Claimed by the Mountain Man: Chapter 3
Mine.
That’s the first thought that crosses my mind when the tiny woman who just walked straight into me looks up at me from beneath dark, long eyelashes. She’s tiny, curvy and beautiful. Her hair is curled into bouncy twirls, hitting just below her chin, a deep mahogany color, almost brown until the light hits it and shows the red. Rich brown eyes peak out from her pixie like features, with full plump lips that I want to make puffy and swollen with my kisses and my dick.
Her body is a fucking playground. Wide hips, full tits, an hourglass shape that begs me to wrap my hands around her waist and hold her still while I fuck her from beneath, forcing my dick into her until she’s screaming or crying. I’ve never been into skinny woman; I want an ass to slap and something to hold onto while I watch their tits bounce as I drive my dick into them. I bet her nipples are big too, round and pink and waiting to be sucked.
She’s perfection, every sexual fantasy come to life, and all fucking mine.
My dick’s rock hard and I need to be inside her now, like right this fucking second. I want to feel her heat around my cock; and she’s mine, so why the fuck should I wait? My hands are still on her from where I stopped her from falling, so I turn and head toward my car, trying to decide if I can last long enough to get her home, or if I should just take her to the apartment above the shop. It’s where I normally take women I fuck, but this woman is mine, so I should probably take her home, right?
It takes me a moment to realize she’s not totally on board with my plans to go fuck her brains out, but then I haven’t actually told her them yet. I know I spoke, but I don’t know what I said, my head and my dick are too consumed with the fact that she’s here, my woman is fucking here.
Nails pry at my fingers and she shouts at me, her pouty lips twisting into a grimace as she tries to pull herself free, but instead of letting her go I drag her to me and kiss her. Her lips taste like toothpaste and I hate it. I’ve got nothing against mint per-se, but I want to know what she tastes like, maybe from now on I’ll feed her my dick after she brushes her teeth so she tastes like my cum. Yeah, I like that idea, so does my cock.
Reluctantly, I pull my lips from hers and she curses at me. “Mouth. Normally I like a woman who curses, but I don’t like it on your lips.”
Her mouth falls open and she gawps at me like she can’t believe what I’m saying. When she relaxes, her muscles unclenching beneath my touch, my dick twitches excitedly at the way she’s reacting. Then the little vixen yanks herself free from my hold and bolts for the door of Taylor James’s law office.
A chuckle falls from my lips as I watch her throw open the door and disappear inside. It’s funny that she thinks she can run from me, that I’ll let her go, that I won’t chase.
Adjusting my dick in my pants so it’s not quite so fucking obvious that I’m sporting a hard-on the size of my fucking arm, I wait a moment before I follow her into the building. She’s at Annette’s, desk, her cheeks pale, her chest heaving up and down.
Annette speaks, asking me something that I don’t pay any attention to.
“It was h…him,” my woman stutters out, lifting her finger to point at me.
“What, dear?” Annette asks as she rubs her palm soothingly up and down her arm.
“He… he was the one who attacked me.”
“Penn?” Annette asks confusedly, her eyes looking to me for an explanation.
“He grabbed me and tried to drag me down the sidewalk, then he assaulted me,” she cries out.
Assault? I definitely kissed her, but I didn’t hurt her. Although maybe the hand at her throat might have been a bit much considering we just met, but the women in this town would line up to kiss me and she’s calling it an attack. What the fuck?
“Penn attacked you?” Annette squeaks, her eyes wide as she implores me to explain this.
“Morning Annette, how’re Herb and the kids?” I ask cordially, smiling widely.
“They’re fine, thank you, Penn. But what’s all this about you attacking our new employee?”
New employee? She’s working for Taylor? I don’t want her to work, I want her at home waiting for me; preferably naked. Annette’s still waiting for me to explain, so I turn to the woman I’ve known my whole life and say simply. “She’s mine.”
Since Beau fell for Bonnie over a year ago, our family legacy has become somewhat of an urban legend in town. Whispers of how we know our woman on sight have been circling for months, with girls I’ve known my entire life throwing themselves into the path of me and my remaining single brothers, in the hope that we’ll suddenly realize they’re ours. So it’s no surprise that Annette’s eyes widen comically large, her lips falling open as she looks to my woman at her side and says, “Oh dear.”
“Oh dear?” my woman shrieks. “Oh fucking dear?! What the fuck? Call the cops!”
“Mouth,” I warn again, lifting my finger and pointing it at her.
“Fuck you. You attacked me, you assaulted me. I’ll say whatever the fuck I want.”
“Penn, what did you do to the poor girl?” Annette asks.
Annette is Taylor’s eldest daughter, she’s older than Beau, maybe later forties, with a husband and brood of kids at home. We’re not exactly friends, but her youngest brother Carl is a good buddy, so I suppose you could say we’re friendly by default.
“I just kissed her, Annie,” I cajole, using the pet name her brother called her when we were kids and sneaking beer or cigarettes.
Her expression softens as she purses her lips and turns to my woman. “Lulu, honey, did the neanderthal bother to introduce himself before he went all caveman on you?”
“Lulu?” I say. “Your name is Lulu?” I ask my girl.
Annette tuts. “Really, Penn, you didn’t even ask her name before you planted one on her, no wonder the poor girl is saying you attacked her, you’ve probably scared her half to death.”
“What the fuck is going on here?” Lulu asks, incredulity lacing each word that comes from her sharp mouth.
“Honey, this here is Penn Barnett, he’s an idiot, but I swear he’s not dangerous.” Annette looks up at me, arching her brows. “You want to explain before she calls the sheriff?”
“You’re mine,” I say, locking eyes with Lulu and forcing her to hold my gaze.
“Really, Penn?” Annette scolds again. “Honey, Penn is one of seven brothers, their daddy Hannigan, he met their mama and knew the moment he set eyes on her that she was meant to be his wife. From what I’ve been told, he married her less than a week after meeting her, they had seven boys, and lived blissfully in love until he passed away.”
“Okay,” Lulu says, eying me warily as I take a step closer to her.
“Well apparently his sons fall in love the same way as their daddy did, they replace their woman and know immediately that she’s the one for them.”
“You’ve got to be shitting me,” Lulu says, her face twisting into an expression of disbelief and… repulsion?
“I know it sounds ridiculous, like something out of a romance film. But it’s happened that way for three of the seven boys so far,” Annette says with a wistful, girly sigh.
“So what the fuck does that have to do with me? And why the hell—after this asshole put his hands on me, tried to kidnap me and then sexually assaulted me—are you trying to explain some stupid story about love at first sight instead of helping me get his ass into a cell?”
“Kitten, I stopped you from falling, then I kissed you, I’m not sure you could replace a judge in the country who’d arrest me for that,” I say with a smirk, as I close the distance between us and rest my hands on either side of her on the desk, not touching her, but caging her in. “I’m a Barnett, and you’re mine.”
“Like hell I am,” she snaps, placing one palm flat against my chest and pushing.
I don’t move. Hell, I don’t even sway, not when her second palm lands on my chest and she leans into her arms, trying to physically move me away. “Not going to happen, Kitten, look at the size of me, then the size of you, a tiny little kitty like you isn’t going to move me unless I decide to move.”
“You’re in my personal space, I’d like you to leave.”
I can tell by the tone of her voice that’s she’s trying to force herself to be calm and stow all the fire and anger that’s bubbling just below the surface, she’s fucking adorable. “Let me take you out.”
“No.”
“Only way I’m moving from here is with your phone number on my cell and an agreement to let me take you out. I’m not a fucking patient man and considering what I really want to do is throw you over my shoulder, take you back to my place and claim that hot, wet little pussy, I think your number and dinner is a pretty good compromise,” I whisper against her ear.
“Oh my god, who the fuck says stuff like that to a stranger? I’m calling the cops.”
Smirking down at her, I arch my brow and dare her to do it. I can see by the look in her eyes that she’s expecting me to back down, to move away; hell, maybe she thinks I’m going to leave. But I’m not. She’s mine now and I’m not going anywhere.
Her eyes are half on me, half on her purse as she starts to root around inside the deep purple leather bag that’s so big I’ve seen smaller suitcases. Triumph flares in her gaze when she replaces her cell and dials what I’m guessing is 911. “I’m not kidding, I just dialed the cops,” she warns, lifting the cell to her ear.
Annette clears her throat behind us. “Honey, I’m not—”
“It’s fine, Annette,” I say, glancing at her over my shoulder and flashing her a smile. “Is she working with Taylor or Janet?”
“She’s Janet’s new paralegal.”
I cringe a little at that, Janet Hallsworth is a grade A bitch. She’s Taylor’s niece, but she didn’t grow up in Rockhead Point like most people in town. Janet grew up in New York and she’s got the attitude that comes with being a big city girl. I don’t really remember the details of the scandal that brought her from her high-rise office in a big law firm, to working with her uncle here in Montana, but even five years later she’s still pretty sore about being here. She hit on Beau right back when she first moved to town, and when he turned her down, she decided that all Barnett men were assholes and nothing’s swayed her opinion of us so far.
“Could you let your dad know what’s going on and ask him to speak to Janet? You know she’ll only cause a fuss if I try to talk to her.”
Annette nods and scurries away to the offices at the back of the building. Focusing my attention on Lulu, I wait for her to start to speak to the 911 dispatcher, who is probably Carrie Flanagan, Cora’s brother’s on-again-off-again girlfriend. But instead of telling them about all my crimes, she says. “Sorry I called by mistake, I’m fine,” then slowly ends the call, glaring at me. “If you don’t leave, I’ll call the cops back.”
“Rockhead Point has a sheriff’s department not a PD,” I tell her calmly.
“Whatever, asshole. Either way, if you don’t go, you’re going to get arrested.”
The smile that spreads across my lips is indulgent and she blinks in response. “You’re not from a small town, are you?”
“Where I’m from is none of your god-damn business.”
“That mouth of yours is looking to get you in trouble, Kitten, I think I’m going to spend a lot of time washing that filthy language off your tongue with my dick.”
Her pupils dilate, even as she forces her lips into a frown. “Never going to happen, dickweed, but maybe you can use that thought to take your mind off being used as some guy’s bitch in jail.”
A chuckle bursts free from my lips. “You’re a fiery little thing aren’t you. I’m going to enjoy taming you. I like you all spicy like this, but I want to see you purring like the little kitten you are.”
Shaking her head, she looks away from me, a disgusted expression laced across her fuckable lips. “I’m not sorry for kissing you, I couldn’t help myself, but maybe I should have at least introduced myself first. I’m Penn.”
“I think you should leave.”
“If I could, maybe I would, but now I’ve found you I’m not sure I’m going to be able to walk away from you ever again.”
“Look, I’m sure this love at first sight bullshit works on some women, but I’m not interested.”
“Is Lulu your real name or a nickname?”
“That’s none of your business,” she says, but the fight has gone from her voice.
I allow her a little breathing room, leaning back as a reward for her calming down. “Tell me and I’ll leave.”
Her sigh is defeated. I don’t like it. I want her to bite back so I’ll have an excuse to force her to calm down. “My real name is Lucile, but I hate it, so… Lulu.”
The urge to reach out and kiss her again is so fucking strong I almost do it, almost. My dick is rock hard and if I didn’t think she really might call 911 again, I’d drag her into my arms and fuck her mouth with my tongue. Instead, I smile at her. “Lulu, sweet, cute, it’s perfect for you.”
“I told you my name, now it’s time for you to go.”
“I’ll go on one condition.”
“What?”
“Give me your cell number.”
“No.”
“You don’t get it yet, but I wasn’t kidding when I said you were mine. The only way I’m going to be able to walk away like you want me to right now, is if I have a way of getting in touch with you. Otherwise, I’m going to park my ass in a chair and sit here for the rest of the day so I know you’re okay.”
“You planning to add stalking to your rap sheet?” she barbs, and I can’t help the smile that slips free.
“Maybe I’ll just have a really long visit with Annette, I’ve known her most of my life, that’s the great thing about small towns, everyone, knows everyone else.”
“Whatever, waste your day, I have to get to work.”
With that she turns and I let her go, watching as she marches her fat, juicy ass down the corridor and away from me. Smiling, I sit down on the waiting room couch, pull out my cell and type out a message in our family group chat.
Me: I found her. Her name’s Lulu and she started work today at Taylor’s lawyer’s office. She’s mine, but she’s not exactly amenable at the minute so I might need your help.
The replies come through thick and fast and I smile, glad that my family is just as crazy as me.
Bonnie: Poor girl
Bay: Congrats bro, I take it you won’t be coming to work today ?
Cody: Another one bites the dust.
Granger: Awesome news, my record is five hours, reckon you can beat that?
Alice: I’m happy for you, Penn. Granger, you basically kidnapped me.
Granger: You loved it
Huck: Cora says congrats and that she’s planning a girls’ night out to welcome the newbie as soon as this baby pops.
Beau: Happy for you, brother.
Teddy: How can we help?
