Don’t Give Up on Love Don’t Leave Me by KLAO -
Chapter 5
Chapter 5
Now, Jason refused to believe the reality.
He tried to use facts to prove that he was not wrong.
He murmured, “But they were fine when I saw them before.”
“Before? Jason, don’t be so funny.”
I laughed, “When was the last time you saw them? Almost two years!”
“They were just learning to walk at that time. Do you still remember what your two children looked like?”
Jason pursed his lips, unable to refute.
He seemed to feel somewhat remorseful.
He moved in front of me and softened his tone.
He wanted to wipe my tears, “I’m sorry about this.”
I slapped his hand away.
Sorry?
The death of two children.
All I got from him was a “sorry“?
I stared at his face, trying to see clearly the man I had loved for more than ten years.
I pushed him away, “I don’t need your pity now.”
Jason looked at the sneer on my face and felt a little helpless.
He had a strong premonition.
He was about to lose the person in front of him.
“I’m sorry, but they’re dead and nothing can be changed now. Can I make it up to you?”
“We can have another child or get married.”
In his eyes, the two lives of the children can be compensated?
Those two children are not only mine, they are also his.
Today I finally see clearly that the person I have loved for so many years could be so cold–hearted and callous.
“No need, Jason, we are breaking up.”
Seeing how stubborn I was, Jason lost his patience, “What else do you want from me? You want to gain a status, don’t you?”
He thought I was playing with the children’s life.
I smiled bleakly, “Jason, I can’t be so shameless!”
Chapter 5
I have liked him for many years.
I liked him so much that I even didn’t care about my
self–esteem.
I liked him so much that I brought my children with him without any status.
liked him so much that even when there were countless scandals between him and Willow, I didn’t dare to question them.
But I don’t like him to the point where he is more important than my children!
Why does he think that the title of a wife is more important than my two children? I no longer have the energy to argue with him.
We parted on bad terms.
Jason thought I was too greedy and didn’t know when to stop.
There was no obstruction.
When I decided to leave, I rented a house.
I moved from there finally.
This house is not as big as the Nelson family’s villa.
Marty and Lucy‘ s toys nearly filled the house.
The whole house was filled with their scent as if they had never left me.
