Desert Heat Chapter 31

{Leah’s P.O.V.}

It is Monday now, and I still not have seen any sign of Allie or Dorian since Saturday. Brandon said he would get a glimpse of him here and there, but only for a few minutes. Brandon said that Dorian looked exhausted and completely sleep deprived. I was wandering around the backyard when I saw something in the window upstairs. When I looked closer, I realized that it was Allie pressed up against the window with Dorian behind her.

I immediately looked away and blushed. It was only ten in the morning and they were already back at it. I just laughed to myself. I kept on walking, hopefully, no one else could see them, but I knew that whole house had been talking about it. That room was not soundproofed, and apparently Allie had a set of lungs on her.

As I walked through the backyard, I saw Brandon and my dad training together. After Brandon asked my dad if they could train together, they built a really solid relationship from hitting one another. Nothing was ever too much, but I still ended up having to nurse Brandon for a few hours afterward and my mom had to do the same for my dad. For a human, my dad was doing pretty good against the werewolf half his age. I stood by a nearby tree and waited for them to finish.

“Nice Mr. Vo!” Brandon said

“Brandon, thank you for this. I really needed the workout. I’m not getting any younger, and being human has a lot of disadvantages,”

“No problem, it was my pleasure. Also, if you ever want to do more hand to hand combat training or target practice, just give us a call. Dorian’s company has everything you need to stay on your A-game,”

“I will keep that in mind, thank you,”

“Hi!” I said running up to them.

“Hi, honey,”

“Hey, baby,” I ran straight to Brandon. My dad’s face was priceless.

“So, I don’t even exist anymore huh?” he asked

“Sorry, dad, it’s like Brandon is all I see now,” I said blushing. He just laughed and Brandon smiled. We stood around a little bit and just talked. My dad had to tell Brandon embarrassing stories about me as a baby, which I made me want to hide. But Brandon just laughed and kissed my temple every time I blushed or got mad. My dad eventually went inside to shower. Brandon and I stayed outside for a bit longer.

“My dad just had to tell you all those stories,” I said pouting

“Aw come on baby, they weren’t so bad,”

“Playing hide and go seek and getting stuck in the laundry chute is pretty bad,” he threw his head back and laughed.

“I’m sorry, that is funny. Honestly, though, you should be happy you have those kinds of memories and parents that call them to your boyfriend,”

“Why?”

“Because we both know two specific people who don’t have those kinds of memories, or parents to embarrass them,” he said while giving me a side-eye. He was right, Sin and Allie grew up as orphans. Even though Sin and were friends, we didn’t meet until we were in high school.

Brandon took my hand in his, and we went back inside, as we made our way through the kitchen to get something to drink, Dorian showed up.

“Dude,”

“f**k off Brandon,” I just started laughing. They were like teenage boys.

“Sandy, will you get Alpha Shaw a shot of wheatgrass juice with lemon and ginger,”

“Yes, Miss Leah,”

“What are you getting me?” Dorian asked

“Something that will give you a boost of energy. Allie should be finishing her heat either by tonight or first thing in the morning anyway,”

“Actually, she may be done now,”

“Really?” he nodded, and Sandy handed him a small shooter glass. He shot it back and made the funniest face.

“What the f**k is this s**t!? Holy f**k!” I just rolled over laughing.

“I said it was an energy booster, but I never anything about it tasting good,”

“What’s this about Allie being done?” Brandon asked going to back to the topic

“Huh? Oh, after this last round, she kicked me out of the room and told me to keep my d**k away from her. I don’t know whether to be appalled or happy,”

“Be happy about it, Alpha Shaw,” We all turned to see Alpha Jefferies.

“Alpha Jefferies, I want to apologize on behalf of my Luna and me…” Alpha Jefferies waved him off

“Please, there is no need. I know all too well the situation you are in. A female’s heat is unpredictable and can come on at any time. You were just dealt an unlucky hand, this last weekend” he said tapping Dorian’s shoulder. “If you do believe that she is coming out of her heat now, we can reschedule the celebration for these two love birds to Wednesday if that is alright with you,”

“Yes, Alpha Jefferies, that will work just fine. It will give her time to recuperate and for us to get word to Mikey and Sin,”

“Very well then! If your Luna is feeling up to it, perhaps she would be willing to join us for lunch?”

“Let me go up and ask her. Brandon call Mikey and have him put everything together to come down,”

“You got it, boss,”

“Leah, thanks for the boost, I can feel it working,”

“You’re welcome Alpha Shaw,”

“Please, call me Dorian. You’re going to be part of the family soon, no formalities are needed anymore,” he smiled and left. I felt honored when he said I could call him by his first name and that I was going apart of their family.

{Allie’s P.O.V.}

These last few days have been ridiculous. After Dorian’s last o****m, I felt my heat break, and immediately the thought of s*x made me sick. I decided I needed to shower and get the stench of s*x off my body. I was so embarrassed about this, I was a new Luna, and my first impression to another pack was being a s*x-addicted slut.

I stood under the warm water and just enjoyed the moment of silence. I had not even realized that Dorian came in until he wrapped his arms around me.

“What did I say, mister?”

“You said to keep my d**k away from you, but you never said I couldn’t hug you,” I slapped his arm. I was anything but horny, yet I still loved being in his embrace. “You smell normal,”

“That’s a good thing, right?”

“Yes, it is. You up for going down for lunch. I am sure that your beautiful face will be welcomed after being secluded in this room for four and a half days,” I nodded my head. “Good, let’s get you washed up,” he turned me around and bent my head back into the running water. He grabbed some of the shampoos and lathered my hair for me. He massaged my scalp and I let out a m**n. I felt Dorian k**s my neck as he leaned my head back to rinse out the shampoo.

“Dorian, stop,”

“I can’t, you’re just so f*****g sexy,”

“Concentrate mister, you’re going to get shampoo in my eyes,” he laughed and went back to rinsing out my hair. He turned me around again and grabbed the conditioner. He started in the middle and combed his fingers through. He knew what he was doing. I guess having medium length hair himself made that possible. He turned me again and bent my head back one more time.

He just couldn’t help himself. He kissed my neck again and pushed himself against me.

“Dorian!” I laughed and pushed him back.

“Fine!” He pulled me into a k**s. We finished our shower and got dressed. It was good to finally get out of that room. I put on some light makeup, and wore my signature tank, denim shorts, and chucks and threw my hair into a high messy bun. I reminded Dorian that when we got back to Vegas, I needed a damn haircut. The ends were just about to touch my butt. We went downstairs together holding hands.

“Ah! Luna! It is so good to see you!” said Luna Lilian

“It is good to be seen. I want to sincerely apologize…” she cut me off before I could finish

“Oh, stop that! You and the Alpha have nothing to apologize for. A female’s heat is natural. Do not be sorry and do not be embarrassed,”

“Luna Park! It is a pleasure to see that bright face of yours!” Said Beta Jonathan

“Good afternoon Beta, how are you?” I asked him with a smile

“Fine! Just fine! I sense that your heat is over, how do you feel?”

“I am doing alright actually, considering,” I say while looking at Dorian.

“Take a seat, please. Lunch will be ready shortly,” Lilian said and directed us to the main dining room. When we get there, I see Brandon and Leah.

“Hey, where is Sin?” I ask

“They went back to Vegas Saturday morning with Simba. We couldn’t leave the packhouse unattended without a ranked member for more than a few days. They’re coming back first thing tomorrow morning, and we will celebrate this beautiful angel and me Wednesday,”

“Dorian, remind to mind link Mikey and not call him on the phone from now on,”

“Why?” Dorian asked

“Because when I called, Sin was sucking his nuts off. I never want to hear the sound of Mikey moaning ever again!” he shuttered and gagged. I started to roll over laughing. Dorian sat in a chair and put me on his lap. Leah looked at us surprised.

“What?”

“You just sit in his lap like that?”

“It’s normal for us, but I do think that it’s inappropriate at someone else’s house,” I said trying to get up.

“Baby, we just spent four and half days f*****g each other’s brains out, I don’t think you sitting in my lap is going to be an issue,”

“Dorian!” this guy wanted to embarrass me to death. I looked at him and gave me a small tap on the cheek.

“Did you just slap me?” he was shocked

“It’s called a love tap, baby,” I said and pecked his lips.

“Do it again, and I will spank you in front of everyone here,”

“You wouldn’t!” he gave me the want to bet look. I rolled my eyes and looked over at Leah who was in pure shock.

“You guys are crazy,” she said. Dorian and I just smiled, and Brandon shook his head.

“You will be part of the Crazy Mate Club when you get back to the Desert Moon pack Leah,” I turned and looked at Dorian. I grabbed his chin and gave him a sexy k**s in front of Brandon and Leah. “And PDA will be natural to you,” her mouth just dropped, and Brandon hung his head.

“What did you think about Brandon’s kissing capabilities during your charade?” she asked me. Brandon’s eye bulged out of his head. Seeing the bad boy Beta like this was epic.

“Oh, you know about that?” She nodded her head. “Well, I will say this. I have kissed plenty of guys in my time, I dated two, one tried to kill me, the other is the love of my life. The rest was just me having fun while partying and living the life in Sin City. I can tell you without a doubt, that aside from Dorian right here, Brandon is an exceptional kisser, and I believe that he also was holding back when we kissed,” I heard a growl from Dorian and he rested his face in the crook my neck.

“Mine,” I just smiled. Talking about this made him jealous but because it was all fake in end, he never got angry about it. All he needed to do was take in my scent and say one word and he felt better.

“Lunch is served!” came Lilian’s voice from the kitchen. The kitchen staff brought plates and drinks for all of us. She looked at me and Dorian for a moment and realized that we were going to eat just the way we were and smiled. “Luna Allie, I’m surprised you let the Alpha even look at you, let alone touch you after what you have been through,”

“Eh, what can I say, I love being near him,” I smiled, and Dorian kissed my cheek

“Oh, to be young and in love,” came Leah’s mom. Alpha Jefferies looked at us and then looked at Luna Lilian, shrugged his shoulders, and pulled her onto his lap too. The look on Lilian’s face was priceless. She started to smack him,

“What are you doing? We are not young wolves anymore! This is inappropriate!”

“Oh, come now my Luna, we used to do this when we were their age. Just because we are older, there is no reason to stop,” he said. She covered her face and her ears started to turn red.

“That’s not a bad idea Alpha,” Said Leah’s dad. He pulled Leah’s mom onto his lap and she also buried her face into her hands. Dorian and I just started laughing. Brandon and Leah were appalled by the amount of PDA going on the dining room. All of the omega staff was giggling and snickering. Leah looked down not knowing what to do. Brandon and I made eye contact and I nodded at him. He smiled and picked up Leah and placed her on his lap.

“Brandon! Oh my gosh!” everyone started to laugh.

Poor thing didn’t know what to do with herself or her hands. She looked over at me, and I showed her by putting my arms around Dorian and kissed him on the cheek. Leah smiled and started to laugh along with everyone else. To think that just a few months ago, this type of stuff freaked me out, and now I had no problem showing my love for Dorian and sharing that love with other people. Dorian changed my life for the better. I was now a werewolf with an amazing mate and boyfriend and was some kind of blessed wolf to boot. I felt my life starting to become complete and I was actually starting to feel what happiness really was.

{Mikey’s P.O.V.}

Luckily, things at the packhouse have been quiet. Sin is upset, she couldn’t have stayed, but we both needed to be at home. Everything was business as usual, and I ended up taking her to the firm with me to get the paperwork done. Sin was actually great at organizing and putting files away. I was actually contemplating hiring her as my assistant. I figured Dorian would not mind either.

“Mikey?”

“What’s up, honey?”

“These filing cabinets have been re-organized; do you need help with anything else?”

“No, honey, thank you,” she came over and kissed me.

“Do you have a lot of work to do today?”

“No, I am pretty much done,” I said leaning back in my office chair.

“Really?” she asked with a seductive tone. She smiled and walked over to my office door shutting is closed and locking it. She closed all the blinds. “Mr. Rays, you looked stressed, how about I relieve some of that tension for you,” she came over to me doing a sexy walk. Seeing her a*s move that way made my d**k come to life in a matter of seconds.

She bent over kissed me while unbuckling my belt at the same time. She slowly lowered my pants enough to where my d**k flung out.

“Mmmm… that didn’t take long did it, Mr. Rays?” she asked. Before I could even answer, she was going down on me hard and fast. I was enjoying this when my phone started to ring. I looked at the screen and it was Brandon.

“Yo?”

“Allie’s heat is broken. We are going to resume the party for Wednesday night,”

“Cool, we will head over tomorrow morning then. I got all my work done…Ohhh,”
