Chapter 136

Once she finished, Willow pried Kenan's fingers away and turned around with difficulty. She then walked forward quickly.

She had no family left. She treated Kenan as her family. In reality, she hoped that the last moments of her life would be spent with her family. However, she felt too selfish. She kept asking for things from him, but had nothing to give back in return.

"Willow!" Kenan grabbed her hand. He exclaimed, "I don't believe it!"

Without giving Willow the chance to decline, Kenan brought her to the hospital.

Willow didn't want to go to the hospital. She disliked the smell of disinfectant. However, to make him give

up, she accepted all the examinations she was given.

When he obtained the results, Kenan's hands shook uncontrollably. The reports nearly slipped through his fingers multiple times.

A bunch of doctors crowded around him. Kenan grabbed the doctor's collar and demanded, "What did you say? Say that again!"

His body shook. However, the doctor said honestly, "Mr. Dawson, Ms. Sanford has late-stage cancer. She can't undergo operations anymore. Even if she did chemotherapy or other treatment options, it would only intensify her pain. I suggest we give her conservative treatment. This way, Ms. Sanford will feel better during her last days on earth."

"Her last days? What do you mean the last days!" Kenan roared, "Make it clear!"

The doctor pushed the glasses on his nose higher. He said, "Ms. Sanford doesn't have much time left. If her condition is well, she'll hold on for another two weeks. If not, it'll be within the next few days." Kenan didn't want to hear the bullshit these doctors are saying. Initially, he wanted to beat them up. However, in the end, his strength drained out of him. He could only loosen his collar in resignation.

He stood in place. In a moment, it was as though a natural disaster had swept through. The blooming trees had lost their lives. They wilted and rotted.

Seeing Kenan's disappointment, Willow felt her heart pang with disappointment. She had thought of rejecting him outright to make him give up. However, he was too stubborn. Even if she rejected him, he wouldn't let go. She could only take such extreme measures.

She cleared her throat and pretended to say lightly, "Mr. Dawson, I didn't lie to you, did 1? Forget me and

replace another woman!"

Suddenly, she was locked into an embrace. It was so tight that their souls seemed to be intertwined.

Kenan whispered by her ear, "Willow, I won't let go, I won't let go! Even if we leave this world in the next second, I want to be with you in this moment!

"Right, Let's look for Wynn. She's a professional in this area. She'll definitely have a way to treat you!" Chapter 136

Wilson gently pressed Kenan's hand. She said, "Mr. Dawson, I know my body well. Any treatment will do nothing to help me. In addition, I don't want to go to the Carter family. Ms. Wynn is very kind. I like them a lot. However, I never want to see them again."

The people in the Carter family were too nice. The more she talked to them, the more she couldn't bear to

leave them.

She didn't want that.

Kenan didn't continue to force her.

He was a strong man, yet his eyes

went red with tears within

ears within seconds.

His voice softened as he said,

"Willow, I'm not going to force you to

be together with me. Let's be friends,

friends, alright? Let me stay with you."

Kenan had already said that. Willow

She wa

couldn't reject him. She was fated to owe him in this lifetime. In the next

life, she'd do everything to pay him

back.

Once she finished the examinations, Kenan and Willow left the hospital together. Who knew there would be a horrible accident in front of the

hospital? Willow knew who was involved.
