Refusing To Divorce (Julia and Harry) -
Refusing 107
Chapter 107
Arya
was
a was stunned to realize how close Harry and Julia were, yet she had failed to see it herself. She always believed Harry's excuses, thinking he kept their relationship this way because he didn't have a reason to divorce Julia yet.
But it wasn't true. Harry had never even considered divorcing Julla. The more Arya thought about it, the angrier and saddler she felt. She had given everything for Harry, only to receive such a result in return. Cecilia didn't know if Arya was listening to her. After a long pause, she continued, "Actually, I feel like Harry still likes Julia. Otherwise, why would he tolerate her temper? Not many people could accept Julia's temper."
"Is that so?" Arya's voice was cold, devoid of emotion. She gripped her phone tightly, her hand trembling involuntarily. "1 thought their relationship wasn't good"
Cecilia pretended to be surprised. "Why would you think that?"
Arya didn't answer. She had never seen how Harry and Julia interacted. Whenever she was around, they always seemed distant, so she couldn't tell.
"Women should always be more cautious and not be deceived by appearances. Cecilia hinted and sighed. "Well, I won't you any longer. I have to go shopping with my mom." Then, she hung up the phone.
Sitting in the living room, Arya watched the maids bustling in the kitchen. With nowhere to vent her pent-up auger, she glared at the maid's back. She suddenly stood up, strode over, and snatched the towel from the maid's hand, throwing it to the ground. The maid was startled by Arya's ferocity and did not dare to speak. She trembled as she looked at Arya. "Miss Hill..."
Arya stepped forward, grabbed the maid by the neck, and backed her into a corner, angrily saying. "Why do I feel so angry every time I see you?"
The maid had no idea what she had done to provoke Arya. She cowered in the corner, shaking as Arya grabbed a small knife from the stove and cut her arm with it
Looking at the fresh blood, Arya seemed to have received some kind of pleasure. She actually grabbed the maid's hand tightly and did not allow her to struggle. He continued to cut her arm with the knife.
As the pain washed over her, the maid broke into a cold sweat. She knew begging for mercy or explaining herself would only enrage Arya further, resulting in even more severe punishment
Once Arya had vented her anger, the maid was left sitting weakly on the ground. Arya glanced at the numerous small cuts on her arm. She disdainfully tossed the knife to the ground and coldly ordered, "Bandage your wounds yourself, and don't let Harry see." The maid dared not make a sound.
As Arya seemed to recall something, she returned and stared at the maid, who had just managed to get up from the ground. She warned, "You know what to say and what not to say. If Harry replaces out about anything that happened here, I won't let you off The maid didn't dare to complain to Harry. She just hoped to save her own life, and with Arya's warning, she didn't dare to
Tesign.
Arya felt relieved, took a bath in her room, changed clothes, and saw Harry standing in the room. She thought she was mistaken and was excitedly about to hug him from behind.
Her cheek was tightly pressed against Harry's back, and she smelled his familiar scent. Arya's mood finally became genuinely happy. "Harry, I thought you wouldn't come to replace me."

Chapter 107
Arya. Harry turned armund, pushed Arya away, and looked at her with cold eyes, making Arya feel a bit scared. "Why did you appear at Donald's birthday party?"
Arya reniained silent. She did eavesdrop on Donald's call to Harly and learned about the party. She asked, "Why can't I
Harry said, "You know you're not suitable for that kind of occasion."
"What kind of occasion?" Arya thought of Harry standing next to Julia at the party and couldn't help but ask, "Is it because you don't want me to know that you and Julia have a good relationship, or do you think I shouldn't be there with my identity?" Harry asked, "What do you think?"
Arya shook her head. "It's probably both. You don't want me to know that you and Julia are close, and you think my presence at Donald's party would embarrass you. In your eyes, my status houldn't be in the public eye."
Without thinking, Arya said quickly, "Who gave me this status, Harry? Have you ever thought about it? If you really want to be with me, why haven't you divorced Julia? Do you really have no feelings for her?"
"Whatever you suspect. Harry didn't want to argue with Arya anymore. He glanced at Arya's sad face quickly. The rules of the game are not for you to decide. If you want to participate in the game, you have to understand your status." "A game?" Arya looked at Harry in disbelief. "So in your eyes, you and I are just a game?"
Harry had completely lost patience with Arya. When Alden provided him with the documents from years ago, Arya had not value to him anymore. He wouldn't spend time with someone who had lost their value. "Arya, I'll do what I promised your brother," Harry said.
Arya thought she understood. Harry only remembered what he promised her brother and forgot what he promised her.
Arya stood still, staring at Harry's expressionless face. She couldn't help but ask, "Did you fall in love with Julia during the three years I was away?"
Harry didn't answer. He never answered questions he didn't want to. His relationship with Julia was none of anyone els
business.
Arya continued to ask persistently, "Answer me. If you like Julia, why were you so good to me when I came back? You stayed up all night with me in the hospital, you put aside your work for me, you did everything for me... Arya started crying. Harry had done many things for her that she never expected him to do. But thinking about it carefully, Harry never thought about divorcing Julia for her. He didn't even consider confronting Lucia for her.
Arya seemed to understand something, yet it was as if she hadn't realized anything at all. She just stared at Harry's face blankly, wanting to see who was in his heart, but Harry had always been a person who kept his emotions hidden She cried and laughed, then asked Harry, "Why did you tell me all this? Because I appeared at the party without your permission?"
Harry said indifferently, "I dislike disobedient people the most."
