Elijah turned around and saw Cordelia standing not far away. “Alright. Ihave to go.”

Soon, he ended the call with Eva and walked over to Cordelia.

“Let's go home.”

Cordelia felt a pain in her heart.

She used to like Elijah, so she was willing to be gentle and affectionatein front of him.

While being with him for three years, she had been cautious andanxious but gained nothing.

Cordelia bit her lip and bravely retorted, “Yeah, it's all an act. I was borneloquent like this, unwilling to be taken advantage of. Even if it's just inwords... Hmm!”
