The woman was slightly stunned. Her exquisitely made–up face showed embarrassment after beingexposed.

Then, she sized up Rachel from head to toe. A hint of mockery appeared in the woman’s eyes.

The woman had already thrown herself at David just now, and she still got kicked out. What else couldhappen to Rachel in front of her?

Rachel did not care about the ridicule in the woman’s eyes at all. Rachel just walked straight in.

Seeing Rachel walk in, the woman was not in a hurry to leave. Instead, she stood at the door andwaited to see Rachel make a fool of herself.

However, to the woman’s surprise, not only did David not chase Rachel out, he even took the initiativeto pull Rachel into his arms.

In an instant, the woman’s expression changed rapidly. It was interesting to watch.

However, Rachel sensed the woman’s gaze and slowly raised her eyes. Rachel looked straight at thewoman and raised her eyebrows slightly without blinking. Rachel’s red lips curled into a faint smile.Rachel’s smile was filled with provocation.

The woman’s pupils constricted. She lowered her eyes in a panic and turned to leave inembarrassment.

When Rachel saw the woman leave, the thrill of revenge in her heart disappeared.

Rachel brushed away David’s hand and sat on the seat beside him.

Rachel casually picked up the wine glass on the table and took a sip before playing with it carefully.

David looked at Rachel quietly for a few seconds. Suddenly, David Jones reached out and grabbedRachel’s waist, putting her on his lap.

David snatched the wine glass from Rachel’s hand and placed it on the table.

Rachel was caught off guard. After a short moment of being in the air, Rachel was already sitting on theman’s lap.

Rachel frowned slightly and subconsciously dodged backward.

However, the man’s arm wrapped around Rachel’s waist. David held Rachel in his arms.

Rachel was speechless.

Rachel looked at David calmly. Rachel raised her eyebrows slightly as if she was asking him what hewas doing.

David’s hand lingered on the woman’s slender waist. David took a light breath and suppressed therestlessness in his eyes. “How did I provoke you? Tell me, why torture yourself?”

“Did you provoke me?” Rachel asked.

David stared at Rachel’s face without blinking. His lips curled into a smile. “I didn’t?”

Rachel said expressionlessly, “No.”

“Then let’s just cuddle like this. When you’re willing to tell me, we’ll go eat.”

Rachel frowned slightly and struggled some. “Let go of me.”

“No!”

Rachel couldn’t say anything more.

Rachel quietly looked at the man in front of her. Rachel’s gaze slowly slid down.

The two buttons on the man’s shirt were unbuttoned, revealing his Adam’s apple and definedcollarbone.

In private, David had always had such a lazy attitude. David exuded a casual and lazy aura.

However, for some reason, David looked especially irksome today. Rachel felt that David was like apeacock spreading its tail, expressing goodwill to the opposite sex everywhere.

Rachel narrowed her eyes and finally couldn’t take it anymore. “Can you put on your clothes properly?”

David was confused.

David looked down at his clothes, and he didn’t think there was anything

wrong with them.

Rachel raised her hand and tugged at David’s collar. There was a hint of coldness in her eyes. “Whatdo you look like if you’re not dressed

properly!”

“Not dressed properly?” David looked down at his open collar. The smile on David’s lips became evenbolder, spreading on his face to the corners of his eyes.

Rachel noticed the smile on David’s lips and deliberately turned cold. “Do you have a problem withthat?”

“I have no objections. I’ll listen to my girlfriend.” David leaned over and kissed Rachel’s chin. Davidreached out and buttoned his shirt tightly. “Is my girlfriend satisfied now?“
