Chapter twenty Five

Chapter 25:

The suns rays shone in my face. I turned to face the other way only tocome face to face with Reese's sleeping form

His chest heaved up lightly as he breathed slowly. His face wasbeginning to retain color and was not as pale as it was last night.

I let out a sigh and smiled as I lightly ran my fingers through his hair.He groaned pulling me closer and that's when the baby decided to doa flip in stomach. I gasped and smiled. I guess she's gonna be agymnast.

I got out of Reese's arms and made my way to the bathroom. I lookedat my face in the mirror and let me tell you, I looked like I woke up fromthe dead. Sighing yet again,i brushed my teeth and took a hit shower.My body ached and my feet ached.

My belly had grown a lot and it looked like I was almost 5 to 6 monthspregnant. I wrapped a towel around myself and walked out thebathroom towards my closet. Reese sat cross legged on my bed as herubbed his eyes. I guess he had just woken up.

"Good Morning." I greeted. A wide smile took over his face as he somein his husky morning voice that sent shivers down my spine.

"Colleen, your mom booked an appointment to go see a doctor today,late in the afternoon.” he informed me. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah, okay. I wonder what we're gonna have." I said to him while bitingmy bottom lip. His eyebrows furrowed.

"Well in my opinion, I think it will be a girl.” he said. Typical answer. Ilaughed at his statement. "Whatever you wish." I said with a quiet“hopefully in the end.

He got up and strolled to the bathroom. I dressed once the bathroomdoor was closed and brushed my thick hair. Soon I walked down only tobe attracted to the smell of eggs in the morning with a sweet aroma oftoast and coffee.

I came into view with the kitchen. There Daniel was standing as heprepared breakfast. Wow, my brother, a cook.

"morning" I said as I went to go grab a cup of coffee, only to be wackedwith the spatula my brother was using for the pancake batter. "What?" Iquestioned him.

He looked at me with a disappointed look. "Don't you know pregnantwomen aren't allowed to drink caffeine?" he said. I shrugged myshoulder. "Good thing mom made me go book an appointment.” hemuttered as I rolled my eyes

"Why the hell are you here anyways? I thought you were going toleave." I asked him. He shook his head.

"Well you see, I was gonna leave after you had returned, but then I hadcaught a wiff my mate in this pack so I'm looking for her. * he saidcatching my attention.

"Daniel, you dog! How could you not tell me this?" I questioned thefool. He put his hand in his heart.

"Dog? Seriously? I know I am literally one, don't rub it in my face.” hesaid making me laugh.

Soon Reese came down a smile on his face. "Why are you laughing? didsomething happen? and why is yourbrothers expression... quite...twisted?" he asked making me smile widely. He kissed my cheek as ablush began taking over my face.

"Daniel thinks he had smelled his mate in the pack.” i said inexcitement,

"Oh, really? Did you see them? if you managed to get a whiff, they weremost likely in close proximity,” Reese explained,

"So you're telling me she was in close proximity and i didnt see her?"Reese hummed, "Unless she was good at hiding that you couldnt seeher, then you are going to have a force to deal with," Reese said as hepat Daniel's shoulder.

"Why would she need to hide?" I asked as I creased my eyebrows,Reese rubbed my forehead as I swat his hand away. "I don't need yougetting creases on your face from all the seriousness.” he joked, I simplyhuffed.

"Everyone has their reason, but she'll come out, its just a matter of timebefore her wolf continued to pester her as well.”

"Chin up buddy! its going to be okay," i encouraged.

Daniel smiled, "Yeah, It is!,"

**Me starting to rush with updates of this book this is a batch uploadso, youre most likely going to see 4 chapters, once this is up.**

**yes, im going to finish before the end of Feb! there will be only 11 or12 chapters left after this batch! and i will try to upload the next 4 or 5sometime this week!**
