Chapter 888

Nash didn't respond immediately. After a few seconds, he slowly said, "This is Nina's decision."

Ignoring Nash, Micah walked over to the Pharaoh. While the Pharaoh was unconscious, Micah removed the mask from his face, revealing a long scar that had been hidden for years.

This scar, which Micah had only seen once as a child, was the reason the Pharaoh always wore a mask in public.

Micah had gathered the tribe's best medical minds and laboratory experts. His only goal now was to wake the Pharaoh as soon as possible.

Three hours later, the Pharaoh regained consciousness. He immediately noticed the absence of his mask and the familiar weight it usually imparted on his face.

"Where is Seth?" the Pharaoh roared in anger.

He had trusted Seth completely, and now Seth had betrayed him and even removed his mask.

Micah scoffed softly. "You still want to see Seth? Are you really so short on reliable people?"

The Pharaoh followed the voice, finally seeing Micah safe and sound, and let out a sigh of relief. "Where's Ivy?"

He hadn't forgotten his daughter.

Micah chuckled. "Do you mean Seth's daughter or your real daughter?"

The Pharaoh wasn't a fool. He instantly understood what Micah was implying. Seth had replaced his real daughter Ivy with his

OWIL.

"You know where Ivy is?" the Pharaoh asked, hope flickering in his eyes.

Micah's calm demeanor suggested he knew everything. "You've met her," he said slowly.

The realization hit the Pharaoh hard. The girl named Nina, who had seemed so familiar, was actually his daughter Ivy. Memories of a young Ivy running towards him with a lollipop and flowers filled his mind.

"Father," Micah's voice pulled him back to the present.

"Where is she?" the Pharaoh asked urgently.

The Pharaoh became anxious. After the fire, he had lost his daughter Ivy. With no remains found in the fire, he had always believed she was still alive. When Seth brought back "Ivy," he experienced an unparalleled happiness, even though "Ivy" had poor health and a bit of a temper.

He had been busy with his plans and had often left "Ivy" alone, though he made sure to bring her gifts to make up for his absence. But now, he was being told that his real daughter was someone else and he had even almost killed her.

The Pharaoh recalled the moment he had aimed his gun at Nina and felt a deep regret and remorse.

Micah's smirk deepened. "You really fully handed the Yaren tribe over to Seth, didn't you? Nina was taken into the lab, and a rebellion was started. And you had no clue?"

He didn't believe the Pharaoh could be that oblivious.

The Pharaoh had his own experiments and grand plans, so he never paid attention to Seth's activities. Moreover, when the Pharaoh saw Nina, he thought she resembled his memories of Ivy, but he dismissed it as mere coincidence and didn't think much

of it. Why would he pay attention to someone he considered insignificant? Besides, at that time, he thought Nina staying with Micah might hinder him, so her death seemed like it could be beneficial.

But now, he was shocked by the truth.

A lump formed in the Pharaoh's throat, and for a moment, he didn't know what to say to Micah.
