"I think your medical resources here aren't good enough. I want to take Veda to a better hospital," Michael replied.

"Mr. Smith, feel free to do so. This is your family matter, not something the doctor needs to be involved in. But I should inform you that transferring her now could affect her treatment. In that case, this hospital won't be responsible," Daniel said.

There was no way around it; this wasn't the Smith Corporation, but Daniel's turf.

Since he said it would affect Veda, Michael couldn't force the transfer.

But seeing Daniel really ticked him off. "Then change the doctor. You can manage that, can't you, Dr. Wilson?"

As soon as he said this, the nurse was completely shocked. She didn't expect Michael from the Smith Corporation to be so bold! He actually said this right in front of Daniel!
