In all the months I've stayed here, I guess I got used to it and since I trained every morning with Garret and Marcos, I got stronger and can stand it.

"No one will tell you," With those words, he left my room, I watched the door for a long time, wanting to run to him and just hug him.

I sighed and sat at the edge of the bed. I felt in my heart that if he talked about it out loud, he might move on and allow the possibility of another in his heart. Not wanting to wallow any longer, I got my gear ready and went for a jog. No one was going to tell me in this pack but I knew who could. I ran into the forest to the clearing. When I stopped, Henderson appeared, he was smiling at me.

"Caliana," He beamed,

"I didn't think you'll come here again," He extended his hand to me, and I looked at it and then at him before taking it. He took me to the boulders we sat on last time.

"You're the Alpha of the Black Stone Pack," I told him and he did not attempt to deny it.

"Yes, I know you must think I'm a terrible man, a wicked man looking to take what your mate has built," He said.

"I don't think so," I shrugged, looking at the tall mountains far from us, it is the one Edward took me to that night, I should go there soon, I thought. Alpha Henderson was looking at me but I didn't glance at him.

"Then how do you see me?"

"You want revenge against him, only him for killing someone dear to you but you don't want to get this pack for yourself, however you enjoy causing Alpha Edward stress even if it means using this pack," I sighed and he smiled at me. "I cause trouble for him, I want him to fight back so that we have grounds for war or an Alpha duel," He confessed.

"You'd risk innocent lives to do that? You know it will be a war with casualties and it will be even more shameful if you lose to him," I said nonchalantly.

"Are you that confident in that pack and your Alpha mate?"

"I know they are fierce and that's why you haven't launched a real attack, you are looking for a weak point, and alas I'm here. You think killing me will weaken him and you can slay him," I break it down for him. "You're impressive,"

I knew that his interest in me wasn't just mere curiosity, he wanted to use me against my mate.

"I'm sorry to inform you but you have chosen the wrong target Alpha, I'm the last person he'd care about," I tell him, looking into his eyes.

"I would kill his brothers but it wouldn't be easy because as you mentioned, they are strong Alphas," He sighed, "I'd kill his daughter, Love," I growled at him, my eyes glowing and anger rose in me at the mention of him hurting Love, "I swear, I'd kill you right now just for saying her name,"

"I wouldn't even if I wanted, she's my only niece," He sighed and my eyes widen, what the f**k was going on around here, just what relationship did they have? I intently searched his eyes for any lies but he was solemn and truthful.
