CEO's Tears Over Pregnancy Test Discovery -
Chapter 1023
Nina lowered her head, feeling shy despite being in her thirties. She could not bring herself to meet Zoe's gaze.
Nash said, "We're not deliberately flaunting anything. I owe Nina too much. Now, whatever she wants, as long as it's within my power, I'll give it to her."
And even if it was not within his power, he would move heaven and earth to make it happen.
"Alright, alright, no need to tell me all this. Do whatever makes you happy," Zoe quickly waved her hand, signaling she had heard enough.
Zoe stayed at the York residence because she adored Orion. Nash, meanwhile, took charge of every detail of the wedding, refusing to leave anything to chance.
On the wedding day, many close friends came. Hunter, Caleb, Ben, Yvonne, and even Eve. Grandpa George, despite his age, personally came to offer his blessings to Nash. Pharaoh, Micah, and Freya were also there, as well as Scarlett and James. Scarlett and James had planned to marry that year, but James's commitments kept delaying their plans. In the end, Nina and Nash ended up tying the knot first.
Everyone who attended had seen the hardships Nash and Nina had endured, so beyond just offering their congratulations, they were genuinely happy for the couple.
Naturally, Wilfred was also in attendance. Nina and Nash did not lack for anything material. Wilfred gifted Nina a pink diamond necklace and, more importantly, a special bottle of medicine he had painstakingly crafted himself.
He handed the bottle to Nina and said with care, "This medicine is made from ancient recipes I studied. Keep it safe. In a critical moment, it could save your lives."
The amount was enough to protect Nina, Nash, and Orion. Wilfred even considered that there might be a fourth member joining their family in the future.
Nina felt a weight in her chest. This bottle represented Wilfred's deep concern and dedication. Every guest had brought heartfelt gifts, and Nina was deeply moved. Words of thanks felt too shallow, so she gave Wilfred a warm hug.
"Thank you, Wilfred. You've helped me so much. There were so many times I didn't know what to do without you. You'll always be my family, my friend."
Wilfred had been so good to her, and Nina knew how much he had sacrificed. But her heart belonged to Nash now. She only had one heart, and there was no room left for anyone else. She could only see Wilfred as a friend and give him her most sincere blessings. Wilfred patted her on the shoulder with a smile. "Of course, I'm part of your family."
"Yes."
The wedding did not leave much time for catching up, and soon enough, it was time for the ceremony. Nash personally came to replace Nina, and together, they walked down the red carpet under the eyes of all their friends and family, amidst a chorus of well-wishes. Their closest friends stood by as best man and maid of honor. Their son, Orion, served as the ring bearer. Pharaoh, Zion, Julia, and Zoe acted as witnesses.
Nash had invited William and even sent an invitation to Dominic. While Dominic did not attend, William responded with a demand that he would not come unless Nash gave him a billion dollars.
Though Nash had the money, William had changed so much that giving him a billion felt like throwing it into a bottomless pit.
However, no one expected a surprise guest to show up at the wedding.
