A massive pool of water that lit up the most amazing blue I had ever seen. I rushed to the edge of the pool and looked down to see what could be lighting it up but I couldn’t see anything. ” What is this place ? “I asked her in awe. Hundreds of fish swam in an assortment of colours and sizes below the surface. It was magical to watch. ” Sianna liked to explore , she would take herself off and replace all these beautiful places like she had a beckon for them. She found this place and showed it me. But she only did that when it was a necessity. Like the waterfall, this was one of the places she went to. The water is warm too. One of nature’s gifts to us ” she smiled as she walked around the edge of the huge deep pool. ” It is truly magical ” I commented.

She laughed a cute little sound. ” In more ways than one , what I am about to tell you no one can know of. Not anyone , not one of your mates. This stays between just me and you for now. Me and you have work to do, Anthea , and although you have loved one supporting you. They can not know just how deep the depths of this story are ” I looked at her in confusion. ” The warlocks did not take Sianna’s magic. Sianna removed her own magic and hid it. Look to the bottom of the pool , the very bottom ” she pointed.

In shock, I did as she asked. But I couldn’t see the bottom, not just because of all of the fish. But because of how deep it was. She waved her hand at the pool and the fish just seemed to part. But still I strained my eyes and saw nothing. ” Use your abilities ” she reminded me. Looking down, I concentrated and brought forth the wolf , and the more I concentrated the clearer I could see. There at the very bottom, what looked like miles down, was a glistening object. It looked like a chest. ” Why would she do that ? Why does everyone else believe that the warlocks took our magic ? “

She hummed and looked down , like she was lost in thought in the water. “Some of the story is true , Sianna was looking into the warlocks. She did go fight them. They were her way out , her way of escaping the darkness that had started to consume her. Who knows they could still be to blame , but we never know for sure. Sianna, as much as everyone was in denial about it , she had changed. She tried to figure out what was mailing her change and she couldn’t.” She sighs ” I was in denial about it. But she became short-tempered , impulsive and she started using her gifts for selfish reasons. Which was not like Sianna at all. When I say that Sianna was the purest person I have ever met , I am not lying ” she started to strip off her clothes and I became even more confused.

Once she was fully naked she jumped into the pool and slowly drifted up until she was lying star fished. She sighed ” Come on in ” she said simply. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t eager to get in there. So I stripped off too and jumped in. The water engulfed me and the heat of it was a shock but comforting. I let myself slowly surface just like she had done. And when I came up she was smiling joyously, a little too over excited. ” What ? ” I smiled at her wondering what she was so happy about. ” I am happy you are not dead “.

“Why would I be dead ?” she looked down at the water . ” Sianna placed magic on this water , anyone that had any ill intentions or was after her magic for wrongful reasons. Anyone evil , the pool would have engulfed you and sucked the life right out of your body. Until you fall to the bottom as a husk of bones and flesh for the fish to feed on ” I think I nearly swallowed my tongue at how calmly she said that.

” Are you saying you just let me jump in here , not knowing if it would kill me ? ” I almost shouted at her. But she just shrugged ” I wasn’t worried , Sianna told me you would come. That when she was reborn it would be in the purest person she could replace “. I was in shock. ” But it still could have ” , she swam towards me, until we were mere inches from one another. ” But you didn’t “, her eyes glistened with the ripples of the water, making her look majestic. ” Tell me more ? ” I said dropping the fact I could have died . She moved closer. ” I have to show you what happened , show you how important this was to her. And why she did it ” her mouth moved closer and closer to my face.

Butterflies erupted in my stomach, as her lips touched mine. It was different from the k****s I had before off of Enzo. Her lips were soft and gentle as they coxed my mouth open so she could sweep her tongue inside. The deeper the k**s got , a vision started appearing. It was in this very cave , the fact we were making out drifted away and the realer the vision became. Sianna, the woman I recognized from the photos, appeared. She looked distressed. ” Shira, I need you to do something for me , this thing keeps taking over me. I keep trying to stop it. I keep trying to push it out and replace a way to fix it. i have used every bit of magic I could think of. Nothing is working. Then I got a message. I was told the only way for me to fix this. And it is not one you will like. I feel like I am going crazy. I have looked into every magical being. And the only ones that it could possibly be is the warlocks. But I have no proof and no way of stopping them ” She looked so upset and distressed.

“What is it ? “Shira’s voice asks the voice coming from my body. Why was her voice coming from my body ? Looking down, I lifted the hands of the body and it was Shira’s hands. Was I watching this through Shira’s eyes? I watched on as Sianna stepped forward and grabbed the hands. ” I need you to help me strip my magic from me , make me a normal shifter wolf. Hide my magic here and you need to protect it. The message came from the fates and the moon goddess herself. That is what we need to do. I trust you, Shira , you are my dearest friend ” the hands snatched out of hers.

” Why would I do that ? Why would they want you to give up your magic ? “Shira’s usual calm voice sounded distressed. ” Because it is my magic that is tainting me , whoever is doing this is turning my magic dark. And if they succeed, then I fear for all of you , a power this great can not be in the wrong hands, Shira. It is like they are controlling me, and I am just a bystander in my own self. I need to protect the ones I love the most and everyone else , and whoever is doing this has made no mistakes. For whatever reason, the fates can not see who , and neither can the moon goddess. My time to fix this is not now. When I come back, it will be because decisions have been made , or because they see a path. But now all they see is death and destruction. And all at the hands of me , I need to do this before they gain full control Shira “, she pleaded.

” But what then, what when your magic is gone ? And what about Rion and the rest “, Shira asked her. Sianna’s face grew weary. I watched as Sianna told her dearest friend that she would fight the warlocks as just a normal wolf shifter. She would give her some of her magic so she would be powerful enough to protect her magic. And I felt how devastated Shira was as she came to terms with the fact her friend would basically go fight the warlocks to die. She told her Rion could never know , everyone had to believe the warlocks took her magic .

The vision changed to what looked like days later. Sianna’s clothes had changed. Shira felt more at peace. And I watched as they worked together to draw Sianna’s magic out. It looked painful. It was drawn out into what looked like a liquid. I wasn’t even sure how they did it , or I didn’t understand what they were saying. But when it was all done , Sianna looked weak and tired. She held the glass jar full of a glowing liquid. ” Take just a sip , it will not be enough to be tracked in you. If it is my magic they are tracking, but it will give you enough power to keep this place hidden. Keep the pool spelled to protect it. And for when the time comes for you to open the chest. But you must remain as you have always been in front of others. If you start showing more powerful magic, people will get suspicious ” she told her.

Shira agreed to it all. And when they were done, Sianna shifted into her wolf and she was as small as my wolf was now. Shira pulled back from the k**s and the vision disappeared. She looked at me with tears in her eyes and I couldn’t help but shed a few of my own. ” Sianna didn’t trust her own mate with this , so please do not trust yours. I know it is hard , I know having both of them around you is hard. And I know Sianna has told you , that you can only choose one of them. That is because your fate is not to have two mates. We need to figure out who was changing her , when the time is right. She told me we would receive a message that you should take the magic back. But for now , she told me that whoever was the chosen one should drink some of my b***d to gain a small amount of the magic. But same as me, you must not use it around others. They need you to practise , learn how to use magic slowly. So, when the time is right , you will know what to do. I will be here to teach you ” I didn’t like the secrecy. But if it was what would keep everyone safe , then I would do it.
