Bestfriends Shouldn’t Know How You Taste -
Chapter 50
Chapter 50
I paled as a ghost. I remember mom and dadtalking about her, referring to her as a mentalpatient. From what I've heard of the things she hasdone, she wasn't such a good person. But she wasstill blood, no matter all of the horrid things she’sdone.
“I'm so sorry.” I felt like I was supposed to saythat. I knew Margaret's history with my mom andit wasn't pleasant. But I also knew mom neverholds a grudge.

I also knew that dad was silently mourning inside. It hurt him, that was the woman who took care ofhim. She's his mom.
I walk over to a vacant sofa and gently sat down, hoping that they wouldn't notice my wince whenmy bum touched the cushion. Blake really had ahuge cock. It is know wonder he was always sococky.
Don't act like you don't like it. The little voiceinside my head reveals. I sigh. This is really notthe time to think such thoughts. Mom looked lostas she watched dad rake a hand through his hair."We never got along but I do feel sorry that shedied this way.” She sighed.
I nodded. “Do you know what led her to do this toherself?”
She looks saddened. “We had gotten word that shewas doing much better but I guess this wasn'taccurate. Margaret really wasn't mentally stable.”Dad comes off the phone and sits beside mom. Hepulls her on his lap and she rests her head on hischest. He sighs in content as if having mom thisclose to him comforted him instantly. I loved theirrelationship though it cringes both Arden and I tosee them this way.
“They found her hanging from a fan around sevenin the morning. She used the sheet of her bed.” Hewhispers, brushing his fingers through mom's hair.“I'm so sorry baby.” Mom whispered, kissing hisjaw. He clenches his eyes and when he does openit again it's now moist with unwashed tears. Myheart aches for him.
“I admit I hated her, loathed her even but she'sstill my mom, the woman who raised me. I can'thelp but think that things would've been different ifshe wasn't senile.” He grumbles as if hatinghimself for even feeling sad about her death.
“Why had they not called you sooner dad? Thisseems to be a bit fishy.” Arden voices out. Ichewed on my lip thinking of what Arden hadimplied. He was right. Why hadn't they called himsooner?
“Does grandpa even know?" Arden ask.
“I do not know why they had failed to inform me ofmy mother's pa*sing sooner. Dad found out thesame time I did, probably even earlier. He doesn'tfeel a bit of remorse.” He sighs. “And quite franklyI don't want to think of any possibilities of whythey didn't tell me sooner. I'm sure they had theirreasons.”
Arden nods in understanding. “Well I guess we'll beattending a funeral soon.” He shrugs seemingnonchalant.
I couldn't blame him. He never knew Margaret, awoman supposedly our grandma but was the devilincarnated that wanted to kill me when I was stillin mom's womb.
“I guess we will.” Dad grunts pulling mom closer. Ihated funerals.
Monday
"What's up with you two today?” Ryan asks, putting down his burger on the plate. It was lunchand we all were seated around the lunch table, each having a different food to eat.
Blake and I were sitting usually closer than weever had been. It felt natural to be this close tohim but I guess everyone was noticing, includingour bestfriend Ryan. I felt guilty for keeping such asecret away from him.
“Nothing's up yet.” Blake shrugged but I knew themeaning behind the word. Ryan smirks, throwinghis head back laughing at his friends ridiculoussexual innuendo.
Stopping his laughing fit, he looks between us andgives a sly gaze. “You two have been awfully closerthan usual and that's saying something. Just likelovers I might add.” He accuses and gauges for areaction.
I choke on the fry I was eating and quickly reachover for the juice so I could wash it down. “Whatgave you that idea?” I ask after clearing my throat.I was avoiding his knowing stare. I looked aroundfor prying eyes.
"Just answer me this one question.” He starts.“Where did you two go after english clas wasdone? I heard moaning and grunting soundscoming from Mrs. Peter's clas. It really didn'tsound like Mrs. Peter. It sounded awfully familiar.”He chuckles then says in a girly voice. “Oh Blake, don't stop.”
I choked on my saliva as Blake choked on his soda. Were we that loud? A scarlet blush coated mycheeks and I felt shame hit me like a ton of bricks.“There are many Blake's in this school.” Blakeanswered looking half embarra*sed.
“Yeah but none sound like you dude. * He saysthen turns his voice into a very much exaggeratedmannish tone. “Oh F*ck Ley baby, you're so tight,I'm about to cum.”
I snap my eyes to Ryan, eyes widening in horror. He smirks. “Now I wonder who calls you that nameLey.”
“Hush Ryan before someone hears you!” I hissedcheeks aflame. My eyes skittish around to see ifanyone was listening in on the conversation butthey all seem to be on their own businesses.
I sighed in relief. Good. The last thing I want tohear circulating around the entire school is howBlake and I were Fcking in Mrs. Peter's clas.
"Don't be shy little Ash, you definitely weren't inMrs. Peter's cla*s. I don't think she'd be happy ify'all left cum on her desk though. Poor woman willbe coming to school tomorrow to replace dried cum onher desk. ” He jokes.
I wanted nothing more but to crawl in a hole anddie. This isn't exactly how I planned for him to replaceout. I lost my appetite. Blake palm comes to reston my thigh and squeezes it in rea*surance.“Relax on the jokes man, you're embarra*singher." Blake warns.
Ryan sighs. “Fine.” Then studies us. “How long hasthis been going on?” He questions generallyintrigued for our answer. Though he seemed toknow it already.
"After the party when Blake and I kissed. It justwent from there.” I answered.
“I knew it!" He shout rather loudly, gainingeveryone's attention. Seeming to notice the eyeson him, he flicks them off. “Mind y'all damnbusiness!” He hisses and they do just that.
He then grins at the two of us. “So when's thewedding? Though I'm still mad y'all didn't let meon that little secret.” He pouted.
