"Did you just tell me to shut up?” Logan stared at her as if he couldn't believe that she really toldhim to keep his silence. Never did she see anyone looking as offended as Logan did at the moment,blowing the locks of her hair off her face, she arched a brow and said, “ I did, you have a problemwith that?”

“ Do I have a problem with that?” He parroted looking at her as if trying to see whether or not shewas being real. With his hands on his waist, he laughed out in surprise and anger before his smiledropped and his expression turned serious, striding towards her, he came to a stop mere inchesaway from her. “ Now look here,” he clutched the front of her jacket and pulled her close to his facealmost lifting her feet off the floor. “ There are some things that you need to learn and that's —one) you don't tell me what to do, two) you stay the fuck away from me, and three) you do what Itell you to do...not the other way around, am I clear?”

Levy smiled at him before leaning in close as she whispered, “ I think that you really need a hearingaide, but since you cannot hear me the first time, I will say it again. This time with an example tomake you understand better.”

A zap of electricity flickered through her body causing Logan to retract his hand at once, as he tookthree steps behind him and looked at Levy in shock and disbelief. “ Did you just electrocuted me?”" Be thankful that I just “electrocuted’ you,” said Levy pushing her jacket back and placing her handson her waist. With a tilt of her head, she continued, ” The next time you try to threaten me or somuch as try to make me submit to you then I will—"

“ Hey, Logan there is something that I need to tell you——" Jesse came striding through the doorthat was left open and Levy smiled upon seeing him come inside, Logan must have understood themeaning behind her smile because he immediately strode towards her and warned. “ Don't youdare—"

Too late.

A loud pop was heard behind him, followed by tiny squeaks. His eyes widened as he turned aroundand took a look at the pile of clothes that were dropped on the floor with a terrified-lookinghamster trying to burrow his way back in them. He heaved a sharp breath before turning his head tolook at Levy, who for some very sadistic reasons looked rather pleased with herself and said, *Change him right back!”

" You forgot the magic word,” Levy answered in a sing-song voice.

He breathed heavily before turning on the spot and walking close to her. “ Look, I am in no moodfor this... if you want to fight with me, come right at me... don't entangle innocent people in thismess.”

“ He was the one who took me to the prison, I don't think that he is that much of an innocent,” saidLevy as she raised her brows, she shook her head and whispered, “ To me, he is as much of a culpritas you are, so give me something else.”

“1am your Alpha, Levy! You will answer my orders!” Done playing around with her, Logan screamed.His voice was loud enough to shake the dust off the ceiling but Levy didn't even flinch. Instead, shepoked out her pinky and cleared her ear with a distressed expression, “ God, you are so loud... it'slike seriously annoying, can you tone it down a little bit?”

“ Tone...Tone down... what?” After listening to her words, Logan's expression was similar to that of aT. rex that has been challenged by a velociraptor. He stared at her as if he couldn't make outwhether she was being stupid or courageous, “ Are you being serious right now?”

“Come on mate,” raising her hand slightly she motioned at Logan. “ Because of you I spent sevenyears sleeping with one eye open, you think that I am going to be scared just because you raisedyour fucking voice on me? Are you for real right now?” She crossed her arms and stared at Loganwith an expression that was full of unusual patience and continued, “ The only reason I am playingalong with you right now, is because I want to live a peaceful life.” She titled her head slightly to theleft with a solemn expression and added. “ Do not push me until I forget about my peaceful life andthrow my hands up, my patience is limited and do you know what happens when people who havenothing to lose, use up their entire quota of patience?”

She took a step back. “ They flip heaven and earth, all the same.”

Raising a shoulder, she tipped her chin towards Logan and said, * Don't push me, for I have nothingto lose ...if I run out of patience, I will flip your life and everything that's important to you upsidedown, you got that?” snapping her fingers, she turned around and walked away to the end of thecorridor. She already had a pretty good idea where Logan was keeping Lily.

There was a faint pop behind Logan, as he turned to look at Jesse, now back to being a human froma hamster. He still looked terrified looking left and right with an expression that was full ofnervousness. * W..What happened to me? I... felt something happened to me right now...” helooked at Logan before letting his gaze roam around the living room before it dropped down to hisbody and he jumped. “ Where are my clothes at?!”

His voice sounded both alarmed and angry causing Logan's eyes to twitch, this wasn't good. Jessedidn’t even remember what happened to him after Levy turned him into a hamster, if she was to usethat magic spell on him, he might as well forget turning back into a human again.

With a sigh, he looked at Jesse and asked, “ How are you feeling man?”

"I feel ...I feel like I want to eat nuts.”
