Pharaoh gently patted Orion's head. "We've eaten. Orion, why don't you ask your mom and dad if they've eaten too?"

"Okay." Orion's speech was slow, but every word was sincere.

He then repeated Pharaoh's words to Nina, which made her very happy. It was the most complete sentence Orion had spoken in a while.

Nina responded, "Mom and Dad have eaten. And guess what? We ran into your uncle while we were here. Orion, would you like to come join us for some fun?"

As she asked this, Nina glanced over at Nash beside her. If Orion said yes, they could easily bring him over, since they had the means to do so.

Nash smiled warmly at Orion. "What do you think, buddy? Do you want to come?"

Orion shook his head and looked up at Pharaoh before responding, "Orion... wants to stay... Grandpa is... helping Orion get better..."

"Alright then. Stay with your grandpa, and make sure to listen to him. When we come back, we'll bring you a present. And once you're feeling better, we'll take you out to play."

Nash had considered bringing Orion along, but he and Nina had not spent much time together as a couple. After all, he owed Nina so much. He wanted to make the most of this opportunity to spend some time alone with her, knowing that Orion was in good hands. "Okay." Orion's single word of agreement was spoken with a clarity that made Nash and Nina both proud.

There was no denying that Orion's condition had improved significantly since staying with Pharaoh. If Pharaoh stayed in Birkham for the long term, not only would Orion continue to get better, but Nina would also have a chance to strengthen her relationship with her father. This way, Nina would not be left with any lingering regrets. After all, Nina had been loved and cared for by Zion and Julia as if she were their biological daughter.

Then there were her friends, her aunt, and even her brother. One day, she would also have a sister-in-law.

Nina and Orion talked for a long time, and finally, the screen shifted back to Pharaoh, who offered Nina a few more words of advice before she ended the call. Nash wrapped his arms around her. "Why not let Orion stay with his grandpa? It seems like it's helping him with his recovery."

"Isn't he already with his grandpa?" Nina replied, hopeful that Orion would continue to improve.

"You sure you don't want to eat any of that?" Nash teased, pulling her closer by the waist. Nina shook her head.

But Nash's hand started to wander, and the next moment, he had Nina pinned beneath him.

She shot him an exasperated look. "Nash, it's the middle of the day! What do you think you're doing?"

"It's just daylight. Besides, with no one else around, we should make the most of it. And once we pull the covers over us, it'll be dark." With that, Nash pulled the covers up over them.

Nina tried to push him off, but under his playful persistence, she gave in.

The next day, they planned a new travel route, and since they had bumped into Micah and Freya, the four decided to travel together.

When Nina saw them the next morning, she could not resist teasing, "So, how was sharing one bed last night? Sleep well?" Micah caught her playful expression and knew she was behind the single-bed situation. Micah just gave her a playful glare.

Nina grinned mischievously. "Come on, I was just trying to help you two out. You don't seem too grateful for my good intentions!" "Well, then, thank you very much!" Micah replied, though his tone held no real irritation.

Soon after, they all arrived at the next scenic spot together.
