The first week was difficult for everyone, Mia at least seems calmer and I noticed that she is smiling, Enzo has been a good companion for the young Lennox family.

I sigh, my little puppy stirs at my side and takes a lock of his reddish hair, I'm glad he's growing it out, Adriano looks so beautiful. I smile as he stretches out like a little kitten, I kiss his forehead and watch as a smile forms on his lips and then open his eyes. -Good morning, my puppy," I make my grip on his waist tighter.

-Good morning, baby," I deny, he insists on calling me that, it doesn't bother me, however, it's weird, Adriano runs his hand down my chest and leaves a caress on my chin.

I run my hand down his leg until I reach his belly, it's bulging and smooth, I think it's cute that he has a tummy, Adriano hates that, but to me it's still beautiful.

I inhale her smell and it's very sweet, it's not normal, since this is a smell that I've only caught on one person, Kara when she was pregnant and it's impossible for my puppy to be in that state.

"Why does she have that expression? -he asks, I look at him.

-Don't make a sound," I climb over his body, it's important that I inspect him, Adriano stays still.

My omega is naked, it's not difficult for me to run my nose over him and reach his belly where I rest my ear, I hear nothing but his bowel movements.

The doctor looks at us as if we were crazy, but doesn't dare to say so, since I am the prince after all, Adriano returns with the medical gown and gets on the stretcher. -This is absurd," protests my puppy.

-I'll start," announces the doctor, "this gel is a bit cold," she warns him, Adriano nods and I watch carefully everything the woman does, she decides to do the same procedures as on a pregnant woman.

She is a gynaecologist and one of the best in this area of Cefalù, she looks at the screen and tries to replace what I have heard, she takes her time to do her job.

Oh, my God," she whispers in surprise.

-What's wrong with me? -he looks at the screen, terrified.

-Mr. Marchetti, you're not wrong, I don't know how it's possible, but he's pregnant... pregnant," she adds.

-I knew it," I whisper, looking at the screen.

-Can you explain to me how that could be possible? -asks my young omega.

-I'm the same way as you young man," the woman looks at him with great surprise, "He has a uterus, ovaries and it's a strange combination, as it's a mixture of male and female reproductive system, I haven't seen anything like this," she informs. -Where the hell does it come out?! -she shrieks in fright, she looks at him.

-I don't know, but your baby will replace a way out," she murmurs.

Adriano is in shock and the doctor only gives him folic acid, vitamins and asks him to eat healthily. I don't even know what to say, but I feel like the luckiest man alive. Back home in our room, the young omega lifts up his shirt to look at his belly. -A baby," he whispers.

-Our baby," I say, reaching behind him and caressing his belly.

-We're going to have a child," he says in a whisper, Adriano cries and I hug him.

-Everything will be all right," I respect him. Don't cry, my little one," I murmur, turn him around and kiss his whole face. -I ask.

-It's just that... I'm scared, happy and surprised," he says.

-I'm still like that, but happier than ever and I feel lucky that I'm going to be able to have a puppy with you, I love you, I love you a lot! -I cry out, Adriano hugs me tightly and I lay my head on his.

-I love you too," I smile, I can't wait to tell my whole family about this.

When I gathered them all together, they were curious to know what I was up to, since I have a smile from ear to ear on my face and the happiness I have is contagious.

-Say it now, Donato," asks my father with a frown on his face.

-I don't even know how to say it, it's something surprising and it will change the future of the species," I tell them. Mia, I know you're going through a complicated time and I apologise for this," I add. -Don't worry, it's good that we have good news," he gives me a small smile and I nod.

-Donato, we'll know how to deal with anything," my mum speaks.

-I don't know how it happened... well I do, but I didn't know what would happen," I laugh. We are expecting a puppy," I tell them, they keep quiet and look at us.

-Did you rent a womb without being married? -asks my father.

-No," I reply, "we're expecting a baby," I touch Adriano's belly and then lift up his shirt so they can see how bulging it is.

-Don't joke," Karla asks.

-I'm not," I tell them, "We've already been to a gynaecologist and she confirmed what I found out this morning, I don't know how it's possible, but Adriano is carrying a puppy here," I report, handing them the sonogram and the doctor's confirmation. -I've never heard of a pregnant omega male before," my father comments. Not even about this rank in lions," he adds.

-Do you think that's why he's pregnant? -I ask.

-It's possible, but I'll investigate," I nod gratefully.

-Oh God! -my sisters squeal. Another nephew," they all approach Adriano, who allows her to touch his belly.

-Congratulations, brother," my twin gives me a hug, Mia congratulates me, and then they pull away.

-Donato, you know what you have to do," says the king, I nod to him. Congratulations," he gives me a hug, with strong pats on the back, "it's surprising that the older ones are irresponsible," he whispers in my ear.

-Just like our father," he growls low.

-I know," he trails off.

After the shower of congratulations for my family, I take care of feeding my puppy, I'm not going to let him out of my sight, let alone let him skip a meal, Adriano is my priority since I met him, but now I will be much more overprotective of my little omega.
