"Why, is Young Master Qin not willing to do so? Or are my words not powerful enough to get Young Master Qin to be my buddy's witness?" Ye Fan scoffed coldly and his tone of voice was clearly displeased

"Qin Yu, why are you still standing in a daze? Hurry up and reply him. Mr Ch-, Mr Ye wants you to be a witness at a wedding, and that's a great honor. This is a wonderful thing to happen to you and it will be a blessing to your family," persuaded Lei Ao-Ting when he noticed that Ye Fan was becoming unhappy and kept trying to hint at Qin Yu with his eyes.

"Young Master Lei, what nonsense are you saying? Today is Qin Yu's wedding banquet, but now you're making him give up his fiancee to someone else? And you even want my best friend to be their witness? Aren't you insulting Qin Yu this way?" Ye Yu-Yan couldn't stand it anymore.

She thought that Lei Ao-Ting was just trying to pull his weight and was forcing Qin Yu to give his fiancee up, so Ye Yu-Yan couldn't just stand there and watch it happen without doing anything.

Qin Yu was her best friend of many years, and there was also no way she was letting Shin Yu-Xiang and Ye Fan get their way either.

"Besides, I've asked Young Master Qin to be their witness out of the kindness of my heart. Qin Yu hasn't even said anything but you're reacting so violently. For all you know, Young Master Qin is more than happy to accede to my request."

"You're spouting nonsense! Did you think Qin Yu is as stupid as you? His fiancee is now going to marry someone else, so do you think he's be happy about THAT?!" Ye Yu-Yan thought that Ye Fan was the one who was being ridiculous.

"We just need to ask him to replace out if he's happy about that or not," said Ye Fan calmly. The smile on his face was so relaxed.

"Fine, as you wish." Ye Yu-Yan scoffed coldly, then turned to look at Qin Yu. "Qin Yu, tell him that Wen-Ya is your fiancee and that we're here to attend your wedding," said Ye Yu-Yan in a low voice. But Qin Yu remained silent for a long time.

"Qin Yu, what's wrong? Say something! That Ye Fan is just a live-in son-in-law, so surely you aren't afraid of him, right?" Ye Yu-Yan started getting anxious. Ye Jian was also gritting his teeth in anger because Qin Yu didn't seem to be listening to Ye Yu-Yan, so he tried to persuade him too.

But in the end, Qin Yu took a step forward and laughed.

"Yu-Yan, Ye Jian, you've really gotten it wrong. It isn't my wedding today. I invited both of you to accompany me to Yu-Xiang and Wen-Ya's wedding. They are truly a match made in heaven. The two of them have come a long way to finally become husband and wife, and it's really a great inspiration for all of Jingzhou. Ye Yu-Yan was frozen on the spot and Ye Jian widened his eyes in surprise when they heard Qin Yu's response.

"Qin Yu, what...what nonsense are you saying?! Ye Fan is spouting rubbish and deliberately trying to insult you, so why are you going along with him?" Ye Yu-Yan was filled with shock as she looked at Qin Yu in disbelief. She was furious and confused at the same time.

"Yu-Yan, stop it, you shouldn't behave like this! Mr Ye is your cousin, so how dare you be so rude? Hurry up and apologize to your cousin! And you, Ye Jian, you should apologize to your cousin too!" Qin Yu reprimanded Ye Yu-Yan and Ye Jian at the same time.

"Qin Yu, you...you...ARGH! This is killing me! Qin Yu, you stupid idiot! You don't know what's good for you and you can't tell right from wrong! ARGH!" Qin Yu's words nearly drove Ye Yu-Yan mad. Her eyes were red from anger and she felt an anger burning inside her heart.

She had tried so hard to protect and stand up for Qin Yu, but in the end, Qin Yu wasn't grateful, and even scolded her and told her to apologize to the man she despised so much.

This had certainly embarrassed Ye Yu-Yan in front of everybody.

Her face was red from embarrassment and she felt so disgraced.

"HAHA! Ye Yu-Yan, you're really stunned by this sudden change in treatment, aren't you? As he said, today is MY wedding! You guys are the idiots for insisting that the groom is Young Master Qin. You've been in the army for too long and you've become stupid after getting hit by too many grenades, right?" Shin Yu-Xiang immediately seized the chance to mock her and laugh loudly at Ye Yu-Yan.

These words made Ye Yu-Yan utterly embarrassed!

"You stupid fat asshole, how dare you insult my cousin! You're asking to get beaten up!" said Ye Jian protectively as he dashed out to beat Shin Yu-Xiang up.

But after taking just a few steps, Qin Yu kicked him in the butt.

He fell flat on his face with a thud.

"Qin Yu, what are you doing?! I'm helping you and you kicked me?!" Ye Jian was about to cry from the injustice.

But Qin Yu shouted angrily, "Enough! Helping me? Do you know that you're bringing harm to me and my family? Today is Mr Ye's buddy's wedding and you dare to make trouble here in my name? How dare you! Get out of here!"

Qin Yu's angry voice resounded within the restaurant.

They were as close as siblings just moments ago, and now they had all fallen out with one another.

"Haha! Young Master Qin is right. How dare you make trouble at my wedding?! But because it's my big day, I won't stoop to your level. Take the hint and get lost!" Shin Yu-Xiang rarely had a chance to show off but now he was clearly just being boastful and just acting gleeful at others' misfortune.

"This fellow is seriously still so terrible after so many years," Ye Fan shook his head and laughed to himself when he saw this.

"Mr Ye, what do you think?" Lei Ao-Ting didn't dare to really chase the two of them out if Ye Fan didn't say so. After all, from their conversation earlier, Ye Jian and Ye Yu-Yan seemed to really be related to Mr Chu.

Ye Fan looked at Ye Yu-Yan, whose face was pale from being angry and smoke was coming out from her nostrils. He laughed quietly and replied, "My buddy, Shin Yu-Xiang, is getting married today and he's the main star of the day. So just go along with what he says. These two have been spouting nonsense all this while, so I do agree that they ought to be thrown out."

"Yes, Mr Ye!" Lei Ao-Ting immediately responded since Ye Fan had given the order.

"Ye Fan, how dare you?! Yu-Yan's father and my father are your uncles! You asshole! How dare you do this to your own family members?! How could you help an outsider to chase us away?!" shouted Ye Jian angrily when he saw that Lei Ao-Ting had called his men to throw them out.
