Extra 2: Soren’s POV

I sat on the sofa, lost in the sight of Elara playing the piano. She had claimed that her hand was broken by Aria, rendering her unable to play. Anger fueled my actions as I grabbed my coat, preparing to confront her. But when I opened the door, Orion punched me in the face, his fury palpable.
“Soren, you killed my sister!” Orion roared.
I glared at him, bewildered. Why was he blaming me alone when he had been complicit in hurting Aria? As we fought, I thought I saw Aria, but I dismissed it as a hallucination. Her face, marked by a gunshot wound, was

unmistakably hers.
I approached her, speaking softly, “Aria, I’ll replace Elara and break her hand, okay?”
She stared at me, unresponsive, as if she were a lifeless object. But she began to appear more frequently, and I found myself talking to her incessantly. “Aria, that slut Elara is dead. She’s
finally dead. When you see her, make sure to
torture her.”
My laughter was manic, and those around me thought I had lost my mind. As her appearances ceased, I called out for her, desperate and incoherent. “Aria, where are you? Don’t leave me. I promise I’ll make it up to you in my lifetime.”

Wandering in a daze, I was hit by a truck. In my final moments, I glimpsed Aria, flying into a white vortex with a serene smile. Her final wish was clear: she never wanted to see me again.
Panic surged through me as I tried to follow her, but I fell into darkness. There, a figure claiming to be the King of Hell awaited me, promising eternal torment–trials of knives and fire, to live
forever as a beast.
