Today is Annastacia's birthday. Of course, JC wanted to give a special gift on this special day. However, before he went to pick up the surprise gift he had prepared for Anna, they had breakfast at the resort's restaurant first. A bowl of fresh salad and butter rice with beef sausage and egg omelet was served in front of Anna. Meanwhile, JC prefers to enjoy a sunny-side-up egg sandwich with bacon and cheese. The warm morning sun on the island of Bali made breakfast perfect.

They both enjoyed breakfast that morning while talking. "What are your plans for today, Honey?" asked JC, cutting the sandwich on his plate with a stainless steel fork and knife.

Annastacia munched on a vegetable salad with thousand island dressing and then swallowed before replying, "I want to take a walk on the beach and then sunbathe for a while. I will read this month's edition of the European Medical Journal ebook magazine you downloaded last night."

While chuckling at Anna's answer, the young man said, "My love doctor is very diligent in studying. Alright, I'll go for a while after breakfast. There's a surprise gift from me for your birthday, Honey."

After an hour's drive from Melia Resort to Seminyak, JC arrived at a house with Balinese architecture. He got off the online motorcycle taxi that drove him to the place and asked the rider to wait for him.

JC pressed the bell on the wooden gate and waited for the owner of the house to open the door. Not long after, a man with a thin mustache wearing traditional Balinese clothes in his 30s opened the door from inside the house.

He looked at JC's face and then greeted in fluent English "Good morning, are you Mr. Jason Channing who ordered the Kintamani puppy?"

"Yes, that's right, I'm Jason Channing. You must be Bli Ketut Suryapramita," JC replied as he extended his right hand in a friendly handshake with the Balinese man.

"Let's go inside, Mr. Jason," said Bli Ketut Suryapramita, opening the wooden door wide.

The two of them entered the backyard of the house where there were many cages containing Kintamani dogs of various ages. The barking of the dogs was so loud because a stranger had come to the place.

Bli Ketut Suryapramita took from the cage a 4-month-old puppy who was still fluffy and white and was fat, so calm in temperament. He handed the adorable puppy into JC's arms.

"It's called Spice Girl, isn't it cute?" said Bli Ketut Suryapramita.

JC lifted the puppy into the air a few times while bursting into laughter. "Oohh she's very cute and calm, my girlfriend will like her, Bli. Are the vaccinations complete?" he said. "Spice Girl has received 3 complete vaccine injections, Mr. Jason. She is also very healthy, I don't think there will be any problems with her health," answered Bli Ketut Suryapramita.

"Okay, then I'll take him home, Bli. I transferred the payment in full this morning," replied JC, holding the puppy in his arms.

"Mr. Jason, I brought some puppy food and her vaccination book in my bag. Do you want to put a ribbon on her collar? I have a beautiful red ribbon, just a moment," said Bli Ketut Suryapramita and then entered the house. Shortly after, the man brought a red ribbon and tied the knot around the Spice Girl's neck necklace. "Done! Want to go home now, Mr. Jason? Be careful on the road," said Bli Ketut Suryapramita in a friendly manner.

"Thank you, Bli. I'll say goodbye first, see you later!" replied JC as he walked hand in hand with the man out of Bli Ketut Suryapramita's house, which had a very large yard.

Bli Ketut Suryapramita waved his hand at JC from the wooden gate of his house. The motorbike ridden by JC drove away from the Seminyak area and returned to Nusa Dua.

Along the way on the motorbike, the Kintamani puppy didn't act much and fell asleep in JC's firm arm in the wind. It made JC exasperated with his cuteness. Spice Girl is like an ivory-white fur ball.

Meanwhile, Anna is strolling by the beach wearing a bikini and beach cloth on her hips with sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat with a pink ribbon.
