Destined To A Rejected One -
Chapter 12
LEARNING ABOUT THE ENE
Thank you for the food – Margareth thanked him, wiped her mouth and left the kitchen, leaving Occisor and Mari behind.
Walking at a brisk pace, she wanted at least to see, if only for a few moments, the officer. It won’t be long before he replaces him, it’s his turn to keep watch in the east tower tonight.
Hello – she catches the eye of the young man in front of her, who looks at her with a beautiful smile. Margareth admires him for a few moments, the collared uniform makes the man’s muscles look well formed.
Hello beautiful, would you like to see the moon?
My pleasure – she steps through the iron door and closes it carefully behind her.
Margaret knew that if Mari found out she was dating Derick, she would use it as an excuse not to convert her, and although she did have feelings for the young man in front of her, he would never come first in her life.
With confident steps, she walks to stand in front of Officer Derick. She turns her back to him and leans against the small wall, pushing her buttocks towards the young man, who doesn’t hesitate to stare at the round mounds of flesh on the back of the short woman in front of him.
He steps forward, gluing his body to hers, leaning against the wall, one hand on each side of Margaret’s body, he reaches close to her neck and k****s her, making her gasp and turn towards him, who takes her lips with fervour, a delicious k**s that she responded to with passion. Their tongues played with each other in a deafening encounter.

Back to the private kitchen

Mari sighed, now it would be just her and Occisor left in the kitchen.
- I’ll do the washing up and you put away – she set the chores and began washing the dishes.
Occisor nodded without saying a word, it was customary for this task to fall to him. If he ever saw Margaret washing or putting away the dishes he would get sick, or want Mari to give him something.
It didn’t take long, this time there was no more pot to wash than the one Mari had used to treat Occisor’s rare meat.
Mari, I want to know more about my species, how they are related, what they do, who commands them, how long they live, and how they rise through the ranks,” Occisor speaks as he finishes putting the last of the dinner dishes away in the wooden cupboard.
Mari wipes her hands on the cloth and sits down, waiting for the boy to finish, when Occisor finally sits down at the table as well. “A pity Margareth, now she is in her room reading her novel” – so thought Mari about Margareth’s whereabouts.
The wolves have an absolute commander, his title is …..
Genuine alpha, I already know the titles, Mari – she says impatiently.
So why did you ask me? – he asks, raising an eyebrow.
I know the titles they carry, but I don’t know who has them, or how they get them – he is silent for a few seconds and thinks of his mother – And I want more details about… ah… the packs.
Mari studied him, Occisor was very smart, in a single day of training he managed to learn and memorize all the basics of the defence of the eight weapons fighting style. Mari was really impressed, she didn’t expect him to learn so fast. But she remembered that for lycanthropes the time it takes to reach adulthood is short, in just ten years, counted by humans, they become adults. And then time freezes and only starts running again when they are about to reach a millennium of life.
Position is determined at birth.
What do you mean by that? – I squinted my eyebrows, not understanding what Mari meant.
The colours in the cubs’ fur and the size, that’s how you know if they will be alpha, beta or omega. Currently, there are seven packs, two of which were wiped out by the witches’ attack. And one lost its name of honour… And that’s the one your mother belonged to.
What am I? If I’m an omega, I won’t stand a chance against them, I’ve read in the book that omegas are only good for serving and being punching bags,” he comments disgustedly.
I don’t think you’re an omega, when you were a cub, you were pretty strong, but since you never transformed, I always wondered if you were a beta or an alpha.
Will I ever be able to transform? – she wondered, but Mari can hear it, however, she preferred not to answer, even she doesn’t know if she will ever be able to transform or not.
The true alpha possesses the power to hear and speak to all lycanthropes in the world through his mind, while the others can only communicate with their own pack. Even the genuine alpha’s mate does not have this power, it seems to be unique to him.
When I was about to arrive at the women’s party, Margaret snatched the book out of my hand,” he says, frowning at the memory. But that was before she decided to kill her own kind.
And so, like Mari Van Helsing, Occisor Van Helsing is becoming a traitor to his race. He doesn’t care, he just wants to avenge his mother, his aunt and himself. Now he wants to become the bogeyman of the wolves.
Females also have their degree of importance in the lycanthropic hierarchy, if an omega is seen as a servant, a cimex moon is seen as a whore, even if she has a mate, they don’t care. And that’s how her aunt was treated.
They really are a bunch of bastards! – Occisor closes his eyes to control the hatred boiling in his heart. Even though he was young, he understood what was behind those words. His aunt was being raped by those monsters.
Lately, I’ve been looking for loopholes to abduct females who have destined mates.
What are destined mates? – she asks, snapping out of her reverie.
Well, I’ll try to explain it in an easy way, the moon goddess creates wolves in pairs, she chooses who belongs to whom, and they become mates.
How vague.
Then I’ll give you a book with more explanations about the goddess.
Yes, but why females with destined mates?
Because if I torture them, thanks to the moon goddess’ punishment, the males will also feel pain. And that will weaken them.
Occisor took a few seconds to analyse Mari’s plan. He liked it.
It’s a good strategy, do you have one in mind?
Yes, it’s a pack near here. They’re called Nebula. They’re taking heavy casualties, their last stand against the vampires didn’t work out for them.
So what are you waiting for to attack them? – he asks, rising from his chair.
It’s not that simple,” Mari motions for him to sit back down, though he resists and complies. This herd has a reputation for being good at fighting, they lost because of their numbers, they were attacked by surprise, but they still managed to hold their ground. Although I have a lot of experience in fighting, I can’t go into their den alone, they will kill me.
I will strengthen myself and hunt them down one by one!
I wonder…
What? – Occisor looks at her analytically.
Do you have an intended female?
Occisor’s look of disgust almost makes Mari laugh.
If I do, I’ll kill her too, I don’t want to bond with either of them. It’s another disgusting monster.
Mari just looks at him: “That’s easy to say, but what about in practice? The goddess punished this race for mistreating the females, I wonder what the goddess will do if you kill your mate? – Mari wondered. She didn’t know how to replace the answer. The only solution was to wait for time to pass.
Mari’s heart clenched at the thought of the future of both children under her protection. She wanted them to be able to live in peace, without hatred, pain, anguish or loneliness. Without being punished by the unhealthy desire for revenge and b***d.
“I’m really getting old” – she speaks thoughtfully and rises from the table.
Unlike werewolves, vampires can live up to two millennia. Who is the creator god of vampires? Mari wasn’t sure, in the handwritten papers kept in the library, they reported that vampires in general are the fruit of a failed pact of the witches with Hades. The god who can’t stand sunlight and delights in the suffering of others, who created vampires, witches or the god of the underworld?
Mari, why is there a war between these three superhuman races? – asks Occisor, getting up from the table and walking in front of Mari out of the kitchen.
One wants to be superior to the other.
What about the humans? What do they want?
That’s more complex, some want peace, some want revenge, many others want control and power over those of other races.
Humans are weak beings, but they feel superior. All four races want superiority. Regardless of the advantages and disadvantages of each. But humans are fools.
They certainly are. Alone they will never get off the bottom of the food chain, after all, that’s how others see them, as food.
Maybe so, I’m not going to lie…. I’d like everyone to live in harmony, but I won’t forgive the lycanthropes for rejecting me and murdering my mother and aunt, and if that means I have to face the other races, so be it. Nothing will stand in my way. But I don’t guarantee to live to protect the humans, I know all they want is for me to be a puppy under their dominion.
With that said Occisor turns and heads to his room, opening the door he noticed Margareth was not in his bed. Sighing, he now knew where she was and who she was with. He walks a few steps and lies down on his bed, he stares at the ceiling. A few minutes later, the bedroom door opens again and Margareth walks in, smelling him.
If you don’t want Mari to know, you’d better take an early bath tomorrow morning. The officer’s scent is all over you.
Margaret didn’t answer anything, just went to her bed and went to bed. The night was icy again. Her lips were still red and swollen from the k****s I was lucky enough to witness.
“How I wish I could forget the past” – she whispered to herself, but she knew she never could.
