It was punishment indeed. Damon didn't let me sleep all night. He f***s me so hard until I'm exhausted. He finished just as the sun was beginning to rise a little in the sky. That's why when I woke up the next day, I was shocked to see the time on the big wall clock. It's already 12 noon! What the hell? I moved a little and immediately winced when I felt the pain in my femininity and pain all over my body. Shit?! It was even more painful than before! Damn it! Next time I will definitely not make Damon catch me when I do something he doesn't know about!

I looked at my body under the thick blanket. I'm already wearing my nighties. Does it mean...Damon dressed me? I don't remember anything. My body stiffened when the bathroom door opened. And I was right. Damon came out there, wearing his white bathrobe, his hair was damp, and he looks so hot!

I blinked when we looked at each other. Did he just take a shower? Does that mean he didn't leave earlier? He didn't work in his office?

"Y-You didn't work?" I was finally able to speak. I immediately softened when I looked at his piercing eyes. I can't really hold his eyes when my sanity takes over. Damn it!

He approached me. The bed shook as he sat in front of me. His eyes traveled on my face. I swallowed hard.

"You look so beautiful in the morning," he whispered and kissed the tip of my nose. My eyes widened at what he said, and my heart started beating fast. I lowered my eyes because I can't handle his eyes. His eyes are too much. They are making me weak. I'm already weak at this moment because of the fatigue from what happened last night, his eyes are weakening me even more now that he's staring at me like he's trying to read my soul.

"D-Don't...kid around, Damon," I rolled my eyes at him. I heard him chuckle and held my chin towards him. I swallowed hard as our eyes met. His brown eyes were giving me goosebumps all over my body. It was a different kind of goosebumps. It was...extraordinary. "I'm not..." he said and kissed my lips softly. The kiss ended quickly, and I almost chased his lips because of the pleasure I felt. His lips curved into a smile.

"I canceled all my schedule for today. I'm gonna spend this day with you, Athena," he said huskily. My heartbeat becomes stronger. I feel like I'm going to pass out any moment now.

"B-But...what about your search with Jules-"

"My men can handle him. For now, you'll only think of me," he cut me off. I snorted at what he said. I couldn't stop smiling. I will only think of him? Doesn't he know that these past few days I've really only been thinking about him?

"Then where are we going?" I asked. He raised an eyebrow.

"Can you, do it?" he asked with his lips smirking. My cheeks got heated from what he said. Damn him! He knows how much he tired me last night!

"Damn you..." I cursed him. He chuckled and kissed my lips again. I was also smiling at what he was doing.

I took a quick shower after that. I dressed in a simple outfit while Damon was talking to Stone outside. He said he only had a few things to say to his Beta.

When I finished, I exited the walk-in closet and saw Damon sitting on the couch.

"Ready?" he asked me. I quickly smiled and nodded. He held my hand and intertwined them with his. Something touched my heart as I watched our hands clasp together. I can't stop the joy I'm feeling.

When we were behind the palace, he quickly changed his form. He transformed into a wolf and made me ride on his back. I love the softness of his fur against my skin as he runs fast. I feel so safe when I am with him. It's like no matter what we face today I'm still safe.

He stopped in front of a tree. I frowned when I noticed that we were near a small village that was still under the jurisdiction of the Agama Kingdom.

"Why are we here?" I asked him. When I turned to him, he was already in human form. Maybe he had a change of clothes with him, so he quickly returned to human form. But I noticed the cloak he was wearing. It was red in color and really covered his face. I was surprised when he also put a cloak on my back.

"We're going to the smallest village of Agama Kingdom, and I want us to stroll around the area without anyone noticing us that's why we're gonna wear this," he explained. I nodded to what he said and put the hood of the cloak on my head.

"Why did you decide to visit this village?" I asked as we walked into the village holding hands.

"My mother grew up here, so she used to take me here often. And I want you to see this place. You will know how much fun it is here," he said. His mother grew up here. In that case, the queen came from here and was destined to mate with Damon's father or the former king. It's exciting to think that Damon brought me here now.

I really like things that have to do with Damon. If possible, I want to go back in time and see how he lived when I still wasn't there, though I know I will also see how... he loved Neticia back then.

I secretly shook my head. I shouldn't think about anything today. This day is for us. This day was just for the two of us, Damon.

"This is their small market here," Damon said to me as we looked at a stretch of road that was quite full of people.

"Wow...so many people...so many vendors!" I exclaimed.

"This village is known for its colorful foods and delicious soups. They are also known for making jewelry," Damon said. I was even more amazed by what he said. No wonder his mother came from here! "Let's go?" Damon invited me. I looked at him.

"Are you sure? There are a lot of people, Damon," I reminded him. He smiled at me.

"It's okay. No one will recognize us in our clothes," he said sure of himself. That's why I didn't do anything when he pulled me to enter the market.

Damon and I first tried a food stall that sold colorful foods. I tried to eat all that. And all I can say is that it's delicious! I even laughed when Damon suddenly threw up when I said that the food here was as delicious as him.

I laughed so hard when I saw how red he was.

"Stop it, Athena," he warned me when he saw that I'm still laughing even though we were no longer at the food stall. We walked hand in hand in the middle of so many people while I laughed at his reaction earlier.

"What? I'm just laughing! Is it forbidden to laugh now?" I reasoned.

"It's not funny," he said seriously but I still can't stop myself. He was so cute! I should've recorded his reaction!

"Aren't you proud of yourself? The food tastes as good as you-"

"One word and I'll kiss you here," he warned me. I raised an eyebrow.

"Can you do that? There are so many people," I challenged him. He turned to me. Even though we were wearing a cloak, I could still see his eyes staring intently at me. And in just one moment, I didn't notice him coming closer to me and reaching for my neck to kiss I heard the people around us gasp as Damon kissed me in the middle of the crowd.
