My Mate Is An Omega
My Mate Is A Virgin Chapter 1

Jasper POV

"Happy birthday... Gamma Jasper," the she-wolf whispered in between breaths as I banged her. Their dirty talk usually had little effect on me, but hearing them address me by my title had become one of my kinks.

"Ah, s**t!"

My head fell backwards as I reached my release, spurting my seed inside of her well, inside the condom. The brunette's legs started shaking and she moaned louder than ever. She was good, but I knew she was just faking her o****m, probably not to leave me disappointed. It seemed like I was losing my charm, huh? A while ago, I would have cursed myself if I cummed before any of my partners did, but for the past few weeks I just couldn't care less.

I laid on top of her for a moment longer, sweat dripping from my drenched auburn red hair onto her large breasts. She was surely hot, but after seeing so many different bodies with various shapes and forms, I wasn't as intrigued anymore. Once I caught my breath, I pulled out of her before rolling away to sit by the edge of the bed. With my eyes closed, I waited for the thrill of my climax to vanish completely so I could go back to being miserable.

Two weeks had passed since Sasha, our pack's Delta and one of my best friends, moved out of Diamond Tempest to live with her mate, Cedar, a prestigious Alpha who coincidentally happened to be the leader of our Luna's former pack. She stayed true to her promise to keep in touch with me; we would text every two days or so, which is how I found out her new life was going great. I was obviously happy for her, yet a pinch in my chest made my heart ache due to her absence. We had grown rather close in the past year, and to lose her like that... It sucked.

Whenever I thought of her, I couldn't help but remember one of our last interactions. I still couldn't believe I tried to take her. What was wrong with me? Sasha was amazing; smart, drop-dead gorgeous, and she always took care of everyone else before herself. She deserved much better than me, an orphan wolf with no name who had a habit of sleeping with every girl in my way. She deserved to be loved and worshiped like the angel she was. She deserved a man who would bring out the best in her; support her beyond measure. Alpha Cedar seemed like the perfect mate for her.

I was pulled away from my thoughts abruptly when I felt a pair of arms snake around my chest, startling me. The she-wolf pressed her breasts against my back as she felt well-defined muscles; I wasn't buff like our Alpha or Beta, but much like every warrior, I had a nice build. To my luck, I was quite good-looking; my wild, fiery red hair and intense pale blue eyes attracted a lot of attention. Now that I thought about it, I didn't know if it was a blessing or a curse.

"Did you like your birthday gift, Gamma?" the girl whispered close to my ear in a very sensual tone.

I showed her my characteristic smirk. "Absolutely." Meh. It wasn't bad. "However..." I put my hands on my knees, pulling myself up and away from her. "Your Gamma has a lot of work to do now."

A gasp left her lips, but she seemed to take the hint. "Of course, Gamma Jasper! I won't keep you any longer," she giggled as she quickly got dressed. Once she was done, she gave me a long kiss on my cheek, her lips leisurely feeling the texture of my light stubble. "Link me later if you want another round." She winked before turning around to leave. I kept my forced smile until I heard the door close.

I thought I would finally be at peace, but boy was I wrong.

"When is this going to stop, Jasper?" My wolf, Phoenix, had a disgusted look on his face. Hypocrite; he hadn't always been against our laid back lifestyle. In fact, he seemed to enjoy it just as much as I did in the beginning.

"Whenever the f**k I want to," I spat, pushing him to the depths of my mind and closing our connection. I knew I was in the wrong, but he was getting on my nerves lately and I didn't have time for that today. It was my birthday after all, and I had the right to enjoy it. Walking into the bathroom of the Gamma suite, I threw the used condom inside of the trash bin before heading to the shower. I turned the water on and let it burn my skin as I brushed away the scent of the she-wolf; I wouldn't be able to feel clean until I had removed it completely. I closed my eyes, breathing in the steam as it always helped me relax. When I walked out of the shower, I was ready to get through the day.

I would usually go for a plain neutral-colored T-shirt, but since today was special, I picked out a wine-red button-up shirt, which was part of the new collection I bought after I was chosen to take on the Gamma title. Throwing on a dark pair of trousers, I styled my hair in front of the mirror, leaving it wild and messy - just the way the girls loved it. My characteristic smirk lit up my face as I stared at my reflection and I reminded myself, "smile, birthday boy."

It was already ten in the morning when I left my room on the second floor of the packhouse, heading straight to the Alpha's office. Although it was Saturday, technically one of the ranked members' days off, my leader had linked me earlier to let me know he needed my help solving an urgent problem in our defense system. At least I had had the chance to have some fun before getting to work.

As an act of respect, every pack member should knock before entering the Alpha's office, but since we were close friends - and I just loved messing with him - I simply pushed the door open.

"Alright, Super Jasper to the res-" I suddenly froze when I saw something I truly didn't expect.

"Happy birthday!" All of my friends chanted, taking me by surprise.

My eyes immediately fell on the nice red and white designer cake on a plastic table, with a tiny sculpture of me standing next to a number 20 on top of it - kinda cliché, but it made my heart melt. There were also black and white balloons decorating the room, and some random birthday song playing in the background. My friends were all dressed up, looking at me expectantly as they waited for my reaction. And it felt so odd that I didn't replace Sasha among them.

"I take it there's no emergency?" I smiled playfully.

"Even if there was, I wouldn't make you work on your birthday." Lance, our Alpha, returned the gesture as he approached me. "Come here, man!"

Before I could protest, he gave me a bear hug - quite literally. Less than a month ago, we had learned that he was a hybrid; part wolf, part bear. Though his werebear genes weren't too noticeable, his animal form was bigger and stronger than most wolves. Like me, Lance was a stray, a wolf with no name. At least he was, until our previous Alpha passed his surname on to him; now, he was known as Lancaster Stark. And well, I was still Jasper Stray, just like every other unwanted orphan wolf out there.

At least I had a birthday, I guess. Since Lance was found in the woods by our previous Alpha, they couldn't possibly know the exact day he had been born. I, on the other hand, had been turned in by my parents when I was about a month old. From what I had been told, I was the unwanted child of a she-wolf who got pregnant by a male who wasn't her fated mate. When her destined partner came along, he ordered her to get rid of me, the stain on both their lives. I hadn't heard from them since they gave me up, and I didn't bother looking for them either; I always thought it would be better this way.

"Happy birthday, Jasper!" Caitlyn, our Luna, was next in line to hug me. She was a sweet, kind, and smart woman; it was impossible not to like her. And it was really fun teasing her.

"Thank you, Cait. How does it feel being the only ranked member under twenty?" I smirked, and she rolled her eyes in response. Oh, I will never get tired of this.

As she backed away, I couldn't help but notice how her bump had been growing; it was quite visible underneath the loose dress she was wearing. Even though she had become part of our pack less than a year ago, she was already family to me, which meant I would be an uncle soon - in a month and a half, more precisely, considering werewolf pregnancies are shorter than a human's. And when the future heir did pop out, I wouldn't hesitate to teach him all about the Jasper Lifestyle.

"You'll always be a younger bro to me," Luke, the Beta, chimed in, wasting no time to mess my hair rather violently with his big hand. He was only two and a half years older than me, but he enjoyed calling me the pup of the squad.

"Congratulations, man. Hopefully you'll finally act your age now that you're twenty!" our Beta Female said playfully.

"You're one to talk!" I scoffed. "You're just a few weeks younger than me, and no one here thinks you're more mature than me!"

"We do," everyone else replied in unison, causing Megan to burst out laughing.

I rolled my eyes at them before taking a step forward towards the cake. "So are we gonna eat or not?"

The rest of my surprise birthday party went smoothly. We just talked and played card games for a couple of hours, but it was the exact kind of celebration I wanted. Although I mostly enjoy being noticed by the females, I prefer to keep a low profile and avoid being the center of attention. Considering how hectic the last few months had been at Diamond Tempest, it was also nice to just have a relaxing morning with my friends.

And if there was anything I loved more than a little bit of quiet time, it was winning.

"Alright, who's gonna try and fail to beat me next?" I teased, shuffling the card deck in my hands.

"This doesn't make any sense. The game's all about luck! It has nothing to do with intelligence!" Luke stood up abruptly, not bothering to hide his frustration.

"I'll take you on," Cait stated adamantly, promptly taking our Beta's seat.

"Aren't you brave, Luna? Let's see if you'll still have that smile on your face once we're done here."

She watched carefully as I placed the cards in front of us for another round of Trash. Meanwhile, I noticed the rest of our friends - all of whom had been defeated by me - had engaged in a conversation in the corner, next to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows of the office. What a shame; they weren't paying enough attention to witness my next win. "Ready?" I asked as I finished laying down the cards.

"As I'll ever be." The brunette nodded. Just as I flipped the first card, she took me by surprise. "You've been quiet lately."

I froze for a moment, but forced a smile. "I'm still the same as before."

"No, you're not," she insisted. "I know it's because Sasha isn't living here anymore."

"There's just no hiding anything from your eagle eyes, huh?" It was foolish of me to try to deceive her. Caitlyn was known for being very perceptive, as well as having a powerful sixth sense. It probably had something to do with her Original lineage - she was a direct descendant from the first werewolves, which meant she had stronger senses despite being an Omega. I instinctively glanced over at the rest of the ranked members to make sure they weren't listening to us.

"Don't worry. They're distracted," she reassured me, obviously understanding my fears, as she continued to play her cards. "I'm not trying to corner you, by the way. We all miss her. I just wanted to let you know I'm here if you ever need a listening ear, or simply some company." She smiled sincerely. "I might not be as funny as she is, but I can still entertain you with my bad jokes."

I had to laugh. "Thank you, Cait. I know I can count on you." I wasn't really too open about my feelings, but it was nice to know she cared.

"Anytime." She winked at me, flipping yet another card. "I beat you, by the way," she casually announced as she got up from her seat.

"What?!" I widened my eyes when I looked down at the table. She truly had won. That's what I get for getting distracted.

"Alright, party's over!" Lance clapped his hands as his Luna returned to his side. "As you know, we will be receiving a very special guest this evening and I want to make sure everything is prepared for her visit. Queen Nymeia will be coming here with her daughter to introduce her to us." Queen Nymeia was the leader of our ally lynx clan, Snow Pelt. "Princess Andromeda has just turned eighteen and will be taking the throne soon, so we will be making negotiations with her in no time. It's important for us to make a good first impression."

"So much for not letting me work on my birthday, huh?" I joked.

"It's more like a fancy dinner and small talk. I'm sure you'll have fun. Just keep your hands to yourself and try not to swoop the princess off her feet," he said playfully.

"I'll do my best, Alpha," I replied with the same seriousness as I headed out of the room.

The rest of my birthday was spent inside of the Gamma suite. As sad as it might sound, I was fine with having some time for myself; there were new games I wanted to play, and since I decided I had had enough s*x for a day, I knew it would be best to avoid coming across horny she-wolves. A special gourmet lunch was sent to my room, and once I was done with the meal, it was just me and my computer. I could feel that Phoenix was still annoyed at me, but thankfully, he didn't disturb my peace and quiet for the remainder of the day.

The sun set faster than I would have liked. When Lance linked me to let me know Queen Nymeia had already crossed the borders of our territory, I quickly got dressed in my usual work clothes. I didn't bother showering since I hadn't really done anything all day; just a few sprays of cologne, and I was ready to receive the royals.

I joined the other ranked members at the front of our modern pack house, as it was respectful to welcome important guests at the door. Unlike me, they were all wearing winter coats to protect them from the falling snow, but honestly, the cold had never bothered me much. Sasha would often joke that my tendency to play with fire kept me warm.

And speaking of fire... There was this unusual scent in the air this evening. The lands of our territory in Vancouver tended to smell earthy and fresh, with a lingering hint of grass during the first weeks of snow. Today, however, the atmosphere was significantly warmer. I could sense the spiciness of flames, not like a cozy fireplace though; it was more like wildfire. It was intense, but not in a dangerous, devastating way. It had notes of coconut that made it slightly sweeter and very tropical. It was so pleasing and enticing. Why the hell was I being so analytical about it anyway? I shook my head, and as soon as I was brought back to reality, I noticed Queen Nymeia standing just a few feet away from us. She wasn't the one who caught my attention though.

When my eyes landed on the tall young woman beside her, I suddenly forgot how to breathe. I had been with many beautiful females in my life, but this girl... her beauty was out of this world. Her medium-length gleaming golden hair cascaded in waves over her sleek shoulders. Her porcelain skin reflected the glow of the moon, and her silvery-blue eyes shone like diamonds. Every feature of her face, from her slightly upturned nose to her rose-colored lips, not too thin nor too plump, were carefully sculpted as if she was a true work of art.

In fact, every detail about her was simply perfect. I couldn't help but stare at her voluptuous round breasts through her magnificent silver dress. My eyes continued to travel down her body, analyzing her every curve. I would say she looked like an angel, but she was far from being delicate and helpless; she had a powerful aura that demanded respect. Every fiber of my body craved her; this wasn't just normal attraction.

And then, it dawned on me.

"Mate!" Phoenix howled inside my head, trying to take control of our body to sink his canines into her neck, but I fought him. All I could do was stand there, frozen in my spot. Oh, s**t!

My mate is a princess?!
