The Lycan Series
Bullied By The Lycan King Chapter 93

Axel's POV

Nathan was just like his father. A very annoying specie of wolf that enjoyed. pissing me off more than they valued their lives. I told him to ignore Violet's fake cries, but he chose to ignore me instead. "F**k!" I cursed as I matched down to my office with a frown on my face. I would deal with him later, right now, I would have to solve whatever issues Asher has brought with him. I was making a bend to my office when Greg's voice stopped me, "Where are you going?

Asher is over here," he said, and I changed direction to that of the throne room.

When I got there, Asher was already seated with two of his men by his side. There was a box on the table in front of him and as soon as I stepped in, he snapped his hand to the man standing by his right and the latter quickly rushed to open the box. "King Axela, I present to you... Willow's head," he said with a wide grin on his face.

The turbulent emotions I was feeling due to Violet got triggered by the nickname he had refused to drop, and my right eye began to twitch but surprisingly, I held it all in. I didn't react. I slowly moved to the table and looked into the box. It was indeed a mutilated head that looked like a very surprised Willow. Her blue eyes were frozen in such a pathetic state, that I wished I had been there to see it happen or do it myself. There was a long scar on her face that should have been enough proof, but I wasn't about to just believe someone who had eyes for my throne. "How do I know it's really her?" I growled as I settled into my seat. Asher's eyes shone under the light above us and he snapped his hand once more. The man who wasn't standing by the box pulled out an envelope from a bag on the floor and stepped towards Greg.

"I had a feeling you wouldn't trust me. So, I got pictures and even an autopsy result;

DNA test, wolf check. everything. Just think of the test and the result will be gotten if they are not already there." My eyes narrowed at his pride-filled reply. He acted like he was the king, and this angered me. I needed to put him in his place. He had to know who ruled around here but before I could speak, Greg beat me to it. "This is very correct. You have proved beyond doubt that this is indeed Willow... but we would like to know how you caught her too?" he asked, and my eyes turned into slits. I didn't f*****g want to know shit, I wanted Asher out of my lands. "Oh, that was easy. Remember I said that she came to me, asking me to join forces with her and all that crap. So, I knew that she would come back, and she did. It was an easy kill, but I made sure that she suffered a lot before I ended her life and got you, your trophy," Asher said with a beaming smile on his face. The fool was very proud of himself like he had attained a major fit. No real fighter would be excited about killing one flimsy wolf. It was then it occurred to me that he might have known nothing about war and if push came to shove, I was going to beat him and his army.

"That's very kind of you, King Asher... I am sure you must be waiting for your price now-" Greg started to say, and my eyes widened in irritation. What was he f*****g thinking? "Yes, about that," I interjected, breaking their conversation before Greg could say more foolish claims in my name.

"There is no one for you to mate within

my family. The only female is already mated and even if I wanted to break their bond, she is at least twenty years older than you." I said this with the hope that he would turn his lustful eyes away from my family, but Asher's grin only grew larger. "Oh, but there is a certain maiden," he said, and my heart caught in my chest. The only people qualified as maidens in the mansion were Scarlett and Violet -and they were not an option. For his own sake, I hoped he wouldn't mention either of their names. "I am, afraid you are mistaken, Asher." "No, Axelo, I am not mistaken. I first met her in my kingdom and then I saw her here as well. Her name is Scarlet-" heart froze and my head began to shake as I tried to come up with a good reason to give to him to forget about my sister. "She is a little shy, with striking green eyes just like yours. I am sure she is here," he said with confidence. "That must be our King's little sister, Scarlett-" Greg began with a smile that felt like claws down my throat. "And by little he means, she is too young to be mated to anyone,"

I said

in a firm tone that left everyone staring at me. My eyes burned down on Greg and as he stared back at me with that defiance, I felt my insides boil. I wished there was no one in the room so I could give him a piece of my mind. What had gotten into him now? Silence began to eat into the room and its heavy weight settled on our shoulders. I could see Asher's confident eyes begin to dwindle and his men helplessly staring back and forth at him as if he had the power to magically make Scarlett old enough- "She is twenty-two years old and that is in no way too young my king," Greg suddenly said, interrupting my thoughts and reaping off my trust in him. "She

- is my little sister-" "And she is about the same age as Violet," Greg retorted and the lava boiling with my anger grew and strong flames filled my mind, so much so that all I saw was Greg, and all my mind thought of was how to finish him for daring to compare my innocent little sister with Violet. I got on my feet and slapped my hands against the table in front of me. The sound shook everyone back to reality everyone, except me. "Scarlett is under my care now and I will declare when she will be ready to be mated. The poor thing just returned home Greg. She is traumatized. The last thing I want is to send her away again-" "Oh, but you don't have to send her away Axelo-" "Don't fucking call me that boy or I swear on my father's name you will lose your damn tongue!" I growled so loud a glass vase at the end of the table cracked. Asher raised his hands in defense in front of him and settled into his seat. "Listen, all I want is to be with Scarlett. I don't want to hurt her or anyone... I will follow any condition you give. If you don't want her to leave, then I'll stay," he said with a shrug like it was as easy as it sounded. "Asher, I am afraid that will not-" "My King," Greg cut in and I was ready to explode on him like a fucking bomb.

"Why don't you speak to Scarlett first or let me do it? If she refuses, then we won't force it on her." "That settles it then." Asher suddenly said as he got to his feet. "I will go get my things. I will live here with her until she gets comfortable, or she refuses me, right." Before I could refuse him, he snapped those annoying fingers of his and his men stepped ahead of him. They marched down to the door and led him out. As soon as they disappeared my burning orbs turned to Greg, and I was ready to devour him alive. I didn't care about the consequences anymore. He must have been an accomplice with the boy. "What the hell were you thinking?" I roared at him. "You practically just sold my sister to those people. Have you lost your bloody mind?" "Axel, you know that all I do is for the good of your family and in honor of your father. We need this reunion and besides, the boy is ready to live here with us until Scarlett becomes more accustomed to him. How many kings will propose or even accept this?" "That boy is no king and you have no right-" "My King," Hilda's voice suddenly filled the room and I glared at her presence at the entrance. "What?" Her eyes moved to Greg once before returning to mine and then she dropped them to the ground. "Your aunt is here... and Violet has delivered. It's a boy."
