However, when she thought about how Rachel was about to lose her reputation and kneel in front ofher to beg for mercy, she immediately felt a lot better.

At that moment, her phone rang under her pillow. It was Mrs. Smith.

“Well, Olivia, I just saw the news online. Why didn’t you tell me that you’ve suffered so much? I feltreally terrible when I saw how badly you were beaten up.” At this point, Mrs. Smith had no choice but tomention Rachel, whom she looked down on the most. Her words were filled with disdain for Rachel.“When Louis brought her in, I didn’t agree. Not to mention the fact that she wasn’t good enough for ourfamily, just her actions in the company over the years have caused so many rumors. Marrying such awoman will only embarrass the Smith family.”

Hearing Mrs. Smith’s words, a trace of disdain flashed across Olivia’s eyes, but she still patientlychatted with Mrs. Smith. “Mrs. Smith, I’m kinda to blame for what happened to Rachel. If it weren’t formy appearance, she wouldn’t have fallen out with Louis, nor would she abandon Smith Group in a fit ofanger.”

“Without her, Smith Group can still operate!” Mrs. Smith snorted angrily. “She’s just a country girl. Howdare she dream of becoming one of us? Even if she has lived a good life for a few years, so what? Shestill can’t change the vulgarity in her bones!” she added.

Without waiting for Olivia to speak, she spoke again, “Olivia, rest well in the hospital for the time being.When you’re discharged from the hospital, our families will meet for a meal and discuss the marriagebetween you and Louis.”

“Okay,” Olivia replied sweetly.

After chatting for a long time, she finally hung up.

However, before she could heave a sigh of relief, the assistant rushed in from outside.

“Olivia, something bad happened…”

Olivia looked at the assistant’s hurried appearance and a hint of impatience appeared in her eyes.“What now?”

The assistant handed the tablet to her, swallowed, and explained, “Not long after our marketingaccount posted a video, other marketing accounts posted an unedited video. It clearly captured thescene of you pushing Rachel toward the road. Now it has caused a mess on the internet.”

Olivia frowned. Her gentle face seemed to be covered with a thin layer of ice. Her fingertips trembledslightly as she opened the comments section under the video.

She saw true fans and righteous onlookers arguing in the comments section. Both sides were arguing.

“There are so many people coming and going on the streets. Why do you have to make trouble forOlivia? Shouldn’t you have a good reflection on this?”

“If you want to act like a cat, you better put your mouse tail away. What you did would only embarrassyourself!”

“I’m just curious about her identity and family background. She dares to treat human lives so lightly. If itwere me, I might as well remove her two arms instead of slapping her twice.” Olivia was instantlyenraged. Her beautiful eyes flickered with a sinister cold light. She threw the tablet on the ground inexasperation and scolded sternly, “What are you waiting for? Hurry up and delete this video!”

“Olivia, it’s useless no matter how much money we spend.” The assistant looked at the expression onOlivia’s face. After hesitating for a while, she carefully said, “Our public relations department has noway of deleting the video. Moreover, the word ‘Rachel‘ has been marked. It can’t be searched. Our

people can’t even guide the public opinion…” Upon hearing the assistant’s words, Olivia tore off themask on her face and threw it on the ground. Her exquisite facial features revealed a hint ofviciousness.

“Who exactly is protecting Rachel behind her back?” she thought.
