don't think he appreciates your hitting on me."
Now it was hit turn to blush.
"Ah- I didn't realize, Petrov," he apologized. Warren merely stared at him.
"Let me out," he said in response and I swallowed hard as he got out and yanked me by the arm.
He shoved me against the wall as his lips crashed against mine. I whimpered and grappled at his arms as his body crushed into my own. His kiss was rough and aggressive and I mostly just... took it.
"Mm- W-Warren," I cried and tucked my lips against my shoulder to make him stop, "please."
"Why did you leave? I didn't give you permission nor did I say that you could come to work after I told you not to," he scowled and let his palm come to rest at the hollow of my throat.
My lower lip trembled, "I don't have the luxury of calling in sick. Especially since I only have one job now."
"If you would just behave then you wouldn't need to work at all, Paige," he hissed as his grip tightened, "I could pay for everything."
Tears welled in my eyes, "I don't want to be a mindless doll! I don't want to turn into your play thing- I know that's what will happen if I g-give in. If I say yes once then I won't s-suh-stop."
"You don't have to, baby. I want to take care of you. I want you to just fucking let me," he whispered and kissed my cheeks gently.
"No! You want me to love you and I can't," I whimpered and brought my small fists up to my eyes.
"But you could learn," he stressed.
I sucked in a slow breath, "I don't love you."
His expression shattered.
