Autumn

I couldn't shake this feeling today like something was gonna happen. I was currently visiting with Kelly she was so much better, Brad had decided she would be better staying at his parent's place, they were away from the pack right now they were visiting Kelly's

parents who would be gone for a few more days.

She was allowed to come back to the pack house the day after the full moon. She was just about back to her normal self she was pretty much healed. She was getting up and moving on her own she was ready to return to training but I had to order her to take a few more days.

I remember my dad and how long it took him to get back to his full self. His wolf is stronger than Kelly's, he was once a Beta and she is a warrior I have learned enough to know he outranks her even now.

Brad is a wonderful mate not once did he leave Kelly's side even when the full moon was here, He struggled with choosing to do his duty or look after his mate, Thank god Reins told him to stay and that his mate was more important,

Brad was so inteintive to Kelly's needs it drove her crazy after some time. She even threatened to have Reins order him back to his duty.

"Brad, I can take care of my own plate for the love of the moon goddess!"

"I just wanted you to rest sweetheart that's all," Brad's voice was caring sounding.

"I have been resting now for how many days Brad Im fine the doctors even said I was healed and completely fine!"

I looked at Brad who had a sad look on his face as he stood there wanting to take Kelly's plate out, He had made her lunch and as soon as she finished he was there,

Hearing her sigh she grabbed his hand making him sit next to her.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you, but you need to relax a little You don't need to hoover over me, I'm all better I can start doing things myself. And besides just a few more days and I can go back to training and my duties to our Luna," She winks at me and then looks back to Brad.

Brad's shoulders slumped a bit.

"I don't mean to loom over you, I'm just worried is all I almost lost you Kel, I don't want to feel that again,"

At his words and the broken look on his face, Kelly pulled him into a hug.

"I know love, I'm here and I'm not going anywhere,"

I was about to leave so they could have time alone when my dad yelled through the link.

"Autumn where are you!" His voice held panic and worry.

"Dad? What's wrong? I'm with Kelly and Brad,"

"Stay there im on my way, don't leave Autumn!"

I could hear the sternness in his voice he never sounded like this.

"Alright, Dad I'll wait,"

Just then Kelly's door swung open causing Brad to jump up growling as he stood in front of Kelly and me. "Oscar dam it,"

Peeking around Brad there was Oscar his eyes landed on me. Moving quickly he was by my side within seconds. "Oscar?" I called him all he did was look down at me.

"Gem?" I called to her.

"Something wrong I can feel it just can't pinpoint it," Was all she said.

Dad was next to come busting through the door earning another growl from Brad.

"Dam it guys cut it out what's going on?" Brad asked.

Dad came to stand in front of me.

"We are taking back to the pack house,"

Dad had a hard look and I've come to learn that look, it's his im in protective mode Zach has the same look when something's wrong.

"What's going on? And don't tell me it's nothing, you both came busting in here like we are under attack,"

I too with my hands-on my hips not moving I was becoming annoyed with people not telling me things or playing the im protecting you ploy.

"It's not an attack but your safety is the first thing," Dad says as he steps towards me.

I roll my eyes, yes I haven't trained like others but im not completely defenseless I have Gem.

"Autumn we need to get to the border,"

Gem says I couldn't tell by her voice if something was wrong.

"Gem, what is it?"

I'm not sure but something is pulling on me to go,"

Looking at me Dad. "What's going on at the border?"

The look Dad had told me I hit the spot.

"Nothing, Reins is handling it "

"Dad," I growled.

"Autumn Please just come with me back to the lack house, Reins is handling everything and wants you safe,"

Feeling so aggravated I turned and walked out the door not even saying bye to Kelly.

Once I reached outside Gem whimpered.

"Gem? What happened?"

"Autumn please go to the border we are needed there,"

Dad and Oscar came to and on both sides of me.

"Gem they won't let us,"

"Pff, as if they can stop us, you forget again who we are,"

"No, I haven't but I'm not as trained as they are I know my Dad and Oscar I won't get far,"

"Well, I guess you will be giving your first order as Luna then,"

"Autumn you okay?" Dad asked as he placed his hand on my shoulder.

"Gem help me,"

Suddenly I feel her push forward as I let myself fall back letting her lead.

She spun us to face them.

"I'm ordering you two to take me to Reins now!" She called out letting her power roll off her. Oscar and Dad bowed their heads and they took a step back.

"But Luna we were ordered to take you to the pack house," Oscar says sharing his neck.

"And I'm ordering you, you are my head guard my protector I'm ordering you to take me now,"

"Yes Luna," He says

Looking at my dad he was trying to fight my order not that he wanted to go against it but he didn't want me anywhere what was going on.

"Dad please," Gem calls to him and I see him softening she reaches for his wolf knowing his soft spot for his pup. Even though we are Luna now his wolf will always look at us as his pups. "Yes Luna," He finally says.

We turn and begin to walk Dad is leading and Oscar is behind me.

The further we walk the more Gem becomes edge she wants to pick the pace up. Suddenly I get a whiff,

I didn't know when Gem took off I left her in control I didn't have her pull back.

"Autumn!" Dad and Oscar call my name but I didn't stop I kept running Gem leading us.

I could hear talking however low it was but then I picked up Reins's voice and his scent following it I spotted them.

Reins was in the front walking next to a man with a small woman tucked under his arm. Then I notice the others walking some even being carried by warriors.

"Reins I call out," His head snapping in my direction.
