The morning sun shone through the windows and the light curtains in John and Annastacia's bedroom. John's cell phone alarm went off on the nightstand, the man hurriedly turned it off. At 06.00 Grenada time, he always set it to wake up even though it was still difficult to open his eyes.

Summer is always more pleasant than winter in Grenada. There weren't too many accidents so his wife didn't have to work overtime. Even though there are always cases that come to Anna's operating table because Wyndham Hospital International is a hospital that is a referral hospital for difficult cases, especially surgical cases.

John's arms held his wife's body close to his body, he liked Anna's scent which always smelled like spring flowers. He rubbed his morning tense possessions against Anna's body. "Johnnn... why are you so annoying in the morning?!" Anna sulks with heavy eyelids.

Slowly Anna changed the position of the two of them, she was on top of John's body. His chest and stomach muscles and arms looked so amazing, tough, and strong. The Baldere clan has Indian ancestry so their skin color is a bit dark like copper.

To Annastacia, John's appearance was so alluring with brown skin and thick, dark hair that was almost black from his jaw, chest to stomach, and around his genitals. The appearance of a man who is very manly and dangerous for the heart of a woman it seems.

Finally, they reached the climax of the romance together and then collapsed on the bed drenched in sweat. Don't start your mischief again!" Anna scolded when her husband's hand began to caress her sensitive parts provocatively. "Hahaha ... okay, let's get up, my dear. Maybe you will be busy today, I have to give you the best nutrition in the morning," said John then got up from bed and helped Anna get up.

After showering and getting ready, the two of them left the luxurious house in Essentower for Dennery. Some of the nurses who happened to be waiting for the elevator giggled at the closeness of Wyndham Sweethearts. Anna's face was red when she got out of the elevator.

"Bye, Anna Darling!" John said while waving his hand at Anna outside the elevator which was answered by Anna's wave before the elevator door closed.

Wasting no time, Anna put her handbag into the cupboard under her desk. Then she put on her slipper before going down to the ER. She hopes today the number of cases she receives is normal, not excessive. Anna took the elevator down to the ER floor and then walked to the ER patient registration desk. Nurse Belina, as usual, brought her a data folder for prospective surgical patients.

"Good morning, Doctor Anna. Your patient this morning, the victim of a high school fight had a stab wound to the stomach. The patient just arrived 15 minutes ago bleeding. Now in OK 1 room," said Nurse Belina.

Carefully, Anna read the patient's data, who was still young. He was only 16 years old and probably had just entered high school. She also said, "Has the family filled out the patient's permit for surgery, Nurse Belina? And he needs a positive rhesus group A blood bag, have you prepared it?"

Before closing the patient's muscles and skin, Anna made sure that the patient's abdominal cavity was sterile and that there was no more bleeding. She also closed the hole in the stomach with neat stitches to the outermost layer of skin. "The operation is complete, please monitor the patient's condition postoperatively and report to me when he wakes up from anesthesia. The food must temporarily be liquid until the intestinal sutures recover for about 10 days followed by soft food for up to a month. However, just as she was about to take a step, her head seemed to spin and Annastacia lost consciousness. Before she hit the floor, surgical resident David Gray who was standing over Anna caught her limp body.

The whole room at OK 1 suddenly became excited because their reliable surgeon suddenly fainted after carrying out a long major operation. Usually, Anna is so tough even though her surgery schedule is in a row. "Take her to the ER!" cried Nurse Avery Matthews to the surgical resident David Gray who immediately carried Anna on his chest out of the OK 1 room to the ER room.
