Draco looked at his screen and was surprised. He was the one who made the wish to gain this skill, yes, but he didn't think it would be this OP.

Many thoughts ran through his head, but he had no time for that right now.

"Wait... The [Tracking] skill I got from the wolf... Could it be..."

"AWOOOOOOO!" As if to prove him right, another frightful howl sounded from the forest—just this time, it was very close!

"Shit, I really didn't sign up for this!" He shouted as he turned to run.

Just as Draco began to run, the howling sound came ever closer before he started hearing the sound of an army of wolves approaching.

"Damn it! Why can't I rest for just a minute?" Draco shouted. He first encountered goblins who were many times stronger than him, and then, just as he thought he'd finally survive... he's been followed again.

'How many wolves are there? How strong are they? How can I flee from them?' Draco's mind worked a mile a second trying to come up with solutions, and he quickly remembered he leveled up.

"System Add... 30 Points to Agility and 10 to Endurance!" He commanded.

"Let's see how this goooooes-" The second the system added the stats to his body, his improved speed almost made him stumble and directly crash into a tree.

Fortunately, his improved reaction speed and body control allowed him to regain his balance and narrowly dodge a tree.

Just like that, he ran with all his might without throwing so much as a glance behind him.

"Phew, I will finally be able to rest!" Draco sighed in relief.

The [Devouring] skill was really full of surprises; he was rejuvenated, his stamina and mana felt replenished, not to mention, even his hunger and thirst were satiated; he felt like he had a fully-fledged meal! If this wasn't overpowered, what was?

Suddenly, a soothing feeling enveloped him as he felt a stream of information enter his mind.

"Are these... The memories of the goblin and wolf?" Draco was slightly surprised.

Although not many details about where he was were available, at least he gained a slight knowledge of the map, the goblin village, and his potential enemies.

"This forest is really dangerous." he flinched.

He had to admit that the chances of him surviving as he was currently were slim if he didn't plan accordingly and proceed cautiously.

The forest was simply huge!

From his devoured memories, he came to know that the wolf, who was banished from his pack, traveled for months on end yet never even approached the other end of it.

The forest was full of tribes like the goblin village and monsters that moved in packs like the wolves; there were even some horrifying monsters, the likes of which he had never seen before!

Some of the weakest monsters here were slimes, red ants the size of his waist, black beetles of similar size, and several other insects, alongside goblins, kobolds, lizardmen, orcs, and ogres, just to name a few.

There were monsters who occupied small territories; these races' leaders were the equivalent of small to big bosses of this part of the forest and he had to say, just the goblins terrified him to no end.

He had a hard time even following the goblins, who weren't even considered soldiers in their village. If they had caught him off guard, he could have died. Thankfully,, he ran in a different direction than the goblins, otherwise the wolves would have followed him too.

'I wonder if those guys will survive?' Draco thought.

'Well who cares.' and he dove right back to analysing the information he had.

The true soldiers were terrifyingly strong, capable of lifting trees 5 times their size like nothing, and the leader of the village, a goblin shaman, was capable of launching fire spells large and strong enough to burn dozens of those same goblins.

Draco speculated that they were at least level 20–30 and that the goblin shaman was probably an evolved being.

Even with all of this, the Goblin Village was just one of the many tribes in the forest. There were many much stronger tribes than the one he was dealing with now.

Draco didn't know this yet, but this was the truth of this Forest.
