Chapter 880

Nash had his soldiers around him and also sharp instincts, so Seth's attempt to harm him failed. However, in any battle, casualties were inevitable.

Seth didn't care about Miranda, and while Nash knew she was no longer a useful hostage, he wouldn't spare her either.

Seeing the unfavorable situation, Seth waved a white flag to negotiate with Nash. "Nash, you came here for peacekeeping, to replace an antidote, and to locate Nina. You have no deep hatred for the Yaren tribe, and there's no unresolved enmity between us.

"I can help you meet your demands. I don't want to be your enemy."

Seth's primary goal was to rule the Yaren tribe and become the master of this land. Opposing Nash without leverage made him the weaker party.

Nash dismissed Seth's pleas. "I want Nina."

The antidote? The war? Life and death? None of that mattered. He needed to see Nina safe in front of him. Everything else was secondary.

Miranda's heart ached as she looked at Nash. She felt foolish, still caring for Nash, but it was clear his heart belonged to Nina.

Nash would sacrifice everything for Nina, while she meant nothing to him. In addition, Seth ignored her, and Nash had exposed her true identity.

"Nash, if you don't retreat, you'll never see Nina again."

"Then I'll kill you first!" Nash's voice was cold and serious.

With those words, he shot Miranda in the shoulder.

"Ah!" Miranda screamed in agony.

Despite her training, she had never endured such agony. It felt like her shoulder was being torn apart. She couldn't stand up and smelled the strong scent of blood. She was dizzy and disoriented.

No one cared about her anymore. Seth had abandoned her, and she was now worthless. She thought it would be better to die, especially if she could take Nash with her. With this thought, she tried to act, but Nash's men were faster and restrained her.

Meanwhile, the slaves in the camp revolted. They charged at Seth with a vengeance, remembering the experiments he conducted on them. The Yaren tribe's ruler might be the Pharaoh, but Seth executed many of the experiments and they resented him deeply. Seth had not anticipated his plans being disrupted by Wilfred and Nash. With no time to react, he threw a bomb and fled quickly. "Chase him!" Nash commanded.

At this moment, he was more concerned about Nina's whereabouts.

This was a turning point for the Yaren tribe. Nash helped the people rebuild their homes and freed all the slaves. He also found Micah and the unconscious Pharaoh.

Seeing Micah's injuries, Nash frowned. "Have you seen Nina?"

"Wilfred took her. She's safe now," Micah reassured. With Wilfred by her side, Nina would be fine.
