75 Optimism

I went to bed, optimistic that we were heading somewhere with our investigations. “Okay then, return quickly,” he said and hung up. I sighed and called Caleb. After discussing with Caleb,I put down the phone and cuddled with Tia in bed to watch a movie. I did not want to talk about anythingserious. I just wanted to have a peaceful time with my wife so I could travel in an optimistic mood thenext day. I dreaded what I would replace on the trip.
