Billionaire's Reborn Baby
Chapter 1087 Roxy Copper Thirteen (3)

"I heard that the bride lives a hard life. Her parents passed away very early, so she has always been alone. She is very independent and powerful. It is said that it took our groom one year to win her heart." The

host teased.

Collin tilted his head.

The host handed the microphone to him. "Our groom seems to have something to say, right?"

Collin chuckled and said, "To correct your statement: it is not a year."

The host asked him with a smile, "How long is that? It seems that the groom cares a lot about the time he has spent on the girl."

"Nine years," Collin said. There was an uproar below the stage.

Roxanne only smiled lightly.

She had an aloof and refined temperament. The guests did not feel it at first. When they saw her and Collin standing together, they realized that the bride had an indescribable beauty.

This beauty had nothing to do with appearance. Just by standing there, others would feel her beauty.

Emily and Kaden arrived late. They didn't join Janessa and other partners until the wedding ceremony between Roxanne and Collin ended.

Kaden immediately ran away on hearing that Emily would join Janessa soon.

Therefore, Emily went to Janessa and the others alone.

"Doctor Mueller's daughter is very good-looking. Did you see her?" Janessa asked Emily.

Emily took out a red packet and a gift. "Not yet. I haven't had the time to see her yet. Which one is?"

"That one, the one in the black dress," Janessa said, pointing at Livia.

Emily nodded. "She is indeed beautiful."

"What's inside the small gift box? It can't be a ring, right? Are you looking for a wife for your son?" Janessa raised her brow.

Emily refused to tell her frankly. "It's just a small gift."

Emily first went to Collin and greeted Roxanne. After sending out the red packet, Emily walked to Livia and handed the gift to Livia.

"What's inside the box? She is so mysterious." Since Livia didn't show the gift to Janessa, Janessa grew very curious. Emily refused to tell her either, so Janessa wanted to ask Livia.

"Just a piece of jade." Emily said, "Doctor Mueller sent it to me and asked me to paint on it. In the end, he asked a craftsman to carve it before sending it to me."

"Ah? Why?" Janessa asked, "Aren't those which have already been curved in grocery stores better?"

Emily explained, "Doctor Mueller said that his daughter only likes presents that are carefully selected. She doesn't like presents from common stores."

"No wonder she liked the gift I gave her." Christy agreed.

"Then I screwed it. She probably doesn't like me the most." Janessa shrugged. "Well, when I first saw her, I was thinking of establishing a marriage tie with Doctor Mueller." "In-laws?" Christy chuckled. "Your son is still young. Why are you in a hurry to replace a wife for him?"

Kaden dragged Emily away.

After a while, Emily said with a sullen face, "My son has taken a fancy to Livia."

Janessa frowned. "Is your son going to fight with my son over the same woman?"

Emily didn't know what to say.

"No. Your son has so many girlfriends. Let him forget about Livia. I have already decided." Janessa said as she waved at Levin, who was drinking alone over there. Levin glanced at Janessa before resuming tasting the wine.

"Never mind. Let your son get her," Janessa said to Emily sullenly.

Emily was speechless.

Janessa drank a mouthful of red wine. She seemed to see something, so she suddenly said to Christy, "Hey, which girl is Jacky with?"

"Oh, he is the son of Lord Top," Christy said as she looked up.

Janessa clicked her tongue and said, "She's so beautiful now."

Everyone was stunned.

Livia kept staying with Collin and Roxanne. Roxanne asked Livia if Livia wanted to make any friends. Livia swept her gaze over the surroundings before fixing her eyes on a single person. "Yes." "Go ahead." Roxanne encouraged her, "Go and make a friend."

"Alright."

Livia walked towards the girl who was wearing a gorgeous imperial court dress. The girl looked stunningly beautiful and she seemed to be one or two years younger than Livia. "Hello," Livia spoke up, "What is your name?"

"Chase." Chase turned to Livia.

Livia was slightly stunned. "Why does your voice sound like a boy's?"

Chase said, fiddling his hair. "Because I am a man."

Livia froze in shock.

"Mom, I don't want to make friends anymore," Livia said to Roxanne when she returned to Roxanne.

Roxanne asked, "What's wrong?"

Livia thought for a moment and said, "There is a boy wearing a girl's clothes. I thought he was a girl."

Chen Xi understood. "Some people in women's clothes are boys, and some are girls in men's clothes. You'll be able to distinguish them when you're older."

"Mom, which girls are wearing men's clothing?" Livia asked.

Roxanne pointed to the editor who was checking the phone. "Here it is."

The dumbfounded editor looked up in confusion.

What was it?

Was he missing something?
