Once the girls left I turned to the men sitting there.

"Do we know where that alpha and Roberts are?"

Keaton shook his head.

"They laying low we checked the surrounding area but nothing, I didn't want to send the scouts out too much farther,"

"No that's fine let's double patrols for now I want Oscar, Nick, and Brad as guards for Autumn also let's have Kelly tag along," "I'll have them come up,"

"Now Matt what's with the guy you get any more information?"

"We told him that Darrel has left the pack he didn't seem to be surprised about that, but he is asking to speak with you, he says he wants out of that pack but he has his mate there still tired of Darrel, and his leadership, but he did say that the Beta Dan is loyal to Darrel no matter what,"

"Zach, did you and Keaton ever touch base with the beta ?"

"No we left messages but nothing in return, "

"Alright, we are doing the ceremony this weekend for you three and Autumn I also want Luna's ceremony to take place I'm not taking any chances with them two on the loose, If the Beta is helping them we need to be on alert for anything," "Alpha the four are here,"

Just then they stepped forward standing in front of us.

"Alpha," they say together.

"Alright, I have a job for you four, Kelly you are assigned to stay by Autumn's side do not leave it for a minute, Oscar Nick, and Brad you three are assigned as guards for Autumn we're she goes you all go Is that clear!" "Yes Alpha,"

"Alpha is there a problem we should be aware of? " Oscar asked this is why he will make a good warrior or scout he gets all information.

"Roberts and that Alpha Darrel is hiding somewhere close they already were kicked out of Alpha Brett's territory so I'm thinking they will try something soon and now that I've marked Autumn im not taking any chances," "I know what Roberts looks like but not that Alpha Darrel,"

"I don't think he will be a first-row player he will wait in the back and let the others do the work, just keep an eye out for Roberts or anyone trying to get close,"

"Yes Alpha,"

"Kelly I do believe the women are up in our room making plans,"

"I'll go straight there."

They give a quick bow before they leave.

Just then Keaton's phone rings he looks at it then a frown appears on his face before answering it.

"Hello?" "Oh, Beta Dan," "No no thanks for calling me back," "Yes, I was reaching out I understand that your Alpha has gone missing?"

He pauses for a moment.

"So are you resuming the Alpha Roll or is your Alpha returning?"

I see Keaton's face harden a little.

"Well if you need any help please reach out we would be happy to assist you,"

"Yep no problem again thanks for returning my call, Bye now,"

He clicked his phone off and then looked at us.

"What he say?" I asked feeling uneasy.

"He's helping, he said that Darrel took off over a week ago saying he needed some time to rest and recoup from being rejected by his mate, but is planning on returning in a few days," "He rejected his mate year's ago when he learned of Autumn she left the pack no one heard from her since," Matt tells us.

"Did he think we would buy that, he was just at Alpha Bretts pace a day or two ago."

Keaton chimes in.

"He's getting desperate he's grasping straws right now he's not very patient and seeing as this is as close as he comes to getting her he's bound to mess up," Matt says while Zach agrees. "But that makes a dangerous situation that means he will do anything to get successful,"

"Keaton give Oscar and them the update Matt you and me will go down and speak with this Chad guy maybe I can get something out of him that's helpful,"

We all stand ready to go our ways when there was a knick on the door.

"Come in," I called out

I see Morgan step in as she looked around the room. She closed the door and then walked over to us.

"Alpha im sorry to disturb you but I need to speak with you,"

"It's okay Morgan, have a seat,"

"You guys are excused," I tell the other they now and head out of the office.

Face Morgan.

"What did you replace out?"

"She has been making a lot of secret phone calls as well as sneaking out late at night, I tried following her but she seems to use something to mask her scent cause I end up losing the trail," "Have you heard anything she talks about when she is on the calls?"

"No, she's super hush, and as soon as she hears any noise she hangs up,"

"When did she start doing all this?"

"Right after the punishment you have her,"

"What about the other two?"

"Nothing she doesn't even talk on the phone around them, I don't think they know anything,"

"Alright continue keeping track of her let me know if anything changes,"

"Yes, Alpha," She stands heading towards the door but then stops and turns to look at me.

"Alpha can I ask you something?"

"Sure Morgan,"

"Um, I wanted to ask if um it's true that Lunas now marked?"

I smiled to myself knowing the ock felt the shift in leaders once I marked their Luna,

"Yes, she is,"

I see her smile widely,

"I knew it, I knew I felt the connection,"

"I'll announce when the Luna ceremony is also her family is joining as members.

"I'm happy it's Autumn I like her she's sweet and nice she seems like she will make a good Luna,"

"Thank you Morgan, I appreciate your help with this,"

"Any time Alpha,"

She gives a small bow and then walks out.

I head out to replace Matt waiting for me, We head straight to the dungeon wanting to get this over with.
