I woke up with a start, confusion filling me as I tried to remember where I was and peered around the room while rubbing my eyes tiredly. Then it dawned on me..oh yeah I was in my new apartment. I looked down at the chat, reading the final message as I couldn't help the huge smile that was now plastered on my face. Ronan74: Good morning Kitten, call me when you wake up.

I was about to call him when I noticed I had a text message that was sent to my phone, making me exit the messaging app and click on my texts. What I saw made my heart drop as I frowned at the phone.

From MacKenzie: Hey..we going to talk about this or what?

That's all it said..her message was short and to the point, making my chest fill with anxiety. So she finally wanted to chat..I know her birthday is this weekend and she was going to have a huge party at her house but I had no desire to go since the mall incident. I didn't even know if I was still invited to begin with.

I fell back onto the bed, letting out a long sigh as I shut my eyes tightly, trying to think of what to say.

I lifted my phone above my head, opening her text once more as I began to type a message.

I decided to make my text just as short as hers was. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if she thought I would just apologize right then and there, begging for her forgiveness. I guess that's what I would have done in the past..I wonder what has changed? I called Asher next to take my mind off of Mack..this is too much stress for being this early in the morning.

I clicked his screen name and made the call, placing the phone to my ear.

"Good morning my beautiful girlfriend, about time you woke up.." He answered the call grumpily, making me giggle. Just his voice alone was making me feel better, grumpy and all.

"Sorry, I guess I was just so exhausted from yesterday." I said sheepishly, my stomach flipping as I heard him chuckle. It was almost ten o'clock and I never sleep in this late. I should probably call my dad and Uncle, they must be worried.

"It's okay baby, I just missed you. Did you miss me too?" He asked curiously and I couldn't help but grin.

"Yes baby, I missed you like crazy." I said sweetly, knowing exactly where this was going. It's almost like I could feel the s****l tension coursing through the air.

"Show me Emery, I want to see how much you missed me." His deep tone was smooth like velvet, traveling straight through me as my panties quickly dampened with desire.

"Show you?" I choked out, my throat suddenly dry as I tried to swallow this lump that quickly formed in my throat.

"I still need to shower." I suddenly blurted, trying to think of any excuse to put this off longer. Why was I so nervous?!

"Can I watch baby?" His voice was husky and full of lust, causing my eyes to widen as I suddenly felt very nervous. He has never watched me in the shower before so that alone was a new concept.

"Yeah..if you..if you want to." The words came tumbling out of my mouth as I closed my eyes and shook my head. What the hell was wrong with me? Why was I being so shy all of a sudden, it's not like he hasn't seen me naked before. He has seen all of me.. "You know I want to baby..I love watching you." He groaned, already getting turned on just from the thought of it.

"Let me just go replace my shower stuff and I will call you back." I said quickly and then he said goodbye and hung up the phone.

I put the phone down, my hands sliding up to my face as I took a deep shuddering breath. I felt so nervous..I don't know why this all feels so much more personal now.. I quickly went to the dining room and dug through my stack of boxes until I found my bathroom stuff. I grabbed my shampoo, a towel, and some body wash then headed to the bathroom.

I walked into the room, it was pretty modern with white and grey marble tiles and a glass shower. I took my phone with shaking hands and pressed video call.
