Chapter 181 The Centurion Card
She spoke the truth, with Calvin's height, physique, and looks, even a rag could be worn with a sense of design.
However, it sounded extremely ambiguous.
Lawson's brow was furrowed, an inexplicable irritation gnawing at his heart.
Just a few days ago, she was at a hotel with an old man, and now she's flirting with Mr. Larson. Does she even know anything about Mr. Larson's family background? Does she think she's good enough for the Larson family?
The corners of Calvin's mouth lifted, his narrow eyes glancing lightly towards Lawson. He was in a good mood. Turning back, he picked up the other clothes hanging in the fitting room, his voice low as he asked, "What about these, want me to try them on for you?"
"No need, right?" Myrna had been indifferent just now, willing to give it a try. She had called him out to go shopping primarily to buy him clothes, at worst, they could wait a bit.
Unfortunately, an uninvited guest arrived at that moment, disturbing her good mood. She shook her head and waved her hand dismissively at the salesperson.
"Hello, could you please wrap all of these up for me?"
Saying so, she took out the Centurion Card from Flower Bank.
Calvin was momentarily surprised when he saw the Centurion Card she pulled out, but it was just a moment. That bit of astonishment was

like a pebble falling into the vast ocean, disappearing without a trace in the blink of an eye.
He stood there in his crisp shirt, looking dashing and wealthy, yet showing no intention of paying the bill. It seemed as if he was thoroughly enjoying the feeling of Myrna buying clothes for him. Instead, it was Lawson who was taken aback when he saw Myrna casually pull out a Centurion Card from her person to pay the bill, his gaze lingering on the two of them.
The salesperson was quick and efficient, and had the items packed up in no time.
Myrna didn't want to stay here, breathing the same air as certain people, so she went outside to wait.
Only Calvin was left, holding the bag of clothes and her Centurion Card, he passed Lawson and his group with an air of grace and poise.
In the blink of an eye, only Lawson and Jenny were left at the counter.
"Shall we still try this dress?" Jenny, holding the dress, was unsure whether to put it down or keep it.
Lawson looked upset and didn't want to try anymore. He said to the salesperson, "Hello, please pack this piece of clothing for me.'
He turned his head and said to the woman beside him, "Let me walk you home."
Who would have known that as soon as he finished speaking, the saleswoman who had just packed for Myrna, with a troubled look on her face, didn't reach out to take his bank card.
He even said directly to him in front of Jenny, "I'm sorry, sir, we don't sell this piece of clothing."

Lawson's handsome face darkened, and he exploded on the spot, "What do you mean, you just sold one, why won't you sell it now?"
"Sorry, we're not selling anymore, please don't make it difficult for me." The salesperson stood there awkwardly.
Lawson, however, took a deep breath, his face ashen, refusing to return the clothes to her. Clenching his teeth, one could almost hear the grinding sound, "A reason! Give me a reason not to sell it to me, and I'll let it go. Otherwise, I'm taking this piece of clothing with me today no matter what!"
Jenny, born into a prestigious family was encountering such a situation for the first time. Her face flushed with embarrassment, she quickly pulled him aside and pleaded, "Lawson, let it go. It's just a piece of clothing. Let's go to another store."
Lawson, however, insisted on a reason. His gaze was heavy, his handsome face twisted in a grimace. He shook off her hand and bullied the sales guide, "A reason. Speak up, give me a reason. Are you not selling or just not selling to me!"
"Sir, please don't behave like this," the salesperson said. She wasn't afraid of him causing a scene, but she thought it would look bad if he did. So, she stopped saving his face and bluntly told him, "If you insist on getting a clear answer, fine, it's because our boss doesn't allow us to sell."
Lawson: "Your boss?" "Yes, it was our boss."
She didn't care how bad Lawson looked, she reached out to him for the clothes, "Sir, we can't sell you this piece of clothing, nor any other styles. You can't buy any clothes from our store! Please don't make it difficult for me, give me back the clothes and go look in other stores."
