Fenrir

POV

I stared closely as the angels revealed their powers. A lot of them were Elementals and some had other powers like teleportation. The angels were considered to be the ones with powers but in battles, they were not as strong as the werewolves, demons, humans,

and vampires.

"Their power is magical as them," Tania commented and clapped her hands. "Yeah. I wish I was an angel," Katherine voiced out and earned a glare from Okie.

"It's so sad to hear you talk about other clans but you ain't proud of yours,' Okie scoffed.

"There is nothing wrong if she chooses to be that," I defended Katherine. I knew Okie hated her since she believed that our mother neglected her because of Katherine. In order not to make Katherine feel like she was alone, I say some encouraging words at every chance I get. "it's her choice

Okie."

"Thank you," Katherine mouthed and I replied with a smile.

"It's Icarius's turn!" Tania shouted and grabbed Okie's hand. "he looks dreamy," she licked her lips which I found disgusting.

How could they discuss a guy I despised so much in front of me? So pathetic.

"Why did you grab me?" Okie tried to play dumb but I knew she was faking it. Everyone already knew about her crush on Icarius. "I don't care about him," she pushed Tania's hand away and shifted on her seat. We will see about that, I thought.

Just like his father, Icarius showed off by first making a fist of dripping water in which morons like him applauded him. "Show off," I snorted art folded my hands together.

It didn't end there as he shot fire from his hands towards the left and right side and after that, he did a spin and bought his hand together thereby shooting flaming fire.

"Wow! He controls both fire and water. Two elements contradicting one another," lan opened his mouth like an idiot and clapped his hands.

"Amazing!" He shouted.

"Nothing is amazing about what he just did," Okie said and I blinked twice thinking that I have seen the wrong Okie. I thought she had a crush on him or was my sister pretending to hide her secret from us. "Don't be like that Okie," Tania shouted. "he was amazing " She said.

"That was amazing Icarius!" Professor Layla repeated what Tania had said and clapped her hands.

Nothing was amazing aside that he shows off his power just how his father, Lord Martin do show off his wealth.

"Thank you, professor Layla," Icarius bowed his head. He turned towards Snow and nodded his head as if he was giving her a sign. "Just be you," he mouthed to her and went back to his seat.

I clenched my fist as the thought of them together infuriated them and they seemed too comfortable around each other which angers me more

"Your turn Snow," professor Layla stood in front of Snow.

I was curious to replace out what her power could be. Something beautiful and pure as she was. That's was what I expected.

"Yeah, professor," Snow lowered her head and pointed to the two Angels beside her. "Uhm, can they show their powers before me?"

Why? Was she like that because she was afraid to show her powers?

"Why?" Professor Layla asked.

"My power is warming up!" She replied.

The class burst out laughing at her excuse and I couldn't help but chuckled because it's was funny. "You sure snow white has powers?" Okie mocked and burst into laughter.

I choose to ignore and watched as Snow lowered her head. Maybe she was powerless as the rest of Angels and she lied to save her face, I thought as I watched her. From where she stood, I could feel her emotions. "Mate is depressed," my wolf whispered in my head.

"Professor Layla,

"Snow tried to say something but the professor had

already turned their heads to the other Angels.

"Your turn," Professor Layla said to the Angels beside her.

"I don't think she has any powers. I mean why would she..

"Okie stopped

talking when she saw Snow fly up. "What is she doing?" She asked.

Snow stretched forth her hand and a ball of air shoot out from her hand

"She is an air elemental!" Tania shouted.

) I smiled happy that she wasn't powerless but at the same time, my smile turned to a frown when the air grew to a strong wind that blew harshly on us.

"What's happening?" Someone shouted.

"How is she that powerful!" Another person said.

"At this rate, the wind will blow us all away!" lan shouted. "What is she doing? How did she become as strong as that!"

"She will come like a wind! If you see the one with the wind then its means she is the one from the prophecy," My mother's word about the girl in the prophecy resounded in my head. Could Snow be the one in the prophecy?

"Someone should please stop her!

Someone shouted. The wind blew

everyone and we all had to hold onto the desks.

"Snow!" Professor Layla shouted my name.

"Snow!" She shuted. "You

need to stop!"

Icarius flew towards her to stop her but he was pushed back by the powerful force of the wind. He landed across the classroom.

"At this rate, we all are going to be eaten up by the wind," Okie shouted.

That's was when I knew I had to do something. I stood up and walked towards her.

"What are you doing?" Okie shouted.

"Trying to see if I can stop it!" I shouted back.

"Snow!" I shouted. The wind grew twice stronger and I had to cover my face and maintain my stand.

"We have to do this for mate," I shouted to my wolf to help me out.

"For mate," he replied and took over. Although I didn't shift to my wolf I was able to maintain my stand without falling like the rest. "Listen!" I shouted. "I need you to fly down!"

She seemed to hear that as she flew down and turned to look at me.

"What do,I do next?" She asked.

Instead of replying, I grabbed her hand and pulled her into my arms. My method worked like magic as the wind stopped.

"You will be fine," I whispered into her ears.

"Thank... You," she whispered back, and then she cried out in pain.

I wondered what happened to her and I knew it had to do with the usage of too much energy to force out air.

"I think she used a lot of her power. Take her to the school clinic." professor Layla said.

"Alright," I replied and carried her in a bridal style." you'll be fine," I said to

her.

"I'll fly her there," Icarius said as he walked towards me. "We are both angels and only I know what happened to her. In the angel world, it's called revealing of blocked powers." Whatever it's was, I didn't care. All I had in my mind was how she was going to be fine again. "I can run faster to the clinic and I stopped her from throwing everyone around!" I retorted.

"She is my business, not yours. Let's go of her right now!" Icarius grabbed snow's hand and tried to pull her out of my hold but I refused to let go.

His business? How dare he try to act as if he was the one who saved her?

"What the hell is wrong with both of you!" Professor Layla shouted. "Have you gone insane!" She pulled snow's hand from icarius's and placed a hand on her neck. "She is getting weak while you morons fight over her!" professor Layla shouted. "She is an angel, not a vampire. I should be responsible for her. She is mine!" Icarius declared.

"His?" My wolf growled in my head and he wanted to scratch his way out and cut Icarius from limbs to limbs. "How dare he claim my mate?" My wolf shouted.

"Enough!" Professor Layla shouted. "I think you should let him take her to the clinic Weki," she suggested.

Let's him take her? Snow shifted in my hand and I turned to look at her.

She tried to say something but she failed terribly as no word came out from her mouth. I took a deep breath as I thought about revealing the secrets I have been hiding.

"Fine, it's had come to this!" I shouted. "I am not letting her go because she is my mate!" I declared and saw the look on everyone's faces. They hadn't expected me to make such a declaration. I walked closer to Icarus and said, "She is mine," I declared. "And if you dare stop me again or claim my mate as yours again, I'll slit your throat," I threatened him and walked out of the classroom as the students paved way for me.

As I walked out of the classroom, I felt Snow growing cold in my hand and I knew I had to run so I did. When I entered the clinic the first doctor I saw was a man I was familiar with. "Doctor Jones,

"I shouted his name.

Doctor Jones turned to look at me and touched Snow's forehead. "What happened to her?"

"She used a lot of power in our training today," I explained.

"Follow me." Doctor Jones lead me into an empty ward with an empty bed.

There I laid Snow and placed a hand on her forehead. You'll be fine," I assured her and turned to leave but she grabbed my hand.

"Weki, I.

She managed to say. "Thank you," she whispered.

"Say no more." I smiled at her and covered her up with the bed cover. "I'll be back," I promised and walked out of the ward to speak with Doctor Jones.

"Is she going to be okay?" I asked.

"She is just suffering from blocked power and I think she forced it out too much.

"Doctor Jones explained the same thing Icarius had said in the

class.

Maybe, he was right after all.

"She is going to be fine.

"He assured me and pat me on the shoulder. "You

must be scared since she is your mate." Doctor Jones pointed out.

"How do you know that?" I asked.

"I know mates when I see them," Doctor Jones smiled and walked away.

1 heaved a deep sigh and rubbed my forehead. If snow was the other person in the prophecy then it means she would be in danger if they found out about her identity.

She was the one with the wind and also my mate. Could our destiny be planned by the goddess? I needed answers to the questions stuck in my head.
