Chaos Evolution: Only I Was Granted 3 Wishes -
Chapter 75: Dragon!
Not knowing how, why, or what happened, Draco found himself in a situation he imagined himself to be in but never planned on.
He was directly in front of an Ex-Rank being, a Colossal Silver Dragon emitting fierce Spacial Authority that made Draco stand in his own place unable to move.
This... Was an Ex-Rank Being! Not any EX-Rank but one with a High Affinity surpassing the 99% Mark, a true powerhouse that Draco can't even wish to reach anytime soon.
The Dragon was so huge Draco really couldn't see its entire figure, nor could sense or feel it.
Its rule over Space was unfathomable! Nothing Draco could even begin to imagine.
Space was one of the rarest elements even in this Space-infested World. It had high Offensive Power, defensive power, and support. Only a few Elements worked against it or concepts such as Fate and Death that directly attack something not physical.
Unfortunately For Draco, out of the many EX-Ranks out there, he met someone who could truly kill him.
True it would take time. True the Dragon had no plan on doing so. However, if things took a bad turn Draco would be the one in danger and not the Dragon who was an immortal species at the Ex-Rank.
While Draco couldn't damage him in any way, shape, or form.
But, the Dragon could, and in many ways.
Why? It's because Law Damage cannot be healed with normal Regeneration, similar to how Draco couldn't regenerate amputated limbs as a Demonic Goblin and an Imp. The Skill Rank wasn't high enough.
To Deal with anything Law Related you should have something Law Related and that is Law Understanding.
Someone with a 0.001% Understanding Rate will require too long a time to heal from a Law Attack by someone with a 99.999% Understanding Rate, while this latter won't even take a second.
The way it works is that we take the attacked's Understanding Rate and divide it by the attacker's, and then we deduct the result from their Regen Rate. And, that's how slowed down your Regen becomes.
So in this case, [(100-0.001/99.999) = {99.999%}] of your Health Regen will remain.
if both of them have a 50% Understanding rate then the attacked will Regen exactly 99% of his health per second.
In any case, Draco had 0% And this meant certain death once the Dragon used enough attacks to shave his HP out.
This was a simple explanation of why EX-Ranks were a world beyond Ordinary Mortals like Draco.
He knew nothing of what was about to happen to him and only wished he could get out safely.
"Don't be scared, Young Kythnos! I was simply bored and decided to teleport you here to have a little chat."
Draco simply looked at the Dragon without talking. The Dragon seeing this said.
"You know you can talk, right? Young Kythnos."
Draco who already knew simply had no reason to talk, deciding to entertain the Dragon he finally spoke, saying only a few words.
"And, what would you like me to talk with you about?"
"Oh, nothing. Maybe about the little tricks you played on the humans? The fun game you had with little Azeroth? You can even talk about how you want to deal with the forces sent by that little Anomaly, I see you've been spying on them for quite a while." the Dragon replied.
Draco who was slightly surprised by the Dragon's Know-All once more stood silent.
The Dragon not wanting to keep that silence simply said.
"My dear friend here, Space, allows me to see everything that I want as long as it's located in this continent, aside from that pesky Tower protected by the Celestials."
"I see, that's quite a useful ability." Draco replied with utmost calmness.
"Isn't it? Don't worry, as long as you start Understanding Laws you could do something like this with your many affinities." The Dragon said.
Draco who already knew that the Dragon probably noticed his Devouring smiled and said.
"I could do so right now if you just gave me one of your arms."
The Dragon stood silent for a second before he started laughing hysterically.
"Kuhahahahahahaha! You're one interesting Young Kythnos. Unfortunately, I cannot do that, I don't want to make it easier than it is for you, and unlike you, I'm watched very closely by those you don't want to notice you, That is why I have my friend Space blocking spying."
"I understand." Draco said.
He was just trying his chances around, but, the Dragon was right, he didn't want to attract any unwanted attention more than he did already.
If the Dragon knew about him then who knows how many others knew how much about him.
"Well Well, what do we have here? The forces are moving, Young Kythnos, You shouldn't take too long." The Dragon suddenly said.
"I know, I'm ready to move too." Draco replied.
"Good Luck, I look forward to seeing you rule this Forest. I have high expectations. Oh, don't forget to stop destroying those poor S-Rank Tribes, if you kill all of them you will ruin the ecosystem."
"Very Well."
"Alright, Young kythnos. It was a nice chat, see you around." and just like that Draco returned where he was previously before being teleported.
Draco looked down at where he guessed he just was and thought back to how useless everything he had was just a second ago.
Not wanting to waste any more time he set his eyes on the Various Moving Forces who've already reached the Core Area, ready to snatch the Heart at any time, and then teleported back to the Dungeon.
Draco The Spy was already on the tail of the Imperial Forces.
Just one of him is enough to cause Chaos, there's no need to send any more for now.
-----------
How many Forces were there?
This was the Question. Draco wanted to know because he needed to so he could plan ahead.
There was the Imperial Army, led by Commander David.
Then there were various other Forces, Merchant Forces, City Forces, Nobles Forces, Former Royal Forces, and even some Academy Factions sent their high-ranked Forces.
If earlier Draco dealt with low-ranked Job Holders then now it was the time for S-Rank and up Job Holders.
He was very much looking forward to their gains.
The forest held immense value for the entire Human Continent.
It could be said that the war wouldn't end even after the Heart Snatching event, but, if someone kills the Heart Holder then it would disappear once again for quite some time and it just wasn't worth it. Might better make relations with whoever owned the Forest and not let it close again for who knows how many thousands of years.
however, one thing the Humans didn't take into account is another race taking hold of the Heart or even worse a Monster!
Indeed, it wasn't just the humans that came to the Forest, however, those who did weren't really high-ranked and most of them died before even reaching the Core Area.
Those who were EX-Rank would rather focus on Law Understanding than owning a piece of land when they knew full well that they didn't have time to waste and that the Prison was calling.
However, when such beings worked for the interest of someone higher in position than them, they would do anything while neglecting their own benefits.
In this case, a few Ex-Rank Vampires, Demons, and Witches were dispatched here with their own forces traveling the Terrifying Oceans to reach the Forest.
It didn't take long for the Forces to reach the Heart as it was in the very middle of the Core Are all they had to do was keep going but that's when all of the Forces met.
those coming from the Central West of the Human Continent, Those coming from The Northern West, and those coming from the Southern West met in the Middle.
And those of other species who came from the east also met each other in the middle.
The tension was strong.
There were indeed many other races living on the human continent, but there were never major conflicts where they had to fight with armies as big as this.
The vampires were led by 2 sovereign vampires.
The Demons were similarly led by 2 of the 7 Deadly Sin Sovereigns, Greed & Lust.
The witches, well, they too sent 2 EX-Rank witches.
Humanity, on the other hand, had Commander David, 2 Academy Ex-Rank Faction Heads, and 3 EX-Ranks from other Forces
6 Other Species' EX-Ranks against Humanity's 6, Who Will Win? In any case, someone's going to die today, and it won't end well after that happens.
Because The True Predator Was Watching Everything From Behind.
