"F**k!" I muttered under my breath as my eyes raked over her naked body. Seeing her naked had been the last thing on my mind, I had not bothered myself with such thoughts and I think that's why I wasn't prepared for the surge of I**t that I felt the moment my eyes caught sight of her naked body. "She's your fiancee, you can claim her" Agnus managed to say amidst the rampage my wolves were having, thanks to the sight of her beautiful body.

"Dammit" I mumbled in frustration and stood up, her eyes went down to my bulge and they widened. I smirked proudly at her reaction before I adjusted my pants and took a few steps toward her and I only paused when I was standing right in front of her. A growl left my lips when I smelled her arousal, "You are making this harder for me" I mumbled into her ear as I trailed my fingers on her waist, her breath piqued up and she unconsciously leaned closer to me, almost pressing her body to me "stop it" I growled out and she whimpered, I decided to not waste any more time before we take this further than we would like later on.

I quickly picked up the rope and tied it securely on her body before I turned her around and nudged her in the direction of the closet "Go and get dressed before we end up in a mess we would regret" I whispered into her ear and placed a soft kiss on her neck, she looked up at me and gently bit her lips before she bobbed her head and walked away.

"What the f**k was that?" I asked my wolves after she left and I had managed to calm down.

"What? I think that's how every normal Were would react to a naked female" Favian said but he couldn't mask the nervousness and shakiness in his voice.

"Yes, my body is meant to react to a naked body but how many times in the last years have we reacted to a woman's naked body like that? When last did you all go wild because of something like that, and Favian you are smart but not good at hiding your emotions, I can feel and hear the nervousness from you" I said, "now tell me what that was all about" I ordered.

He sighed heavily before he started talking "truth is, we don't know either. Nothing has ever excited us like that, the moment we saw her the only thought that resonated through our minds was marking her, and I don't know why" he explained and this time I could tell he was telling the truth.

"Do you think it's the mate bond?" Erasmus asked and I shook my head.

"We aren't even married yet, the mate bond doesn't exist between us yet," I said

"What if this is an exceptional case, you've heard of stories where certain Weres are fated mates and the bond will keep pulling them in until they get married and seal the bond? What if that's the case with you both" Agnus said, and my brows furrowed.

"But if that's the case shouldn't I be feeling a certain type of way for her?" I asked and just when he was about to reply, the closet door opened and Selene walked out wearing a singlet and shorts. My eyes slowly raked over her body before they settled on her face. "Hi!" I said and immediately cringed internally, there was absolutely no reason to add to the awkwardness we were already feeling but my mouth just had to say that.

She chuckled and hesitantly walked over to the bed and sat down beside me "hi" she replied with a smile, I turned my face towards her and smiled back at her "Umm.. so, how did you know my wolf was gone?" She asked, cutting right to the chase, despite the awkwardness.

I cleared my throat and turned away from her "well when I came to call you in the morning back at Mooncrest, your scent was completely different. I could only smell your human scent and I couldn't tell why you smelt like that at first, but as the day progressed and I kept watching you I guessed that would have been the problem" I explained and she rubbed her hands on her face.

"Do you think everybody else would have figured it out?" She asked and I turned towards her, she looked afraid, her wide eyes kept darting around my face in fear "Do you?" She asked again and I shook my head.

"It took me a while to figure that out, I doubt anyone else would have that figured out. They'll probably think it's your new scent from staying in Mooncrest" I said in an attempt to give her hope and to my relief, it did comfort her because she released a breath and nodded her head.

"Let them keep thinking that till I figure out what happened to Eliana" she mumbled to herself she turned to me and smiled widely "thank you" "You're welcome"

We both fell into a comfortable silence after that, and I went back to questioning my wolves about what happened earlier because for some odd reason I couldn't get the image of her naked out of my mind nor could I erase the way my body reacted to it out of my either.

"Are you hungry?" She asked out of the blue, interrupting my mental interrogation. It was as if her question triggered my hunger because my stomach grumbled furiously the next second. Her eyes fell on my stomach and she chuckled "I'll take that as an answer, common let's go and see what we can get from the kitchen" she stood up after saying that and walked out of the room.

"You couldn't stay quiet, huh?" I scolded my stomach before I stood up and went after her. I went down and met a bunch of people in the dining area, hugging and talking to Selene, the quiet atmosphere I met when I came earlier was drowned out by their noise. Their faces felt familiar like I'd seen them somewhere but I didn't put much thought into it and just walked up to Selene.

"Hey!" I whispered into her ear, she yelped and turned towards me in surprise. "Sorry" I apologized sheepishly and she just shook her head at me.

"Guys, meet Drystan" she grabbed my arm and pushed me forward "Drystan, these are my friends; Malcolm, Dave, Lucy, and Stacy," she said, pointing at each of them.

"Hello!" I greeted with a forced smile on my face and before I could comprehend what was happening, the two girls squealed and pulled me into a hug.

"It's nice to meet you" the red-haired who I think is Stacy said with a huge grin on her face

"Yes it's really nice to meet you," someone said in a calm voice but I didn't miss the anger and threat in his voice, I looked away from Stacy to the owner of the voice; Malcolm, and he was glaring at me.

"We hope you won't overstay your welcome" the other, Dave, said and I snapped my head towards him.

"And what is that supposed to mean?" I asked, raising a brow as I anticipated his response. The temperature in the room rose an octave as we three stared at each other, I could hear the girls clearing their throats and I could feel Selene tugging on my arm to stop but my eyes were rooted on them.

In a few seconds, they began twitching and I could feel their wolves whining in their heads but they refused to look away, and that just made everything way more fun for me. Each time wolves challenged me or try to intimidate me with their glare, it was always so fun to watch them give up. Their wolves half of the time give up first due to the immense pressure mine has on them.

"What's going on here? You boys should stop that right now and come and eat your food!" I heard the Luna say.

Relief washed over the boys' faces and they immediately looked away from me, and my smirk widened even more before I turned towards her and nodded my head "sure" I mumbled and walked over to the dining table; where Alpha Reid and the girls were already seated, and I immediately took a seat beside Selene. And soon enough the boys joined us as well and the meals were served, Alpha took a bite first, and everyone dug in afterwards.

The lunch was successful and the meal was amazing but I didn't fully enjoy it because I was uncomfortable throughout, all thanks to the gazes I got. Selene and her friends spoke a bit after the lunch ended before they went their separate ways leaving just us in the dining room.

Not long after they left, Selene and I were called to the living room by the Alpha. "Take a seat," he said the moment we walked in, She and I glanced at each other before we took a seat on the couch, opposite the Alpha and Luna.

Silence loomed over us for quite some time, leaving both of us nervous for a while before the Alpha cleared his throat and began speaking "Princess, what I'm about to say involves you and it's the reason we asked you to come back. But before I start, I'll like to apologize to you for keeping this away from you and most importantly for telling you this now, if it was up to us you never would have found out but we can't control everything. But at the same time, I want you to know that we love you, Princess. We always have, right from the moment we met you." he said and the Luna placed her hands on his reassuringly.

Selene turned towards me, looking panicked but I just smiled at her and held her hand "it's going to be okay" I mouthed to her and she stiffly nodded, then turned back to her dad.

"I'm listening, Dad," she said in a shaky voice and Alpha Reid took a deep breath.

"You're not our biological daughter"
