Chapter 27
In the face of Becky’s questioning, Sigmund offered no explanation whatsoever. And he simply stared at her without diverting his gaze.
His eyes carried a strong sense of aggression. And he was just like a male lion fixating on its prey.
At this moment, he was still observing the prey. However, he seemed ready to pounce and tear into it the next second upon replaceing a vulnerability.
“This is my house, Mr. Moolery. If you don’t have any business here, please leave promptly, Becky said?”
As Becky spoke, water droplets trickled down her hair, one by one.
The towel absorbed some, while others fell on her shoulders and collarbone. A few even followed the contours of her collarbone, slipping out of Sigmund’s sight.
Sigmund’s restlessness grew within his chest, prompting him to reach up and loosen his necktie.
Perhaps due to his agitation, he pulled with more force, causing a button to pop off and land on the ground.
After a couple of bounces, the button finally came to rest near Becky’s feet.
When Becky lowered her head, Sigmund walked over to her with long strides.
By the time she raised her head again, she found Sigmund towering over her and staring down at her from above.
Sigmund’s eyes grew dark as the last water droplet slid down her cheek. Sigmund’song, fair fingers gripped Becky’s chin. In the next moment, a stormy kiss fell upon her lips.
Feeling the softness being pressed into her mouth by Sigmund, Becky’s heart raced at an alarming speed. Immediately, she forcefully pushed Sigmund away.
“Sigmund, what on earth are you doing?” Becky asked.
Just moments ago, when Sigmund approached Becky, she didn’t catch a whiff of any alcohol. So Sigmund must have been in a sober state when he did such a thing.
Becky looked at Sigmund in disbelief. She attempted to use this method to force him to regain clarity.
Sigmund remained silent. After being pushed away, he lightly wiped his lips with his hand. And then he continued to approach Becky.
This time, he became even more audacious.
One of his hands rested on Becky’s waist, while the other skillfully rested on the towel she had

tucked behind her.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Becky asked.
Feeling the hand behind her, Becky realized something was wrong. And her gaze towards Sigmund
turned fierce.
Little did she know Sigmund had such a shameless and beastly side to him.
No matter what Becky said, Sigmund didn’t offer any response and continued to approach her face slowly.
At the moment when his eyelashes brushed against Becky’s cheek, she slapped him across the face.
without hesitation.
The loud sound reverberated, causing both of them to freeze in place.
Sigmund’s whole body shifted to one side from the force of the slap. It must be said that Becky put all her strength into that slap and delivered it with full force.
While Sigmund felt the stinging pain, Becky didn’t fare well either.
Her skin was prone to leaving marks. And her entire palm turned frighteningly red because of the slap.
The burning sensation persisted. And as Becky looked at the man with an intimidatingly cold. expression in front of her, she couldn’t help but feel a sense of satisfaction.
She had done something she wouldn’t have done before. And now she realized how exhilarating it could be.
“Mr. Moolery, I’ll remind you once again. We are divorced. Please refrain from disturbing my life.”
Becky casually grabbed the coat from the rack and put it on as she spoke. Then she continued, “Don’t look at me with those horny dog eyes seeking a mate. Your true love is back. So if you want, go replace her. Stop treating others as substitutes. Don’t you feel disgusted?”
Hearing Becky’s words, Sigmund thought inwardly, “Who is my true love?”
Then Sigmund looked up at Becky. His voice was low and husky, exuding an unfathomable danger. “Divorce?” Sigmund asked.
He sneered lightly. “If I don’t agree to a divorce, this marriage won’t end even for a day.”
His words were forceful, carrying a wild sense of self–importance.
“You’re in such a rush to leave me and go replace your lover, Daley. So you can live happily ever after together, right?”
As Sigmund recalled the indifferent tone Becky had in the bathroom just moments ago, a gloomy expression spread across his face.

He strode over quickly and once again stood right in front of Becky. Then he gripped her wrists with one hand and tightly embraced her slender waist with the other.
The two of them were pressed together seamlessly, leaving Becky with no way to escape. She could clearly feel Sigmund’s response.
“Even if you’re in a hurry, you must still please me. Without the divorce papers in hand, it won’t be an official divorce,” Sigmund said.
Then he untied Becky’s bath towel.

In an instant, the bath towel fell to the ground. Under the crystal chandelier, Becky’s fair body resembled a perfect work of art.
Then Sigmund’s eyes grew darker. A mix of desire and anger was surging within him.
He lowered his head and bit onto Becky’s slender collarbone.
“Sigmund, you’re absolutely insane!“.
Becky managed to squeeze out these words from between her teeth.
She turned her head away as if even looking at him was repulsive.
Naturally, Sigmund wouldn’t let her have her way. The more she resisted him, the worse the consequences
would be.
He forcefully turned Becky’s face and firmly gripped her chin. Besides, he increased the force with each passing moment.
Becky winced from the pain he caused. But she ultimately couldn’t resist his strength. At the moment she turned her face, she met Sigmund’s deep eyes.
She couldn’t see anything in them, only a reflection of her own current undignified state.
Even though Becky had just scolded him, Sigmund showed no signs of anger. He looked at her as if he was watching a clown.
“Am I repulsive?” Sigmund asked.

One of his slender fingers withdrew from her chin and delicately traced along her lips.
At this moment, Becky was pinned against the wall by Sigmund, with the coldness behind her and
the heat in front.
“If I’m considered repulsive like this, then what does it say when you climbed into my bed?”
These words floated lightly into Becky Wood’s ears and settled in her mind.
Sigmund’s proximity made Becky instinctively retreat. All she felt against her back was the cold. wall, which made her shiver.
Chapter 27
“Recently, your family situation seems to be in a tolerable state. Your mother just called me, seemingly unaware that we’ve already divorced. It seems you’re just useless like that, not even daring to tell your own family that we’re divorced,” Sigmund said.
Becky couldn’t help but laugh at his words, which incurred Sigmund’s displeasure.
“I’ve already told them before. It’s not my concern whether they believe me or not. I initiated the divorce and have nothing to fear in speaking the truth.”
In Becky’s eyes, Sigmund was no longer her favorite now.
“From the tone of your mother, it seems your family has encountered some crisis again,” Sigmund said.
He ignored Becky’s words. And his deep voice sounded somewhat indifferent.
Becky just looked at him, wondering what nonsense he would spout next.
“So what?” Becky asked.
