"What? You want me to be his friend? I'd rather kill myself!" Jovan pretended to vomit.

Renee found their argument amusing and shook her head. "Okay, it's getting late. I need to go home."Renee had gained no new information and was mentally exhausted. She wanted to go home and rest,leaving her worries aside for the moment.

"Are you going home? The weather is terrible. Why don't you spend the night here?" Naturally, Jovandidn't want Renee to leave. "I can't believe she left onher own. I'll hold you responsible if anything happens to her!" "That's not fair! You were here too whenshe went missing, so shouldn't you be held responsible as well?" Justin grumbled, amazed at howcunning Jovan was. However, this was no time to argue-Renee had just undergone an eye transplantsurgery, so her eyes would get tired easily. Moreover, it was a rainy night, so letting her drive was veryrisky and dangerous. "Ugh, forget it! Where's your car? We might be able to catch up to her if we gonow," Justin urged Jovan.

Jovan's car was parked in the garage in the back garden, and he rushed to get it and quickly drove itover to Justin. Justin braced himself and got into the car without any hesitation.
