“Yeah. You and Becky divorced already. Why does she still pester us?” Denise butted in.

Denise was the sort of person who wouldn’t learn her lesson. Now that she had a chance to kickBecky when she was down, she spoke without hesitation.

Rory narrowed his eyes at her coldly and asked sharply, “And what about you? Have youapologized to Becky? Did she forgive you?”

“Grandpa, let’s talk in private,” said Rory.
