Conrad's POV:

"There's movement in the west side of the forest, this late at night?"

Hearing Otis's words, my face instantly froze, and I moved quickly to the tree, then transformed into a wolf.

The power of the wolf pearl gathered to my whole body, and my senses spread out to the whole forest at this moment.

The night wind slowly stirred the forest, and the sound of those neatly shaking leaves was like a sea tide rolling toward me, a beautiful rhythm like a natural music, incomparably abrupt in this quiet night.
