Billionaire's Reborn Baby -
Chapter 947 Pure (2)
Emily walked towards the back door. Tatiana followed behind her and asked, "But it's not proper that you just leave like this. Shall I tell him that you left? What if he is waiting for you?"
"He wouldn't wait for me when he saw me leave." Emily waved at her. "Happy holiday."
After Emily left, Marley came back from the bathroom. She was asked to give the note to Emily. But Marley didn't open it and didn't know what was in the note. After Emily left, she asked Tatiana what the note was about. Tatiana told her.
Marley asked in surprise, "Emily just left?"
"Yes. Many people watched it. I don't know what's wrong with David. How dare he come to Emily when she is misunderstood?"
"Maybe he wants to apologize to Emily." Marley guessed.
"Maybe." Tatiana nodded.
Marley thought for a moment and said, "Why don't we go take a look and see what he's going to do?"
"What?" Tatiana was at a loss.
"Let's see if he's going to confess to Emily," Marley said.
"I thought it was you who spread the rumor." Tatiana glanced at her slowly.
Marley pointed at herself and said in astonishment, "Me? How could I spread that out?"
"You would do so," Tatiana said indifferently.
Marley was speechless.
They thought for a while and decided to go to the top of the building to see what David would do. After all, Emily just wanted to thank him, not to confess to him.
When Emily walked out of the school, she turned around and looked at the school. "What happened? Did someone peek at you?" Marisa asked.
Emily shook her head.
Lucy was still memorizing the words with her head down. She couldn't change this habit these past few days. Marisa nudged Lucy and said, "Hey, you're walking. Focus on the road. I can even remember the words you are reciting."
Lucy smiled shyly, "Then I'll recite them to you."
Marisa waved and said, "Don't." She looked at Emily again. "What were you looking at?"
"Have you been to the top floor of the school?" Emily looked back. The floor was very high and she couldn't see if there was anyone on it.
"The top floor?" Marisa followed her gaze and looked up, asking, "Are we going there to fight?"
"To fight?" Emily turned to look at Marisa in surprise. "That place was to fight?"
"Anyway, it's quite dirty. Those who smoke and fight like to stay there. Class F can't get close." Marisa was chewing on a piece of gum and her voice was muffled. "Why?" Emily asked.
Lucy, who had been silently memorizing the words, suddenly looked up and said, "Someone is smoking in that place."
"That is the territory of the bad students among the good students." Marisa stretched herself and then looked at Emily. "Why? Do you want to go take a look?"
"Bad students among good students? How bad will they be?" Emily did not understand why David had asked her to go to that place.
"Pretty bad, I guess?" Marisa took out a mirror and looked at her lips. Then she put on lipstick and added, "To teach some disobedient people a lesson, or punish them physically, or..."
Marisa thought about it, looked at Emily, and said, "Take off their clothes and take some photos to blackmail."
Emily was stunned. "Why?"
"Why?" Marisa said with a smile, "Because that place is for this. Of course, there are also young couples going there for a date, but many people used to fight and smoke there. The most dangerous place is the safest. No teachers would want to go to the top floor, so it has always been the secret base of bad people."
"Is someone looking for you for a date there?" Lucy suddenly looked at Emily and asked, "I saw someone send you a note from Class S. Is it David?"
Emily nodded.
"He asked you to go to the roof?" Marisa asked.
"Yes," said Emily as she continued to walk forward with her bag on her back. "But I don't have anything to tell him,"
"It's right that you don't go. If the group of girls who have a crush on him wants to mess with you, you will suffer," Marisa said casually.
Emily didn't understand. "To mess up with me?"
Marisa walked on her back and said leisurely, "Yes, it always happens in novels. The girls deliberately imitate other people's handwriting and write a note for you so that you mistake it that it's the boy you love who asks you out. You will get cheated when you believe it."
Emily had thrown the note into the trash bin when she left the school gate. She was still hesitating on whether she should go back and take a look at what was written in it. But Marisa continued, "David is good- looking and lovely. Many girls in other classes have a crush on him. I have even seen him being confessed to several times. He is quite popular."
After she finished speaking, Marisa smiled and nudged Lucy's arm. "He sent you to the infirmary with you on his back. How was it? Do you have a crush on him?"
Lucy adjusted her glasses and blushed.
