The moment Rudy saw only two crystals lit up on the stone, he was stunned. He could not believe what he was seeing at all. After all, his experiences were far more convincing than anything else, so he found it hard to accept the results that the stone showed. Nonetheless, everyone had a point-the creator of the stone was the same person who created the Whirling World. Even if everyone there was wrong, that ancient hero could not be. Otherwise, he would never have been able to make the Whirling World. The world was able to host innumerable warriors, too.

Those conflicting feelings continued the whole time, causing Rudy's mind to feel scrambled. He did not know whether or not to believe the stone.

However, his past experiences told him that Fane's results could not be that bad. There were nine crystals on the stone, and Fane would have at least lit up eight of those crystals. Only that would reflect Fane's skills.

Fane smiled, saying calmly, "The stone wasn't wrong. I do have twenty-percent compatibility."

Rudy's lips stiffened, not knowing what to say. Even after Fane admitted it himself, he was still doubtful. Alas, the truth was in front of him and Fane made no arguments, so he, too, had nothing to refute with.

He took a deep breath and said helplessly, "But you're powerful! Even if the strongest warrior from second-grade worlds stands before you, he'd still be no match for you. Even Case could light up six of those crystals, so there's no way you can't!" Rudy's words carried all his suspicions.

Fane nodded. In truth, Rudy was not wrong. However, he really had too many secrets and had only been able to reach his heights due to those secrets. He did not need talent at all.

Others had to undergo many

difficulties when it came to getting

stronger, but Fane walked a pet

path without any obstacles-all

thanks to the ancient heroes that paved the way for him. He just

needed to take things one step at a

time.

Of course, there were some things that could not be explained, and it was not the time to explain them anyway.

Fane patted Rudy's shoulder. "I'll explain all of that in the future."

Rudy sighed. Even though he felt frustrated, it was not the time for any explanations.

At that moment, a sharp-nosed man shouted, "I already said to not put the third stage in front. Just follow the orde we agreed on, and you'll succeed! You're like a stubborn mule... Look at what happened! You wasted five million spirit crystals! Do you not care about that?"

The sharp-nosed man was shouting at top of his lungs, and the one being shouted at looked smaller than he was. He had a pair of very small ears as well.

The small-eared man looked at the

sharp-nosed man unhappily and

said, "Your order is wrong too! Everyone has their own ways. I put the third stage in front because it's the hardest for me! The second and third stages aren't that hard

The sharp-nosed man's lips twitched, looking like he was talking to an idiot. He pointed at the small-eared man. "Is there something wrong with your head?! The third stage is the hardest, you say? Who told you that?!"
