When Lin Yun returned home, Xia Qingqing was in bed, holding the remote control and watching TV. Seeing Lin Yun, she immediately put down the remote control, propped herself up, peered out from under the covers, and cheerfully called out.

"My friend has already sent the jade over. Where would be a good place for Mr. Lee to inspect it?" Lin Yun lifted the box slightly and gave a small smile.

"We can look at it right here..." Hang Lee suggested, turning towards the table where they'd had their previous discussion.

"Okay." Lin Yun nodded, expressing no objections.

With that, they approached the table together.

On the table, Lin Yun put down the box and opened it.

Instantly, three shimmering green pieces appeared before their eyes, each as stunning as a pool of emerald water.

"Hiss--"

Hang Lee drew in a sharp breath.

"These are jade! All of them are high grade!"

Hang Lee's heart pounded. Seeing one piece of jade of this quality was rare enough, let alone three together. The impact was enormous.

No doubt, the increasing demand for and skyrocketing prices of jade in recent years were justified. The color of these pieces was incredibly pure, and they looked beautiful.

"Mr. Lin, please wait a moment. I'll get our shop's master over here..." Hang Lee said quickly, looking up at Lin Yun.

Hang Lee nodded in reply and made a call to a senior worker named Elder Zhang in his store. Hang Lee's respectful tone indicated that Elder Zhang held a significant role in the store.

"Mr. Lee, how much do you estimate these three pieces of jade are worth?" With the call finished, Lin Yun asked with a smile.

"These three pieces of jade all have decent sizes and excellent color. I estimate each piece is worth more than twenty million. However, the actual price will need to be determined by our store's master." Hang Lee said after pondering a moment.

"Mr. Lin, you must sell these three pieces of jade to me. I'll make sure the price is satisfactory..." Hang Lee said, excited at the prospect. He had never sold jade of such high quality in his gold and jewelry stores before. Not due to lack of desire, but because it was hard to replace such high-grade jade that, once it appeared, was quickly bought.

Buying these three pieces of jade, producing jewelry from them, would significantly elevate the prestige of his stores. He could even use them for an advertisement.
