Chapter 61 Is That Claire?

At first, Emily thought Hannah was sweet on Claire and looked out for her.

But after Emma and Lily's tricks and that whole Joshua mess, she wasn't buying it anymore.

Actually, Emily started to think Hannah was acting pretty fishy.

course, she kept her mouth shut about it.

After all those years at Eclipse Nightclub, she knew what to say and what not to say, what you could do and what you couldn't.

Some stuff was better left unsaid.

Emily and Claire weren't exactly besties, but this heads-up today was her way of making things right for the crap she'd pulled on Claire before. "Why?"

Claire was confused by Emily's warning and was about to ask when Emily left abruptly.

After the guests had left, Hannah had the waiter summon her, bringing back the bikini and mask she had worn earlier.

At Eclipse Nightclub, this sort of thing wasn't unusual.

Claire had seen it before, so she didn't think much of it. She changed back into the outfit, put on the mask, and headed out.

What she hadn't anticipated was replaceing Logan, Frederick, and Harrison all standing together when she arrived.

It turned out that the private party had been hosted by Logan, and Frederick and Harrison were his guests.

"Mr. Hawthorne, Mr. Prescott, I'm truly grateful to you for coming tonight. You've honored me greatly. In the future, if you ever need anything, I'd go through hell and high water for you, without hesitation." When Claire, wearing her bikini and mask, approached, Logan was eagerly flattering Frederick and Harrison.

The moment she saw them, panic set in.

Earlier in the VIP room, with so many girls and the chaotic atmosphere, dim lighting, and distractions, it had been easy to go unnoticed. But now, in the well-lit hallway with just herself, the situation felt much more dangerous. Claire was overwhelmed with fear and tried to turn and leave,

Bottles of liquor clattered to the ground, and her mask fell off as

well.

The noise immediately drew the attention of Frederick, Harrison, and Logan.

Claire fell to the ground, aware of the three intense gazes behind her, and she completely panicked.

"Sorry, sorry! She's new here, only been around for a month. Claire, how could you be so careless?"

Just as Claire scrambled to her feet, ready to flee, the waiter called out her name, completely giving her away.

Frederick's face darkened instantly, his gaze locking on Claire, who was wearing a yellow bikini.

Cold sweat broke out on Claire's skin, and she collapsed back onto the floor, her mind going blank with shock. "Look up."

Frederick's voice came from above, cold and commanding as he stood in front of her.

""Mr. Hawthorne..."

Claire knew she couldn't escape this time. Her hands clenched into fists as she trembled, slowly raising her head. Chapter 61 Is That Claire? "Get lost!"

Frederick's pupils constricted the moment he saw her face. His eyes lingered on her for a second before he roared in anger.

"What are you waiting for? Mr. Hawthorne's not going to hold it against you, get out of here!"

Logan, seeing Claire in her yellow bikini, remembered Hannah's earlier instructions and was terrified Frederick might retaliate. He immediately shouted at her to leave. "Yes, Mr. Hawthorne."

Claire jolted back to her senses and fled in panic, unaware of how she had made it back to her room.

Meanwhile, in the hallway, Harrison watched Claire's retreating figure, just as shocked.

It wasn't until they left Eclipse Nightclub and got into the car that Harrison finally spoke up.

"Was that Claire?"
